ACCOMMODATION

All 18 spacious designed villas and suites consist of 1 bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom. The well-appointed villas which slope gently down to the beachfront and suites offer a stunning sea view of the Gulf of Thailand. In all rooms you will find a contemporary blend of Moroccan & Asian specially - commissioned artwork, custom created to balance together with the soft furnishings of each individual villas and suite.

:: 6 Suite Rooms ::

Our six 55 square metre size suites are the most recent additions to Saboey, fitted in a fresh, minimalist & light design. They offer spacious bedrooms and are located in the main building of the resort. Sea views are subject to room availability.

:: 2 Deluxe Suites ::

Our two 55 square meters Deluxe Suite are elevated above the resort and the other villas, offering a stunning sea view and featuring a spacious private dining terrace from which you can relax and enjoy memorable sunsets across the bay.

:: 4 Garden Villas ::

Our four spacious Garden Villas are 55 square metres in size and ideal for families who need the extra space they provide both in the bedroom and bathroom. Located amidst the tropical gardens of the resort and featuring private balconies, just behind the Ocean Villas and yet still only moments away from the Pool.

:: 4 Ocean Villas ::

Located directly in front of the stunning infinity pool, the central feature of the resort, are our four Ocean Villas. 37 square metres in size, these are ideal for couples who want to be literally steps away from the pool and still close enough to the sea.

:: 2 Beach Villas ::

At 58 square metres in size our two Beach Villas are the largest of all our villas & rooms and are located directly in front of the sea, on each side of the resort. Featuring their own private beach area for sunbathing and relaxing, a spacious terrace for private dining and two bathrooms, one of which has a large sunken bath for two, this is the ideal villa for romantic indulgence.

Daily dining available from 7am until 11pm. Enjoy sea views at breakfast and lunch through to candlelit romantic dining in the evening. A variety of breakfasts are served freshly made to order and for lunch choose from a wide selection of Thai specialties, light salads or various sandwiches and snacks or try our popular Tapas menu available throughout the day with a chilled glass of wine.

Saboey is located in Koh Samui, in the Gulf of Thailand. Situated in the North-East of the island on Bangrak Beach, a 4 km. crescent of white sand and azure waters, the resort is conveniently located close to the airport, 5 minutes away from Fisherman’s Village/ Bophut, a laid-back village with a good selection of restaurants and bars and only 10-15 minutes away from the busy tourist center of Chaweng.

18th May 2012 Daniel Thomas	I frequently stay at Big Buddha Beach as it is convenient for the ferry and the airport. This was the first time I had stayed at Saboey and it certainly will not be the last time. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival could not have been more helpful. We were also upgraded to an Ocean Villa which was delightful, the swimming pool is great and of course we were right next to the beach. In the morning the breakfast was excellent and again the staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. I would certainly recommend a stay at this hotel	10/10

12th December 2011 Damian Olsen	Stayed for one week at Saboey in December 2011. Located on a beautiful and quiet beach close to shops and resturants without the hustle bustle, very relaxing after days out. The rooms, pool, facilities, food and drinks, could not be faulted. The management and staff exceptional. The girls at reception were very helpful in arranging our tours for us where we were picked up at the front door and returned to the front door. We highly recommend the full day tour of Koh Samui with Namuang Safari Park, cheers FROGGY, but make sure you take some money with you to have great photo memories with tigers, elephants, crocodiles, snakes and birds. Also recommend a trip with In Sea Speedboat to Koh Tao, Ang Thong Marine Park or Koh Phangan. They are professional operators and good people, cheers JIMMY. You can hire a bike from reception also and make sure you visit Fisherman s Village markets on a Friday night only 10mins max away from Saboey, great food and bargains. If you don t want a Thai massage in your room there is ladies that do them on the beach next door to Saboey and with the sound of the waves on the beach while getting a Thai massage for an hour, you won t be sorry. Also if you want to dine out local for both Great Thai and European food, much praise for Lord Nelson s which is a 2min walk from Saboey, great peolpe and menu especially if your craving a roast but get in early they run out. Amazing trip to Koh Samui and stay at Saboey. We can t wait to come back to both. Thank you to all at Saboey and all the best for the new year for you all. Lots of love from the Aussie s.	10/10

24th August 2011 Isabel Ferreira	Very nice hotel, We were in the beach room no. 2, great location, really on the beach and next to the swiming pool. Pool small but ok, beach not as good as i expected, Water not very clear or clean:-(! The best sunset ever! The restaurant works bad at breakfast, please try to put buffet breakfast, i garanty the would Be much better for all! At dinner time we had a very good time at the hotel restaurant, much better the service and i wish to congratulat specially one of the employees, Nonu or something like this, he was very kind, very nice and very very funny, one of the best ever in thailand and usually they all are. Overall experience: good and i will recommend it	6.2/10

