All rooms are with private balcony, bathroom with full amenities, hot and could water, fridge mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite television, in-room safe deposit box, individual controlled air conditioning, IDD telephone, hair dryer and bathrobe.

34 Modern Thai style villas (each is 48 sq. m.) equipped with modern infrastructure, consist of comfortably large bathroom with full length bathtub separate shower room, hot and cold water and full bath amenities setup, settle in a amidst of tropical garden.

:: Deluxe Balcony (6 Units) ::

There are 6 Deluxe Balcony rooms (each is 62 sq. m.) in Thai Contemporary style located on the hillside designed for maximum comfort, consists of private balcony, one bedroom, bathroom with separate bathtub and shower room and complete in-room facilities.

:: Sunset Jacuzzi (6 units) ::

Our 6 Sunset Jacuzzi is surrounding with the tropic garden on the hillside facing to sunset viewpoint in the very peaceful area (each is 62 sq. m.) Consists of Jacuzzi on private balcony, one bedroom, bathroom with separate bathtub and shower room and complete in-room facilities.

:: Sunset Suite (10 Units) ::

Dip into the outdoor Jacuzzi and Indulge with a magnificent sunset. Our 10 Sunset Suites (each is 62 sq. m.) with partially panoramic sea view located on the hilltop overlooking a beautiful Gulf of Siam. Consist of a cozy and comfortable bedroom, DVD/CD Player with sound system, separate bathtub and shower, full bath amenities and modern facilities.

:: Pool Villa (10 Units) ::

There are 10 units of Pool Villa (each is 95 sq. m.). The unique villa located next to a Jacuzzi Villa suitable for honeymoon couple or family. The room has one luxurious bedroom, en-suite bathroom with modern facilities, DVD/CD Player with sound system and full amenities setup. All rooms have a private balcony, outdoor Sala and private pool with Jacuzzi.

:: Beachfront Villa (6 Units) ::

All the 6 units of Fair House Beachfront Villa (each is 122 sq. m.) have their own romantic outdoor Sala surrounding with beautiful garden, private pool and balcony as well as easy access to the beach. Each room features one living room, one bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms, DVD/VCD player with sound system to enjoy on the LCD TV.

29th March 2012 Ivan Sosnin	The hotel is absolutely unforgettable. It was a second one in the series of hotels we chose for our vacation. The first one was located on Lipa Noi, that Maenam Beach and the final at the Choeng Mon Beach. All in all Fair House gave us the trully feelings of Thailand and its hospitality. The perfect mix of good location (a bit far from the main road but it s more a plus), great facilities and outstanding personnel. The Pandanus SPA is a bit expensive but it s absolutely worth it as you get an unforgettable experience of real Thailand SPA treatments. When leaving we were treated so greatly that we nearly cried and did not want to depart. This hotel is absolutely a must for intimate true-Thai vacation.	10/10

2nd January 2011 Karl Jonas Levin	This was one of my top stays in Thailand. It is a bit away from the main road, but the resort offers many transport options free of charge. It is a perfect option if you want to avoid busy Chaweng when on Koh Samui.	8.8/10
16th June 2008 Steven A. Colatriano	The hotel gets a 9 out of 10 in my opinion. Gorgeous layout and landscaping. Spacious rooms. Unparralleled views. Very accommodating staff. Food was perfect! The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because they have plumbing issues with their jacuzzi in the chalet suites. It took a long time to fill, it leaked, and the motors were rather loud when it was turned on.
8th April 2007 PERCHAIS Eric	The hotel is nice and quiet, even a bit too remote and with quite poor surroundings. You definitly need a car or a motorcycle. the beach is quiet but a bit narrow. Accomodations: villas are cute and great value, but chalets are up the hill, so lots of stairs to climb, far from the beach, the swimming pool and the restaurant. chalets are spacy and with a nice overlook on the bay but far less cosy and not convenient at all. The restaurant is ok but nothing incredible and thaï food menu is poor. Accoustic band playing every night american oldies (you better like it or you get upset as we did...). Service is OK The spa is nice. Clients of this resort seem to be mainly germans and americans. At last, we found Samui quite disapointing with his wild uncontrolled tourism development. The island is even quite ugly on some spots like Chaweng invaded by gogo bars and low budget mass tourism. Definitly not the best spot in Thaïland, even quite far from it.

24th December 2006 Billie Judd-Dysinger	I cannot say enough about Ban Laem Sai. It was an absolutely magnificent vacation. The grounds are gorgeous and extremely well-kept, the staff beyond efficient and friendly, the scenery absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway for families and couples. I have never been more relaxed and pampered in my whole life. Absolutely no complaints other than the prices are a tad high for some services but still well worth it.
