7th May 2012 ONG BEE LENG | Good location where it is near and easy access to lot of tourist attraction such as Hellfire pass, Krasae Cave ( part of Death Railway ) and Erawan waterfall. We stay in the float house which cater for 4 person. The overall resort view is better than the river view that I could see from my room balcony. The Tv program is very dry and wifi connection only available at reception area. A minitrain tour ( twice a day )by the resort which cost 20 baht per person is worth trying. The tour will bring you to the resort deer park on site which is free access for the resort guest. Breakfast quality and choice is not so great. | 7/10 |

16th February 2012 Paul Nordentoft | Good value for the money. Nice location and very nice swimmingpool. Good food in the restaurant | 7.4/10 |
11th September 2011 Traveller | We nice property located amidst a huge plot of land. The floating houses are unique and the resort offers a lot of activities. We were there only for one night, so no time to really use them all, but recommended | 8.4/10 |
23rd April 2011 Patrick Woog | Very nice place. Good thai food. I recommand this resort for its quiet and luxuriant Environment. | 9.6/10 |
4th March 2011 Eakapinya Meesarapee | The room is worth paying. I have stayed there for two times. the first time i stayed in the cottage but the second time i stayed in the standard room and found that its the same. only the location of the room is different. besides, the cottage is not very near to the river and actually similar to the standard one around the lake. I think the standard room is cleaner than the cottage. except the service of the F/O , they are not so friendly as they should and the ABF is not very nice. but anyways, the overall is good. | 7.8/10 |
15th February 2011 Phiphit Polz | We really liked the hotel atmosphere, which is surrounded by sheer nature especially birds. What really disturbed us was the toilet, which isn´t practical. The bathroom urgently needs to be modernized. Inside the room it was fine, apart from something missing, namely a kettle for having coffee in the morning. When it comes to breakfast, it is just cold and food choices aren´t much offerred. In general, staff isn´t keen to serve or be nice.Without your own transport you cannot do much overhere. | 5.2/10 |
30th November 2010 Alex Peter Deller | In general the room was fine and very nice, but was in need of maintenance since it was a bit old. The floating house was cool to look and hear the resturant outside. Staff was great and so was the resturant. | 7.4/10 |
1st August 2010 Mr. Wu | Nice clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Beautiful environment. Kids could do a lot of activities here. Will come back again for some other weekend. | 8.8/10 |
4th April 2010 Perrin | very very hard to find, map on hotel site wrong in distance.
when we arrive our room (most expensive room of hotel, village cottage) was near kitchen engines (noise and smell) and it will be very hard for change room with reception.
manager.we pay 600 baths/night for extrabed for a 6 years child instead of hotel and www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com notice (no charge for a 6 years child). | 4/10 |
5th March 2010 Patti Freudenburg | Peaceful and quiet, but VERY far away from everything! Food became very repetitive after a few days. We were there during slow season; it may be different during high season. | 5.8/10 |
2nd February 2010 christer carlsson | The hotel has seen its best times and once I can believe it was a great stay. The river and surroundings where great but the rest was rather poor. If you want to stay here you need a car. Dont expect to much and you need to speak Thai because the staff cant speak english | 4.6/10 |
7th September 2009 Marco Santilli | good hotel, but the last day the brekfast was really poor
16th August 2009 Siriwan | Its a very long trip to get to the resort but its worth it in the end. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and is a perfect little get away for 2 (leave the kids with the in-laws). The rooms is nice and has a warm feeling and is perfect for a romantic weekend. Activities are available if desired. Decent menu and OK food prices. | 8.4/10 |
18th July 2009 GJJ de Jonge | Beautiful resort, great service. We had a 6 pax floating house. Will definitely recommend. | 9.2/10 |
10th May 2009 Connie Schottler | Very nice hotel. The location was great. We stayed in a 6 person floating house and it was perfect for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small kids). The kids had fun in the pool and the playground (which was quite large). I would definitely recommend this hotel for the cost and benefits.
22nd March 2009 Graham Ponton | Beautiful Resort just 1 problem every 15 minutes in the night the generator would start up for the AC giving you broken sleep.
6th February 2009 Richard Cannarella | This is a huge resort with nice grounds located about 45 min drive from town. Rooms and the floating houses are not as good as advertised. The floating house we booked the AC didn t work and one reg. room had no hot water. Restaurant was a little expensive.(we discovered this hotel adds 10% gratuity to the price of the food instead of a separated charge on your bill). Hotel caters to big groups for day trips and overnight hotel stays. Loud music at night till midnight. Pool huge, deserted some days, crowed with hundreds of kids on some days. Will not stay here again!
1st February 2009 Maw-kae Hor | Hotel services was good.
The facilities of the floating house
is a little bit aged.
However, friendly services made
the staying great. | |
25th January 2009 Rachel Barr | Lovely grounds and lovely huge swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast. Standard room clean and nice, good a/c. We would stay again.
