Aura | After a very busy year my husband and I wished a real holiday , away from work, a place to rest , enjoy the beauty of the island, able to take walks in the safety of a private beach, close to shops and food if we desired to taste the local delicacies or go shopping, have daily massages ( which were kindly organised by Prim , owner/Manager), and just simply recharge our depleted batteries .
We found all that and so much more in Sarocha Villa, Prim and her staff , in their gentle and kind way , atended to all our requests and made suggestions of places to eat out , shop or sight seeing,.
The comfortable room had TV , internet, excellent air conditioning, a well daily re - stocked fridge, large windows and large glass sliding doors that gave the room a feeling of open space.
The helpful and efficient staff were polite and attentive, the lovely grounds and our rooms were kept spotless,
The site is quiet and secluded right in the beautiful private beach, the views are wonderful no matter where you are in the Villa.
Transport is by a mini bus (song -taw) or taxi and takes around 10 minutes to the shops
We thoroughly enjoyed Prim s cooking, and our conversations that greatly increased my knowledge of how the island became what it is today, thank you Prim, that invaluable knowledge can not be found in text books, it can only be passed from generations to generations.
Prim provides free Kayaks and any information needed due to her great knowledge of the island.
I highly recommend Sarocha Villa, excellent value for money, this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had, I m not surprise that most quests at Sarocha Villa return every year for long periods of time which says a lot about Prim and her staff that makes everyone feel so welcome.
Sarocha makes you feel comfortable , safe and oh! so relaxed. We felt so at home and did not want to leave , Many thanks Prim!!

Timur Poltorykhin Yulia Yatsynova | very nice place, for this money i think it s the best quality and placement variant. dont even doubt about this place 10 from 10 for this money. the only minus it s the entrance in ocean its too rocky, lots of stones, but for little children very nice becouse on small water nice sand. and the best beaches lamai and chaweng are pretty close. and btw what a sunsets there ^^ | 10/10 |

Alexander Gurevich | The location of the hotel is not that great - all the action is either on Lamai or Chaweng beaches (150-200 Bath to get to Lamai by taxi)and the hotel is located by ... the local cemetry
Room is rather basic (as promised) , no hair drier included.

This is the ONLY time anyone shouted at during my stay in Thailand !!!
When I booked at www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com, I was asked to pay only 25% of the total. When the manager asked me pay the rest at the hotel, another 3% were added to my bill - credit card fee. It was not a significant sum of money, but still...
When I refused paying additional 3%,claiming that it was not stated anywhere on www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com or at the hotel s site, then it happen... Only when she understood, that there is no way she is getting cash - paying through www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com was the compromise. (Thanx www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com!)
The only thing she ve earned - is this bad review at www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com...

HAINON | Je suis entièrement satisfait par cet hotel . Il correspond à mes attentes, calme, discrétion, le personnel est très gentil et serviable . L environnement est très reposant, joli cadre de verdure et loin du bruit de la ville . Ce site mérite d etre protégé .

Jacek Plociennik | Great place with very friendly and easygoing staff. They helped arrange almost everything we though up. Rooms are clean and spacey. The villa has private quiet beach. There is very good Italian restaurant few steps towards Lamai center. Taxi to the Lamai beach costs around 200 Baths. Location is indeed quite remote from the noisy center but it makes the place perfect escape form the crowds. | 8.2/10 |

Elizabeth | This is one of the best places to stay in Samui.The price is right, it s comfortable, it s clean and the service is great. Please note this is not the same as staying at a resort and is very simple living. But the biggest thing to me is CLEANLINESS and this place has it! It s a quality family owned place. Check out their website before you visit. They also offer free use of sea kayaks for you to take out anywhere. You can kayak over to Grandfather and Grandmother rocks, which is a big tourist attraction. They offer a great traditional American breakfast for the morning. They re located at the southern part of Lamai, which allows for you to escape the other, more touristy areas. I would highly recommend Sarocha Villa! | 8/10 |

Alexey Solomonov | Thanks to Ms.Primrat, her family and her pretty dogs :) Sarocha became our favorite place during the last trip to Thailand. Just arriving there we found ourselves in a pleasant home-like atmosphere, and this feeling constantly deepened during our stay. The hotel is located in a small bay with a picturesque scenery. Sarocha definitely has one of the best views all over the island. The beach was declared as a southern part of Lamai, but in fact it s divided by rocks from the main beach, that makes it more secluded and romantic. If you find the sea shallow during low tides, just take a moto-bike (you can rent it in a hotel at a good price) or a songthau-taxi and get a short ride (3-5 min) to the main beach of Lamai. You can also take a kayak (it s free in Sarocha) and go 30 meters offshore behind the coral reef. It s very comfortable to swim there (of cource, if somebody s waiting you in kayak:) By kayak you can also easily go to the famous rocks Hin Ta and Hin Yai, they are in a short distance to the North. The hotel has 2 types of accommodations: beach-front villas with kitchenette, and garden-view bungalows few steps behind. But in fact all the garden-view bungalows have a beautiful sea view from their terraces. So, having decided to stay in the garden don t be afraid to be at the back of beyond. Wi-Fi Internet is free of charge and works all over the territory of the hotel, that is very convenient. All the trips (or tickets to the neighbor islands) you can book at the hotel too. The price will be the same or lower, comparing with what you get from the travel agencies. If you have enough time, I would recommend to take a moto-bike or a car and to drive around the island. The highest waterfalls, Aquarium, Butterfly garden, Safari Park with Elephant tracking, Cable Ride and many other sights are quite close to the hotel. And last but not least, it s the best value for money you can find on Samui. If I come to Samui again, I will definitely have no doubts where to stay. | 10/10 |

Liu Yu | It is located a little bit remote in Lama beach area,therefore you need your own way of transportation. The bunglows are nice and lovely with good prices. The restaraunt is cloese early. | |
