Traditional Thai Heritage takes a very simple and beautiful form and is well adapted for our tropical climate.
The traditional Thai house is ideally adapted to its environment. There are many features common to traditional houses up and down the country.
Entire living areas are often raised on stilts to protect against flooding and to allow life to flourish alongside river and flood plain areas.
Roofs are normally steeply slanted to quickly carry rainwater away from the house. Many are often decorated to reflect religious and local historical influences.
The use of hardwoods, bamboo and dried leaves in the construction process helps to keep the buildings dry and cool.
Over many centuries the Thai house has acquired its own unique style. The distinguishing marks are an elegantly tapering roof and various finials and decorations that differ regionally. While architectural features vary throughout the four cultural regions; Central Thailand, the North (Lanna), the North - East (Isaan) and the South, the method of raising a platform on poles is common to all parts of the country. 
It offers protection from dirt, hostile wildlife,
thieves and most importantly from the monsoon floods which affect all of Thailand.
There are regional differences in style though. Northern houses have smaller windows because of the cooler weather.
Houses in the Kingdom's Central Plains have a much larger central veranda which often serves as a communal area for many different houses. Traditional Thai houses are still the design of choice in rural areas but less so in urban areas. Samui Buri Beach Resort is situated on the secluded northern Maenam Bay with a fine sandy beach, sparkling water and swimmable all year, offering a stunning view of Koh Phangan and other outlying islands. The total area is 15 Rai or approximately 6 acres. The resort is 20 minutes drive from Nathon Pier as well as the busy shopping/nightlife center of Chaweng and Samui Airport. Located on the second and third floor at building A and B. Each deluxe room has the same features as Deluxe Pool.
The difference is Deluxe room on the upper floor is not equip with pool facility while Deluxe Pool has direct excess to the pool.
24 Deluxe Pool Access Room (70 sq.m.)
Located on the ground floor at building A and B . Each Deluxe Room features queen bed, writing desk, TV and mini bar.
It reflects to the rich traditional of Thai culture. Bathroom contains double vanity unit with separate WC and shower.
Generous hanging and drawer space is provided together with a luggage rack, your personal safe, umbrellas, slippers plus large range of guest amenities.
Outdoor sun lounge is provide with direct access to a sharing large pool.
28 Deluxe Pool Villa
Each Vila surrounded by the tropical gardens. They have separate bedroom/living area.
Each bedroom comes with private bathroom featuring double vanity unit, WC, sunken bath/shower
and contains generous hanging and drawer space, luggage rack, your personal safe, umbrellas, and slippers plus a wide range of guest amenities.
From the room, lead to your own pool which equips with sundeck lounge.

L’escale Restaurant offers a friendly set amongst the beautiful gardens and can see Koh Phangan view an international buffet as well as a la carte dining is available at The Beach Restaurant.

Set amongst the beautiful gardens and can see Koh Phangan view. Pool bar offers a wide selection of beverage including tropical cocktails, Pool friendly food such as sandwiches and salad are served in wood baskets. Servers dressed in traditional Fisherman's "Chao-lays" service the pool areas, taking orders for snacks and drinks. Operating hours and seat capacity : Open daily from 9.0am to 8.00pm with 100 seats. Lobby Lounge : The Lobby Lounge offers a friendly corner to take in the resort Villa view of the resort's Operating hours and seat capacity : Open daily from 09.00am to 23.00pm., with 40 seats.
