30th October 2011 Dietmar Will | my second stay in 3 month and will come there again. just recommend all who are going there to rent a motorbike and if you need internet, buy usb stick in tukom because the wifi there is really the worst what i ever have seen in whole thailand | 7.8/10 |
6th October 2011 Carina Costa | If you value your money and your patience, DON T GO HERE! From our first day up to our checl-out we only encountered problems. I ll list a few here just to start:
1-No telephone in the Villas! You have a menu, but you can t call for room service. Everything listed as recreational facilities are fake!
2-Most of the staff don t speak english
3-One morning they forgot to make breakfast!
4-No Visa card for extras when you check out!
5-They took away all toilet paper, even the roll I bought, and didn t leave one in the bathroom! | 5.4/10 |
2nd July 2011 Dietmar Will | overall it was a really nice stay there, just a few small points can be improved. Internet is terrible slow. privacy is not 100% perfect becasue you have to wiat longtime after they cleaned the room and come again to fillup the minibar. I recommend to rent a motorbike for this location. Will definetly stay there again when i am in this area again. | 8.6/10 |
12th April 2011 Wipha | The house quite old with bad smell in the bedroom. I have to spray my personal perfume everynights. The environment is quite good and more privacy. | 4.4/10 |
17th October 2010 Chong Kian Fah | Nice and quite place. Suitable for couple due to the privacy and romantic ambient.
The public road outside the villas is undergo construction which is a down side. Hope they can finish the new road quickly.
For people without own transportation may hv some problem traveling around. | 6.4/10 |
28th June 2009 Ralf Menz | I was suprised to find such a nice place.
18th June 2009 SEIL Marco | I had a wonderfull time in my Bungalow, it was my \ Paradise\ .
31st May 2009 RABINDRA KUMAR DOKANIA | it was nice to stay view talay villa we admire ambience and personal swimming pool the maitenance and the drop and pickup free tuk tuk service .overall excellent .only problem was to apy for water for extra bottle.
11th May 2009 Stephen Harrison | This is the third time I have stayed here and wouldn t hesitate to return. Good standard villas with complete privacy. All services provided were good also...
8th May 2009 Jim Carlin | If you want to be in the centre of Pattaya, and two steps from the bright lights and racket of Walking Street, View Talay Villas is not for you. But if you want an oasis of calm, where you can lounge by your private pool in total seclusion, and unwind from the stress of work, it is ideal.
But don’t be fooled. Take a 10 minutes bus ride and you will be right in the middle of as much night life as you can take.
I stayed in a one apartment villa, and found it to be clean and well appointed. The bedroom had a private safe, and there was ample room for several guests to party. The reception has internet access which I found sufficient for catching up on my e-mails, and the room service was good.
Over all, I had a great stay, and will definitely use View Talay Vilas again on my next trip to Pattaya.
11th October 2008 Jan Borgstrom | Second stay in View Talay for 4 nights did me disappointed when I discover that them not change sheet and pillow case in the bed every day, Them say it hawe to see dirty before changes, so what about all sweaty.???
14th September 2008 Jan Borgstrom | Werry werry good, and nice clean and good service, nice pool in the cosy private garden,The best place I ever stay in the area of pattaya/Jomtien and very good value for the price, and I will stay at View Talay villas everytime I visit Jomtien thats Sure.
4th September 2008 Chalice Young Pearce | Stayed in View Talay Villas for 2 nights, very seclded resort, so so private that you can t see anyone at all. Tuk Tuk took us down to the beach which was very convenient. When I was so sick, tuk tuk driver took my husband to available chemist to get tablets and brought him back to the room, i thought it was very sweet of him. Thanks for that, i would 100% be sure to stay in View Talay Villas next time when i go to Pattaya.
4th January 2008 Jon A. Holu | Stayed in a 1-bdrm villa. BEAUTIFUL. Nice private plunge pool. Good AC. Great kitchen. Room Service food was not so great. Better quality Thai food 1 block away down toward/on the beach road at Jomtien beach. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
14th December 2007 MR. FLANNERY Michael | A quiet oasis, well appointed and extremely private and comfortable accommodation.
Ideal for someone who wants the bright lights of Pattaya to be accessible, but prefers to escape the mayhem when the day (or night) is done.
Very friendly, efficient and polite staff.
A little pricey by Thailand standards, but would appear a bargain to most westerners.
One of Thailand s many best kept secrets !
9th September 2007 DAVID MALINA | View Talay Villas was great. It s a place to stay if you re looking for quiet and seclusion. It was my second stay there. The pool and the private courtyard with all of the lush tropical vegetation was like a little oasis. The room service food was very good. It s not right on the beach or very close to shopping but they have a tuk tuk that will pick you up at your Villa and take you to the beach or to the road where you can catch a baht bus into Pattaya.
