Baan Hin Sai Chaweng Noi Boutique Resort is located between Chaweng and Lamai beach 2 kilometers from both ways. This resort complements the island's natural beauty with luxurious comfort amid the splendid natural surroundings. You can enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving in front of the resort. You will love to relax in our opened-air lobby and restaurant or enjoy the view poolside. he resort faces the sea and this spectacular setting can some times inspire you to do absolutely nothing at all, except sit, relax and take it in. The backside of resort is closely connected to the island ring road, helping you to move about freely.

This island's climate is tropical warm through the year. The monsoon wind brings about the seasonal change from dry to wet. It's between March and June and between July and September when average temperature ranges from 32 - 28 degree Celsius. Only the occasional tropical thunderstorms bring relief from the heat. November to February is generally cool.

LOCATION MAP

The Resort sits on a rocky slope of the View Point between Chaweng and Lamai, two well-known beaches of Koh Samui. While hidden and secluded from the main tourist areas, the back of the resort is connected to the ring road of the island offering easy access to other parts in town. It is only 15 kms. and 20 minute drive from SAmui Airport. Koh Samui is an island located in the Gulf of Thailand and is a 50 minute flight South of Bangkok.

2nd October 2011 GIL SHARON	This resort was more than great. Very relaxing and comftable. Great view to the sea. Most of all the the great look of the hotel. The only down side is the distance from chaweng beach, although its a 5 min drive. But if you are looking for quite and relax for a couple, this place is excacly for that.	8.2/10

22nd March 2010 Moez Ashrafali Hemani	All the online reservation systems were good and are very well managed. However we were not satisfied with the service at Baan hin Sai... For both the nights that we stayed at Baan Hin Sai, we had a bat in our room which squealed all night... I know that this is a very rare co incidence but we expected a better response to our issues. For the first night our room was changed but for the second one we were refused stating no Deluxe Suites were available and we would have to move to a Chalet... Even to get this response it took the hotel guys 40 mins... Our overall experience in this resort was not good and we wouldnt recommend it to friends or stay here again when we visit Koh Samui next	5.8/10

23rd September 2008 shaun	We stayed in a seafront chalet. It s up on the hill and right beside a swimming pool. beauitufl view and lovely room apart from noise a/c and a creaky bed. We had great fun in the swimmng pool (partly because it s low season, not many guests stayed). However, We had some unpleasant experience during our 5 nights stay:very rude, unfriendly and not helpful receptionist; bad food and lack of service & proffessiolism.
