The restaurant offers the option of dining indoors or
'al-fresco' at the waters edge or on the waterfall terrace, with a menu
which combines the most traditional of Thai cuisine with innovative

the best of wines. Dinner is served between 4pm and 11pm every day.
The Saimoonburi also boasts it's own coffee shop - Coffee-Hi! - situated

(Coffee Hi!) Coffee Hi! is located at the resort entrance
close to the main road and serves fresh coffee, sandwiches, cakes and
ice cream every day from 8.00am -5.00pm. Food can also be ordered from
the restaurant.
