Parinya Kanich | วันเข้าพัก พนักงานต้อนรับไม่มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทำสีหน้าแววตาไม่เป็นมิตร ไม่มีพนักงานยกกระเป๋า ต้องจัดการเอง ทั้งหมด และพนักงานก็ไม่สนใจให้ความช่วยเหลือเลย วันที่ออกจาก รร. พนักงานที่เข้ากะเช้า เป็นผู้ชาย ออกแต๋วหน่อยๆ พูดจา และแสดงดีหน้าไม่ดี เมื่อถามหาใบประเมิน พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่มี ถามว่าจะ comment เรื่องที่พักและบริการของ รร. กับใคร พนักงานคนดังกล่าวไม่กล้าตอบ ตอบว่าที่นี้ มีแต่ GM ถามต่อว่าแล้ว GM คุณชื่ออะไร ไม่ตอบ พอคาดคั้น บอกว่าไม่ทราบ ....จัดห้องพัก ให้แขกของ เวบสวัสดี อยู่ชั้น 1 นอนไม่หลับทั้งคืนเพราะจุดพุ เสียงดังแถมลูกค้าก็ไขกุญแจผิดห้องทั้งคืน ไม่มีการออกมาห้ามปราม ปล่อยให้เด็กวิ่งเล่นไปมาเสียงดังทั้งคืน สรุปคือ แย่ที่สุด | 3/10 |

Urs Gloor | Cleanliness of the Hotel more or less OK. Room facilities on the bottom end.
The Hotel was under construction and the Mangement performance was vry low. | 4.6/10 |

Mervyn William Bradshaw | Nothing wrong with the room, except there is no hot water over the handbasin, no electric plug in bathroom, no coffee making facilities.
The staff at the reception spoke very, very limited english, so getting any information was nearly impossible.
The resort is out of town and hard to access without your own transport. | 4.6/10 |

August ackema | if you ever go to Chiang Rai, do not go to the Luck Swan hotel. sorry for this negative advise, but I had a very bad experience there. at the reception they do not speak english, when we arrived they told us in Thai the opening hours of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. luckely we have a Thai friend to translate. in the evening the restaurant was closed, to little customers. very bad service! after lots of talk and misunderstanding they took us with the minibus to a restaurant very close by but charged us the full amount for going to the city, which is not mentioned when you book, but is about 15 minutes drive. and cost us 300 Thb.
bad place, no service, poor breakfast, no english speaking receptionist. so do not go there. | |

Gian Andri Bivetti | Very nice hotel, even though a bit outside of the town (Tuc tuc to town about 100 to 150 bath). The breakfast is quite simple but the staff are very freiendly and helpful, even though their level of English is very limited.
Overall definately worth the money.
We would not book the pick up service, it did not work. A taxi from the airport costs about 200 Bath.
We would stay there again. | |

Martin Willem Schmid | Nice newer hotel with pool near the big bridge in Phitsalounouk. A little bit hard to find, since there is no large sign from the main road. Very beautiful hotel with nice comfortable rooms. Totally underbooked, so often empty at times. The poolboy has not shown up in a week (Green tiles at the bottom of pool)... I like the hotel, but the resort is suffering from a lack of bookings. The breakfast is nothing special. The often usual cold fried egg with a measely slice of ham and some barely warm toast... There was only lite sugar which I can not stand and the ketchup container was filled with chilli sause... have seen that before in Thailand too. Aircon was off in the dining area, so enjoy eating some of your own sweat... Eventhough there are these minor inconveniences I have stayed art the Luck Swan 2 times already since the quality and price are fair and there is free internet near the reception area. I was only able to watch Thai TV, since the hotel had not paid their UBC (Satellite TV) bill... Hope some good programs next time, but i doubt it. | |

Gillian Goodwin | Great place, good price, nice staff, clean and comfortable with a nice pool.Only downside is no bar, so you can t get a drink apart from beer and fruit wine, and the dinner menu was a bit limited. But for the price, it s very good. | |

ROGER | Nous sommes resté 2 jours. Hôtel tout neuf. Les chambres sont bien avec un grand lit confortable. Petit balcon. Pas d ascenseur. Par contre l hôtel est loin de tout. Pas de restaurant dans l hôtel et aucun dans les parages. Sans voiture c est la galère. | |
