Pat KennedyAshford | We ve stayed in many hotels near the airport while transiting through and this is by far the best value. Free shuttle to and from the airport. High quality buffets. Great pool and spa. Gorgeous rooms. A tasteful super comfortable place on par with many high end hotels but without the pricetag. Everything about this place is professional and uptone. | 10/10 |

Micheal Lakmas | this is the worst hotel i come a cross in Thailand.i book a room a month in advance when i arrived at the hotel at 0150 in the morning.that when the problem started. i been advised by unhelpful receptionist no room available i argue that i have booking and pay for that room. they offer me room in another hotel near by. which i decline. and then they say we have room if i wait until became available about over in hour.was very tiered from long flight i accept i have no choice.
i don t recommend this hotel stay away.by the way if you book through agent you will not get fruit basket

William Mellanby | A pleasant stay for two nights after five crazy nights in central Bangkok. The rooms were clean and spacious. They have a good size balcony, but no furniture which was disappointing. Friendly staff, but the majority only spoke broken english. Pool area is nice with a decent bar. | 7.6/10 |

Yin Yin Yeung | Big and nice hotel, close to airport with shuttle bus service, which s a big plus for those who have a short visit in Bangkok. Receptionist are nice and they speak ok english. Over all, average hotel without much personal touch. | 6.6/10 |
