The "BARAMIE Residence" is a small, delightful boutique
hotel at the Jomtien-Sattahip Beach, approximately 12 km south of Pattaya/Thailand.
It consists of several two level buildings and bungalows, all set in
beautiful, tropical gardens.
The location of this hotel, the
choice of accommodation and the high level of service makes the "BARAMIE
Residence" a perfect place for quiet and relaxed holidays. The "BARAMIE
Residence" is linked to the beach by a beautiful lawn area, providing
ample space for sun beds and shades.
Because of the small number
of rooms and suites (in total 36) every guest will find at any time
of the day a free sun bed, either on the very large lawn or on the beach.
Our kitchen serves international dishes and Thai specialties throughout
the day and our guests have the choice where to have their lunch or
dinner: in the restaurant, at the pool or in the room.
The hotel's
swimming pool is only 1.40 meters deep and therefore especially suited
for non-swimmers. Elderly persons are appreciating the stairs leading
into the water.
The European/Thai management is speaking English,
German, French and Thai and takes great pride in providing a very friendly
and personalized service.
The fast developing Jomtien-Sattahip
Beach and its growing number of hotels offer a variety of restaurants,
spas and shops linked to the hotel by small roads and walkways along
the beach. The "BARAMIE Residence" is also not far from the attractions
of the resort city of Pattaya and the hotel provides a shuttle bus service
to the center of the city.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The ''BARAMIE Residence'' has only 36 rooms, bungalows
and suites, all air conditioned. Therefore it can offer very personalized
service and outstanding in-room facilities. We believe that every guest
should have the same comfort and facilities as at home: computer with
free internet access, TV set with satellite programs, DVD/CD player
to enjoy the movies and music of the ''BARAMIE'' library (movies in
English, German and Thai), direct dial telephone, digital safe in the
room, coffee/tea making facility and even an ironing board with a steam
iron. The bungalows and suites have additional kitchenettes or small
kitchens.
All units have their own balcony or terrace, all furnished
with benches, tables and chairs as an out-door living space.

RESTAURANT & BARS
We know from experience that good food and relaxing surroundings
are an important part of a good holiday.
The air-conditioned
restaurant and its outdoor terraces are spacious and equipped with comfortable
furniture. The selection of decoration and materials has been driven
by the desire for a natural yet contemporary interior which is well
balanced and cool.
With this in mind, we have equipped the restaurant
and its terrace with large tables and comfortable armchairs. Crockery
and glasses are of high quality.
Special attention has been
paid to the breakfast buffet. A large variety of popular Thai and European
dishes will make sure that the day starts on a good note.
The
menu is well balanced and offers international and Thai delicacies.
Because of the great number of restaurants in the vicinity, the menu
card is well planned and will include dishes that are not easily available
somewhere else.
The hotel has 2 bars: a restaurant bar and a
pool bar. Food and drinks are also served to the rooms until 10 pm.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
There is of course a swimming pool with a separate
kids paddle pool and a small sun deck with sun beds, a pool bar and
the lawn with sun beds at the beach.

''BARAMIE Residence'' provides a 24 hour laundry service at very reasonable
price,
Shuttle bus service Guests who wish
to enjoy the entertainment and shopping facilities of Pattaya City can
use the shuttle bus service of the hotel.
Airport transfer
To make sure that our guests have a trouble free start of their holiday,
transfers to and from Bangkok and Pattaya airports are provided. Depending
on the number of guests, we are sending either a car or minibus. The
driver will wait with your name signboard behind the customs exit.

This place is the JEWEL in THE CROWN.
Management better than 1st Class
Staff attentive,very helpful,courteous.
Stay in Bungalows - very big rooms.
Maid every day.Sheets changed every day. Food - American sized portions - Thai,European inc Fish & Chips. Plenty of Meat,Chicken,Fish,Prawns. Too much? take it back to room,fridge it, heat in micro wave. Large verandha. Clean Beach 2mins walk. Hotel has own Shuttle & Taxi service to Pattaya. Go off-season. We ve just got back after 3 weeks there. I m retd airline 70yrs old. Best place we ve stayed at. My E-Mail is bcaluk@yahoo.com. Plse contact me for any more info.

