Koh samui, an idyllic tropical island paradise surrounded by the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand, is the ultimate dream getaway with white sandy beaches and lush green forests. A pristine and tranquil environment blends harmoniously with exciting nightlife, restaurants for every taste and great shopping.

ACCOMMODATION

A small resort offering a wide choice of accommodation set amongst beautiful landscaped tropical gardens. From the unique 60sqm circular villas to the ultimate holiday experience of the 250sqm Samrong House. All rooms are spacious and individually furnished with traditional Thai furniture and artworks. Each room offers a large covered terrace, private bathroom with hot and cold water, air-conditioning with individual control, mini-bar and refrigerator, telephone (IDD), colour TV with satellite and daily cleaning service. Some rooms include kitchenettes and outdoor Jacuzzi.

A 2 storey house. The first floor features a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace with Jacuzzi. The second floor features double bed, a twin bedroom, living room and spacious 18 sq.m. terrace with sea view. The first and second floor can be rented as separate units or as a complete house.

:: Grand Executive Jacuzzi Villa ::

These uniquely circular shaped villas feature a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 15 sq.m. terrace commands a spectacular view of Chaweng bay. The Villa Jacuzzi as the name suggests features its very own outdoor Jacuzzi.

:: Grand Executive Suite ::

Located near the pool area. With a double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 single beds) and living room it makes it an ideal holiday home for a small family. The spacious 18 sq.m. sea view terrace makes a great place to sit back, relax and watch the boats go by.

:: Royal Pavilion Executive Suite ::

The largest 2 storey house at Chaweng Bay View Resort. The first floor has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and 18 sq.m. meter terrace with sea view. The second floor features two double bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub, a living room and outdoor weather protected kitchen. The first and second floor can be rented as separate units or as a complete house.

SERVICES & FACILITIES

Yupa's Restaurant at Chaweng Bay View Resort is located at the northern end of Chaweng Beach. It's hillside location provides a panoramic view of the ocean and Koh Matlang. The restaurant offers Thai and European cuisines, its' specialty being local Samui styled food. It is the ideal spot for a party and can be rented out for special occasions.

It's open style kitchen caters for all tastes and room service is available until 10.00pm. The swimming pool with it's children's wading pool adjoins the restaurant's dining area and together they enjoy uninterrupted sea views.

29th April 2011 Zaharudin	We had a great stay and a memorable holiday at Koh Samui. The resort was fantastic way beyond wat we expected, however lighting cn be improved as it is a bit too dark to walk in to our villa at night after we sent our bike that we rent and there was nobody to sent us in. I would like to thank the staff who help us alot, we didn t get their name but she was at the reception and from the day we check in till we go home she help us alot. We love Chaweng Bayview Resort n surely we will retuen there cause it s worth the money. Thank you for making it a nice place	7/10

Of course, you will have to climb a little bit to access the room and the breakfast place and you will have to walk 5/7 minutes to reach the beach but for this very light price you will be in a wonderful place served by very kind people.	9.4/10
9th January 2010 Viljo Hyvärinen	This was our fourth time to visit Bay View Resort, we like it. Rooms are clean, roomy but simple. Aircon was little pit noisy. Location is perfect for people who don´t want to be too close to noisy bars and discos, which are on the other hand only couple kms away (with taxi 5-10 mins). View is wonderful and one has almost private pool, since resort is small. Staff was utmost helpful, thanks for that. We can recommend this place. Ps. one useful tel: taxi Mr. Sayan, +6681-0787185. 28th December 2008 Jouni	It was very nice resort, service was excellent and villa comfortable. Bed was a bit hard and air condition difficult to tune but other wise everything was very well.
5th October 2008 Duncan Thomas Cook	Awesome vacation made all the more memorable by the service provided by staff and management of Bayview Resort,will have no hesitation in using this resort in the future. View is absolutely amazing, pool is terrific.
31st December 2007 Barry Cody	We found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. A bit out of town but staff were always at hand to take you in. They were also very friendly and helpfull in organising trips and days out. The steep hill can be a bit off putting but the view at the top was worth while. The resturant served great food and the pool was welcoming too. Overall, we would rate it 10 out of 10! WE would highly recommend it.
28th December 2007 Chen Yiyi	I stay one day in a villa with jacuzzi. The room is very spacious and the Jacuzzi looks much bigger than in the web pic.The staff is friendly and nice. The way to the villa is quite steep but the staff will take you to your room by a car upon arrival.
29th June 2007 Timothy Ashton	I found the hotel very pleasant.It is close to the airport(about 5 mins.drive)and is very quiet with plenty of privacy.The room was big with decent bathroom and nice veranda.There is a free taxi service to the nearby resort centre from 9.00 A.M.- 5.00 P.M. There is a steep walk to the rooms,but did not prove to be a problem. I would recommend this hotel to anybody planning a trip to Koh Samui.
15th June 2007 Georgia Nye	Hotel was very nice, clean and in excellent repair. The staff was exceedingly friendly. The only problem was that the hotel itself was a bit far from the beach and the swimming pool was up a rather steep hill. It was a very beautiful pool though, and very worth the trek.
6th April 2007 Karina Mikkelsen	As this was our second stay at Chaweng Bayview we were hoping it could be as good as our previous stay. Our expectations where surpassed. The rooms were immaculate, the view was breath taking, the reception was very helpful and friendly, and not at least the staff was fantastic. Nothing was too much to ask for. In particular Kai and Thu Zar ensured that our stay at Chaweng Bayview was the best holiday ever. We will definitely be back.
10th March 2007 Johan Pettersson	Nice hotel with really friendly and helpfull staf. We booked at Villa jacussi and it was very nice with a enchanting view over the sea. Unfortunatly they had a problem with tha filter for the pool, but it was solved in two days. Steep hills that gives you som exercise. A great hotel that i can recomend.
6th January 2007 John Button	Beautiful room with personal spa and spectacular view, very private. Hotel is small and relaxed with good friendly service. Hotel is a 5 minute scooter ride from Chaweng and at the top of a very steep hill, but if this doesn t worry you I recommend this hotel.
