Hattakarn Spa located at The Residence Resort & Spa Retreat offers a wide range of spa
and beauty treatments with our in door and out door treatment rooms
and also in the privacy of your own villa.
All treatments booked also include the use of our gym. Treatment
rooms are designed for the use of singles of couple treatments with
a Jacuzzi to suite your needs.
Our experience staffs have been trained to look after all your needs
and health requirements. Our Spa Manager will design a package to suite
your needs during your stay with us.

Cafe @ Residence- Our cozy restaurant 'Cafe @ Residence open-air dining with

a full English breakfast, to treat yourself as you wake up in paradise.
Specialties- Local seafood is used for all meals and freshly squeezed juices,
Our chef can discuss with you any special dietary requirements or nutritional
advice that might assist in your holiday experience. We highly recommend
that the Thai food is tried during your stay with us due to its freshness,
healthy ingredients and nutritional value. Levels of spice can always
be altered to suite your taste buds. Menu samples are available on request.
Private Dining / Functions- If you find that you can not escape the luxury and privacy
of your villas, we will bring the tastes of Thailand to you instead.
In-villa room service menu is available from 0630am - 1030pm daily.
Private gourmet BBQ hampers can be arranged by our chefs for you to
cook your own bbq lunch or dinner or sit back and relax and the chef
will personally cook and serve for you. Set menus under the star dining
is also available and can be changed depending on your requirements
and suggestions.

Privacy & Security - Your privacy is the utmost
importance to us at The Residence Resort & Spa Retreat . If you require full privacy during you stay
with us and require additional attention in this matter; our Villa Manager
will assist in making the necessary arrangements.
Our Young Guests - Young or old; Thailand is a unique
area of the world where it is a wonder of excitement, wonder and caring
for all our young guests. Children can be well assured that pool items,
DVDs, safety and food is too their liking. All children under the age
of 4 years will eat free of charge at Café @ Residence, Children under
12 years will receive free of charge accommodation (sharing with adult).
Items such as baby cots and car safety seats can be booked and confirmed
in advance. As all of our villas have private swimming pools; we strongly
suggest that all children under the age of 12 years be supervised at
all times using the pool area. Life guards and secure fencing are not
supplied on the pools, but we can assist for any requests in advance
to make your stay with us safer.
Babysitting services
- With four hours notice, we can arrange reliable babysitting
services for your little ones. We will do anything possible to accommodate
requests with shorter notice. Please note that there is an hourly fee
for this service; please contact the guest service agent.

LOCATION MAP
Phuket is dubbed the "Pearl of the South", a spectacular tropical
island nestled in the Andaman Sea. It's the largest and most popular
island in Thailand, with an international airport and a bridge connecting
it to the mainland. With such great travel connections it's not surprising
it's becoming increasingly cosmopolitan.
The Residence
Resort & Spa Retreat is a five minute walk from ngtao beach, the most sought
after beach in Phuket on the exclusive West Coast, which is much less
developed than southern parts of the island such as Patong. Bangtao
is truly spectacular, 6km of white sandy beaches, crystal clear warm
water and charming local fishing boats. Other area attractions are:

Surprised, everythings are perfect in the house, especially the kitchen and the private swimming pool.
We changed the schedule, cooked and stayed in the villa for whole night. Everywhere was our iPod music through their whole flat AV system. Nice and helpful staff, we will be back next time in Phuket^^

The Residence at Bang Tao Bay was fantastic!Great villa, friendly, wonderful staff. It s 15mins walk from the beach, but they have free shuttles down there three times a day. Also within walking distance to the Bang Tao markets and supermarket. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice and private enviroment. The staff are very friendly and helpful though on one day, the chambermaid forgot to make the room but were quick to rectify it upon receiving our reminder. Breakfast is good and serving is prompt. Good hotel for family stay

Great service mind! But the staffs(except lobby) English is not good, doesn t understand english well.
Property is great! but the beach is not so charming. Have to rent scooter to reach Bangtao beach. Quiet and peachful. Good to stay 2 nights.

Villa is nice. Service is not good. Last day breakfast late, let us rush to airport. I made the blanket dirt. It charge me TB$1200 without any bill sign or even do not give me price list. Diff from the staff saying TB$500. not very convenience location, but still have shuttle bus to beach and supermarket. Maybe they are good for western, not recommend at all.

Виллы прекрасные. Собственный бассейн, фитнес центр, кафе.
Виллы с полностью оборудованной кухней, кастрюли, сковороды и т.д. Все чтобы можно было самим иногда что-то приготовить, чтобы желудок отдохнул от ресторанной пищи.
Завтрак прекрасный сервируют по желанию на вилле без доп платы .
Бесплано по- расписанию возят в супермаркер Лотос, и также на пляж .
На втором этаже отличный балкон с барбекью и раковиной.
Советую взять машину на прокат т.к. до Патонга такси 1000 батт туда и обратно, вила предлагает 1000 батт в одну сторону.
Пляж не собственый вилла его арендует,море изумительное .

I reserved 2BR room villa with private pool for 5 days and I was upgraded to 3 BR upon my arrival. The villa is in excellent condition and all the staff are very nice and supportive .Most of the days we had our breakfast served at the villa and I was impreseed with the short time to deliver the braekfast at the villa.The SPA service provided at the residence is first class and excellent.One thing I liked at the residence is the Barbcue service that you can use the Barbcue Grill at your Villa with a Chef that can help you to deliver a first class Barbcue party to your Guests.