Very nice stay. Everything runs smoothly as usual trough www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com.
Very peaceful and quiet location; easy minibus to city takes 20min. Nice place to stay if You wan t peace and privacy not too far away from shopping etc.
Some garbage in the sea only minor minus. Pools very nice and clean as all surroundings here. Very friendly staff.
Really good breakfast, overall good value for money :)

Baramie Residence is a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing holiday. It s just outside of bustling Pattaya, right on a nice, calm beach, under the shade of pine trees. It s a perfect spot for family with kids. Last but not least, they probably have the best hotel breakfast in whole Thailand.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in einem Bungalow des Baramie-Residence verbracht. Unterkunft wie auch Restaurant sind hervorragend, sauber und gepflegt. Wunderschöne Flora in der ganzen Anlage. Nichts lässt zu wünschen übrig. 2 äusserst saubere Swimmingpools stehen zur Verfügung - wichtig bei der ständig zunehmenden Meer-Verschmutzung. Liegen am sauberen Strand sind kostenlos. Kompetente Leitung und freundliches Personal. Der hoteleigene Bus bringt und holt die Gäste, die in die 12 Km entfernte Pattaya-City fahren wollen. Wir kommen wieder - we come again! A+A.

Klein aber fein!! Das Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Top Service, vom GM bis zum Staff. Man kennt die Gäste mit Namen. Sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gute Küche. Auch mit wenig englisch kein Problem - Der GM spricht deutsch und auch vom Staff wird deutsch ein wenig verstanden. Zum Beach 3 min.

Das Hotel ist SEHR zu empfehlen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das gesamte Personal sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Eigentümer pflegt den persönlichen Kontakt zu seinen Gästen, welche er alle mit Namen kennt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Die gesamte Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt. Jederzeit wieder.

Room Quality:
The room was okay not too old, huges enought, only the bed were not too comfy.
Service :
This is a great small hotel to stay at Pattaya for holiday.The staff and the general manager were wonderful and friendly services. When we arrived we asked for double bed, not a twin bed. The hotel made twin bed to double for us on the next day.
The beach is just 3 mins walks from the hotel,thier are many sun desks provided for Baramie s guests on the beach. It was a quiet beach and nice for relaxing.

The hotel is a little off the beaten track but there is a shuttle service to Pattaya city.(Extra charged)

Stayed at Baramie for 2 weeks with my family (child 2 ½ years). Very nice rooms and facilities. Good and helpful staff. Very good restaurant with fair prices.
It would be nice if there had been a playground when you are travelling with small children.
The location is 10 min drive from Pattaya city which is good and in a calm area.

Everything top , staff/owner the best.
Good location to the beach.
Wonderfull poolarea.
Breakfast the very best with a lot of European food, a real saver if You are a little bit tired of Thaifood.
Recommend the Resort to anyone who not looking for a partyarea.
If so the distance to Pattaya no problem.
They have a little shuttlebus/van aprox 80 Bath.

We are from Prague and to Baramie Residence we came from noisy Bangkok. I was very suprised with Baramie hotel services. I can recommend this hotel for good relax, also with children. Its location is in quiet
and green surroundings and we very happy not to stay in Pattaya. Pattaya is dirty city. Breakfast perfect, rooms are enough big for free movement and very clean, pool also clean and own beach with lawn has no fault. Super, we wish to come back also next year. Recommended without exception.

Kleines aber feines Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang. Unser Bungalow war sehr geräumig uns sauber. Das das Hotel unter deutscher Leitung steht merkte man am exzellenten Frühstücksbuffet. Von Leberwurst über Schmierkäse bis Mettwurst war alles vorhanden. Frisch zubereitete Eier in allen Variationen und andere Leckereien waren natürlich auch verfügbar. Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden den wir nachmittags immer nach dem Meerbad genutzt haben. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, auch weil es im Vergleich zum großen Nachbarhotel nie überlaufen war und das Personal stets bemüht und freundlich war. Für den Preis wird man schwerlich bessere Qualität in Thailand finden. Das Wasser am Strand war nicht sehr sauber. Ich war übrigens das zehnte Mal in Thailand.