Номер просто супер!Расположение удачное - не сильно шумно и покушать где есть, причалы рядом, все экскурсии морские оттуда, и большой Будда в 15 минутах. Единственный минус номера в основном корпусе - слышно дорогу, но впринципе это не сильно напрягает. Бассеин чистый и красиво выходит к пляжу. Нам очень понравилось!!!	10/10

Only 6 deck chairs available at the pool, too less. Clean beach, but also no deck chairs... Hotel located directly to the sea.	7.6/10
15th February 2010 Georgina Connolly bray	This hotel is exactly how it presents itself on line with the exception that we found its situation very cramped. The rooms was lovely and spacious and the bathroom stylish and very large. But because of the shortage of space overall, the rooms were on top of each other with the results that sitting on our terrace (tiny) we were a matter of only feet away from the next room s noisy air conditioning unit. The cramped nature of the whole hotel meant also that the pool area was very small with the sun beds very close to each other. We travelled by choice on our own and had to avoid the pool area as it meant becoming part of the group (I think there were only 9 sun beds and a few deck chairs) around the pool - you couldn t possibly sit by the pool and not join in without appearing unfriendly. The drinks prices were unbelievably high - a beer cost just over double the price in other hotels of the same quality and price and the restaurant was disappointing - limited menu and over priced. The beach was OK, but absolutely no good for snorkelling.	6.6/10
31st March 2009 MRS NICOLA PIERCY	What a lovely little gemstone on Samui !! Perfect beachfront location, within a two minute walk of Big Buddha s bars but far enough away that it s very quiet at night. We had a penthouse room, which had a beautiful view out to sea as promised. Airport collection was very smooth, but bear in mind the airport is pretty close - so if you don t like the sound of the few planes that land during the day this isn t for you. To be honest they didn t bother us at all. Lovely small spa area with really well trained therapists. Had a full massage, manicure and pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed each. The included breakfast was good and could either be taken in the pool bar area or on a lovely strech of raised sand overlooking the actual beach. A couple of very small things that would add to this place - there aren t any robes in the rooms - which (as I m one to chill out on the balcony and watch the sunset post sunbathing) was a bit of a dissapointment... and a couple of extra bits of furniture i.e. a comfy seat in the penthouse room (i think the pool rooms had a sofa?) wouldn t have gone amiss... but seriously that s the only two faults I can pick !! This is a really peaceful place - i think that there are only about twenty rooms in total - the staff are excellent - and the manager was superb - they also run their own taxi pretty much 24-7 so it s easy if you want to get around the island in relative ease. If you are travelling on to Koh Phanang this place is perfect (we stayed five nights here and then a further three on Koh Phanang) as the ferry service into Haad Rin is literally 100m away. If you are a couple or a family looking for excellent accommodation this place is for you - if you want excitement and buzz head towards Chaweng Beach!! We will be going back.
8th December 2007 Lim, CL	We had a great time. It s a boutique resort (so, not crowded) with very friendly and helpful staff. The villa we stayed in was spacious and clean - steps away from the pool, the beach and the restaurant. Very convenient.
29th September 2007 Stephanie Lanzone	We stayed in a beach front villa for 8 days and had a brilliant time. The food and wine selection available at the pool bar was superberb. We loved the quiet of Big Buddah Beach which was still convenient enough to pop across to Bophut and down to Lamai. Tim and Nicki were fabulous hosts - can t fault anything!
21st June 2007 Sally Woffinden	We loved this small resort!! We stayed in beach villa 2. It was amazing. Great value for money. The staff were very freindly and helpful, and the food was fab. We visted out of season, so we had the resort to ourselves. The only noise was the airplanes over head, as the resort is close to the airport. It didnt bother us in the slightest. Very tranquil, we had a great 7 nights there. Only 15 min taxi to the busy Chaweng area. So a great location for us.
29th December 2006 sarah tuke	After losing our luggage on a flight with emirates, my girlfrind and I had no clothes for 6 days, we where very upset as you can imagine, I told the English manager of the hotel, As we where booked in for New Years Eve dinner, I informed the manager that we could not attend as we had no clothes , He said he would look in to it for us.....on the day we checked out the manager charged us £120 for a dinner we couldnt attend???? I was disgusted at the hotels greed and lack of empathy, I would not recmomend this place to anyone, the food was terrible and cold, Also when we where arguing about the bill another couple where charged for NYE and they where very upset, the hotel really let itself down for being unreasonable and greedy, dont stay there!!!
