Замечательный отель для отдыха с детьми. Мы брали виллу с двумя спальнями. Есть полностью оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина, гладильная доска с утюгом. Сушилка для белья стоит в технологическом помещении с кондиционерами, от которых идет жар, поэтому вещи сохнут очень быстро! Отель далековат от магазинов, но мы брали машину на прокат, поэтому неудобств не испытывали.

They changed my room without notice. I knew that until I could not get the breakfast. They told us they changed us to another hotel under their company so that we could not enjoy the breakfast in our room. Just two of us could go to their restaurant to eat the breakfast. The staff were so impolite and unable to speak/understand English well. They told us that they informed the agent already.
One of the rooms is really in poor condition. The main bedroom is excellent but the worst one is really terrible. The toilet in the main bedroom is excellent but another is really small. It s about 30 sq ft big.

Everything is great in Outrigger Laguna Phuket Resort but the location. At least 40 mins to Patong beach by car. It is better to rent a car instead of go out by taxi.

The location of the resort is not so good, it is very hard to find the way.The facility of the villa is excellent, but the breakfast is too poor to meed our needs.

i used the 3 bedroom pool villa, great place for a week to stay, but make sure u have a car with u, transport from hotel is expensive. Room with breakfast means only continental cold breakfast served in room. For american breakfast in resturant u pay extra.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa which is oustanding from family perspective especially the exclusive swimming pool (quite decent sized)and the well equipped kitchenette. To make the experience better, following improvements are required:
a) Most of the bedrooms should have king size beds and one attached bathroon with each. Sharing bathrooms or external bathrooms is a pity
b) The breakfast at Bites can be improved a lot - both as the external sitting makes it quite uncomfortable in hot weather and also the spread of breakfast should offer more choices
Overall the staff was very helpful and polite and we enjoyed quite a lot. The maintenance of the property is also A-1.

Отдыхаем с семьей часто и в разных местах, так что есть с чем сравнивать.
Очень хорошие и комфортные виллы.
Система кондиционирования не вызывает никаких нареканий.
Свой бассейн - это без комментариев. Уже так отдыхали в Греции. Поплавать ночью перед сном - очень здорово. Бассейн все время чистый. Одна лампочка из подводной подсветки не горела, но на это и внимания обращать не стоит.
Убирают каждый день, стараясь быть незаметными. Подстроились под наш график и приходили, когда нас нет.
До пляжа 7 минут на машине. Организовано все удобно, снимаете трубку, говорите, что нужен автобус, через 5-15 минут водитель звонит в вашу дверь.
Очень хороший пляж. Мало народу, чисто, песок, замечательный вход в воду. Никаких проблем с лежаками. Полотенца на пляже выдает представитель отеля. Он же, по вашей просьбе закажет автобус назад.
Поездили для интереса по другим пляжам - наш лучше.
Место красивое, очень тихое и удаленное. Это приносит массу плюсов, но есть и небольшие минусы. Так до цивилизации минут 40 на такси. Но такси всегда стоят перед отелям, так что не проблема.
Завтрак утром довольно специфичен: хлопья, молоко, три кусочка булки, плюшка, пара кусочков колбасы, пара кусочков сыра, фрукты. Все приносят вечером в холодильник. Не привыкли к такому, но потом поняли, что хлопья и молоко всех утром устраивает.
На пляже есть небольшое кафе. Все вкусно и дешево. Острый супчик - это что-то. Ел каждый день - класс. Остальная семья правда не рискнула. Детям 18 (восемнадцатилетие отмечали как раз в отеле, так что пусть в отзыве идет как ребенок) и 9 лет. Никаких проблем с едой. Все действительно понравилось.
Иногда ходили вечером в ресторан на территории. Естественно цены выше (и значительно) но качество еды отменное. Когда было лень пройти 200 метров - заказывали еду на виллу, привозят через 10-15 минут.
На вилле большой холодильник, плита и т.д. Желающие легко могут готовить, но смысла особенного нет. Хотя если отдыхаете с маленьким ребенком, наличие оборудованной кухни удобно.
На территории есть общий бассейн, ресторан и маленький детский клуб. И это все. Правда нам, кроме ресторана, ничего больше и не потребовалась.
Повторюсь, общее впечатление - восторг. Тайланд надо запретить - это наркотик. Все хотим назад. Думаю, тут время не лечит, надо возвращаться. Если бы не длительный перелет...
Летели тайскими авиалиниями - обслуживание просто супер, но все равно тяжело. Знакомые попали с Трансаэро, тут без комментариев, это на авиакомпания. Трансаэро надо вообще запретить. Сами один раз летали - больше никогда!!!
Отель однозначно рекомендуем. Но для спокойного и размеренного отдыха. Тусовщикам надо готовиться ездить минут по 40 туда и обратно в Патонг или Пхукет.

The hotel is very new (Dec 2009!) and thus the rooms and the entire area is great. We stayed only for a night but it was quite good. The staff is very friendly. The resort is still under construction (though you cant see it) so there werent any restuarants except for one cafe. If you want to stay close to the shopping or partying area, then this place is not the best. However, as a group vacation, its fantastic. Once the resort is completed, it will definitely be worth another visit.
