Tom Wigh | Good hotel with a beautiful beach. Good service annd good food. The buffet on the beach was good.
But unfortanatly our camera disappered from our room when we moved out. We reported that to the front desk, but no camera was found. | 7/10 |

Ingeborg Andreasson | Koh Chang Lagoon resort is a clean and nice hotel located at White Sand Beach. Vi booked in tower B which was located not on the beach but cross a street. We did not mind but if you have small children is is not so safe. Even to eat breakfast you need to cross the street.
We want to give the cleaning staff extra credit because of the fun and creative creations they did out of our towels. My daughter and I was surprised every day with a new creation.
We do not recommend the hotels restaurant on the beach. We were there on New Years Eve s at lunchtime and after our first order they came back and told us they did not have what we wanted. We order things three times and only the third time they had what we decided. The service took too long and when we wanted to pay we had too wait even longer. | 9.2/10 |

Michael Clery | I recommend this hotel - conveniently positioned with a good value-for-money beach restaurant. Our Sea View Bungalow (one room in a small block of 4) was right on the beach. The room was large and comfortable, with a nice big balcony. | 9.6/10 |

Mr.Victor Voronin | Nice location, wild perfect beach, hotel is ok but rooms need renovation. The hotel built a new bungalow in front of our room, rather noice place at the day time, but the managment had not informed us about it at reservation. Richard Clark | Koh Chang Lagoon has only one thing going for it: location. It is in a great location on a great beach on a great island. I think it is overpriced for what it offers and KCL s service continues to degrade - they ran out of food at their breakfasts and did not replace quickly. They now charge for internet. They do not offer towels to use on the beach.
The rooms themselves are sufficient at best. With poor water heaters and air conditioners that blow directly onto the bed (thanks for the sinus infection KCL). | 5/10 |

Andrey | I stayed in bungalow for 5 days. Not new furniture and hard mattress. Large clean and quite room were cleaned every day. Nice view from big balcony. The bungalow was 5 meters from beach. Very friendly staff. Nice place for relax , sunbathing and nothingdoing. During high tide it is possible to lay on grass area between bungalows and main building. Very convenient location in WSB, nearby are restaurants, travel agencies and 7/11. | 8/10 |

Kristina Tägt | Since Wifi didn t work as well as expected it feels very funny that you have to pay extra for it. Since the connection went up/down several times per ten minutes period it feel wrong to pay extra for that access. It would be better to have free Wifi as long as you stay at the hotel! | 7.2/10 |

Steen Christian Nielsen | This is a very good budget hotel with the right location. The restaurant is very popularly and with good reason. Staff was friendly not all in the restaurant spoke very good English but they were friendly. Wi-Fi was okay with one or two breakdown in the evening but it was okay again in the morning. You can rent an air mattress for THB 40 per day. | 8.2/10 |

Elin Jernberg | Location of the hotel is great. The room was no more than OK, it looked old and a bit tore down. Good cleaning. The breakfast-buffet was not very good, no yoghurt or brewed coffee. Not everyone want to have disgusting english breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausages, but a fresh, healthy breakfast. The staff in the hotel, especially in the restaurant, don´t understand english very well and they often forgets your order or serves something else than what you ordered. But generally we are satisfied with your stay, Koh Chang is wonderful! | |

I ve been on the island before and there are many hotels in the same prize range that have higher standard than Lagoon Resort. Although the staff was very kind and helpful. | |

Catherine Kock | We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A budget a hotel that was good value for money. Service was very good. When we complaint about something they promptly fixed it. The breakfast was so so but not really bad. The hotel is located very centrally at white sands beach. We had maybe 40 meters to walk from our room to the beach. Lot s of nice restaurants nearby.
Would definately consider staying in this hotel again. | |
