14th May 2012 MERU | stayed in pool view room. room is quite large (about 35 sqm) and clean. plus points are big refrigerator with freezer and very quiet, well working aircon. bathroom fixtures are not well maintained. Nice pool, especially for childen and pretty clean. breakfast and other services of the hotel are rather low standard. Location is miserable (on north road 10 min walk to tesco) far from everything except tesco supermarket). I think this is an aceeptable hotel if it did not try to oversell itself. Even at discounted prices i feel they are too expensive for the quality supplied. | 5/10 |
29th April 2012 Khun Nattawoot | Maid stay & eat at stairway in front of lift. I think hotel should not have like this. | 6.6/10 |
19th January 2012 Carlos Alberto Dourado Francisco | Maybe must have a service in swiming pool.....or have a pool bar place but dont have bar tender... | 7.2/10 |

8th August 2010 Pornlapus Thanomthong | The room is great, clean and comfortable, very worth for money. Japanese wooden bathtub is very large and comfortable for 2 people. Staffs are kind and helpful. Nice to come back again next time ^^ | 9.4/10 |
15th July 2010 Mr.Walter Gottwald | Nice hotel, many families with kids there (many Thai). Location is not so good if you do not have a car or bike. The pool could be cleaner. Fitness is great and free WLAN in working OK. Breakfast is for the price ok too. | 6.8/10 |
23rd April 2010 Donna Reilly | Hotel is lovely but staff are not. The Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The other staff were ok, however, their English was very poor. | 6.8/10 |
28th August 2009 Chang Cheng-Chang | On Aug. 22-28 09 Me and my families stayed at the Mantra Pura Resort in one bedroom suite. The room is very nice and clean. Bathroom is spacious. the swimming pool is very nice. We check in at around 1 am. The night shift staff arrange us to the room in a very friendly and efficient manner.
The breakfast is very nice. Enough food and very delicioous.
The only negative side about the resort is that it s a little inconvinient to go somewhere else. You always need to get a taxi or ask the resort to arrange transportation. | 6.8/10 |
28th August 2009 Chang Cheng-Chang | Me and my families stayed there from Aug 22 to 28 09. We took an one bed room suite. The living area, Bed room and Bathroom are all very nice, clean and spacious. We arrieved at the resort at around 1 a.m. the night shift staff helped to arrange everything for us in a very friendly an efficient way. During my stay, whenever I need some help the staff there are always doing their best to provide assistance.
During week-days they don t serve 100% they take order from you and prepare your food. Their attitude are good and the food are great.
The only negtive side of the resort is that It s a little bit far from almost everything. If you wish to go somewhere you need to ask the staff to arrnge transport or you need to get yourself a taxi. | 6.8/10 |

3rd May 2009 Komson Kajorncheeppunngam | I was very pleased staying two nights here. My mom was very satisfied two bedrooms suit we stayed as there are 3 tv sets, 2 DVD players, large living room, kitchen area, and all facilities in our room.
13th April 2009 jeremy carsner | very nice hotel. the staff is wonderful and the way the buildings are set up is the coolest. the only bad thing about the place is that some of us got a lot of bug bites and we don t know how. the water pressure and hot water in the showers is hit or miss, but it didn t take away from my stay. i d definitely stay there again. oh, and the food at the on-site restaurant/room service is very good. we practically lived off it during our stay.
10th November 2008 Holley Prosser | The hotel was very nice, and the staff were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to help us, and even drove us to the tourist destinations we booked through the hotel. The location was close to the shopping/ restaurant district, maybe only a 5 min drive. Not really walking distance though. Also, the swim up bar was closed, which was disappointing! I was not impressed with the hotel restaurant at all. We had free breakfast with our room, but the food kept running out (wasnt replaced), wasnt a great selection and wasnt very apetising. Also the dishes were dirty and the service was poor. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would reccoment the place to others.
