13th May 2012 schaer roland | i was in your hotel from the 27 of april until the 13 of mai , wanted to stay until the 20th. made a mistake to book the 12 double and your manager on duty was not able to just change this mistake . No discussion, not even listening , so finally I gave the free room during the night of the 12th to 2 Thai kids and left on the 13th .
now I am spending my money until the 20th in Kamala at the Resort Beach ...
kick your managers a... the guest, soending a lot of money at the bar should be treated accordingly | 7.6/10 |
24th October 2011 JOANNE TEH YIT CHOO | The resort was lovely, with beautiful view on the ocean and very thai architecture, that transports you to a whole new atmosphere. Full of lush greenery and our villa with Jacuzzi was awesome! Quiet location far from town, thus you better rent a car or bike for easier travel around Pukhet. | 7.2/10 |
3rd July 2011 Sreevihar Pradeep | I stayed in a Jacuzzi villa and the room met my expectations. The view from the balcony was excellent.I needed an adapter for my laptop and all taht it required was a call to the reception. I liked the small elephant floer vases in the room and searched for it in Patong and Phuket but couldn t find it. When I asked the receptionist, she obtained one for me for 250 baht. My only negative comment is that although there ia DVD recorder, the hotel does not have any DVDs that one can borrow or rent. On a holiday or work, one normally does not carry DVDs!
When I had shopping bags with me, the bell boy drove me up in the buggy without even my asking him.
The girls at the front desk were courteous, pleasant and efficient. I will recommend this hotel to any one. | 8/10 |
14th May 2011 Balachandran Vasanth | Hotel Restaurant Food was below expectations... | 6.6/10 |
27th January 2011 Mr Hoglund | (Jaccuzi villa)
Good hotel one or two kilometers from Kamalabeach, but close to the sea. The villas was very good. Whatch out for the taylor he is a fake. | 9.2/10 |
17th January 2011 Sean Fjellvik | Loved the hotel. We stayed in the Villas and the rooms were awesome. Our kids loved the pool area. Great views over the ocean. Highly recommended | 9.4/10 |
20th November 2010 Caroline Kronvall | Fantastic staff, room and hotel.
The food at the restaurant was tasteless.
The hotel had a fantastic view but I didn t like Kamala Beach mostly because there were several bars who seemed to have prostitutes. Luckily the hotel was a couple of kilometers away from Kamala Beach. | 9.4/10 |
11th November 2010 Wong Kin Leong | This resort is great, except that is it really out of the way. But hey, there are unlimited of taxis in Phuket. No worries about transportation.
The front view of the room faces the entire kamala beach! It s so beautiful and the staffs working there are so nice and polite. The staff really made my honeymoon stay happy and satisfied! | 8.8/10 |
16th May 2010 Clemens Trimmel | This resort was definitely the best on our trip. The service is extraordinarily good for thailand, e.g.: we asked for an international plug and a staff member knocked on our door 2 minutes later with the plug in his hands. The resort is really well looked after and the food is delicious. We staid in for dinner a couple of times (be aware that the prices on the menu are exclusive 7 % VAT and 10 % Service Charge). The breakfast was just stunning - a balanced offer of both thai and european cuisine. The dinner menu could offer more thai choices we found. We really recommend this resort for its quality of service and facilities. The only thing you might want to consider is that it is about 20 minutes drive from Patong (which personally suited us quite well). | 9.4/10 |
15th April 2010 Kewalin Ua-areemitr | Nice view hotel, good service with hospitality. Good breakfast and friendly stuff. Good for long stay and family with kids. | 9.4/10 |
20th February 2010 Miriam Palmquist | The view was great, the maid and room service staff were excellent and beyond reproach. | 6.4/10 |
6th February 2009 Stephanie Yahachou | This is our honeymoon, very nice for the memory we stayed here. Sweet & helpful service. We love this resort,i will come here again!
31st December 2008 Lahtinen/Minna Ms | HOtel was very nice and staff helpful and courteous. Gym OK and 3 separate pool areas supperb indeed. I loved the room but aircondition is blowing a bit too hard even on lowest. also climbing up on top house is a bit of drag. transport once a day to Patong good, maybe 1-2 week to Phuket would be good too. Kids club/play room? and kids meals in restaurants? I enjoyed my stay a lot. Breakfast was very nice.

25th June 2008 Patrick Bernard and Elena | we spent 8 days in Aquamarine resort. Accomodation was over our expectation. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was very decent. Swimming pools and jaccuzi very clean and attracting. Location, even if a little bit excentred, was charming. Kamala beach at 5 mn by motorbike. We move then to Patong, and I do not recomand to book a taxi from hotel...far too expensive. I would recomand this resort for anybody who want to rest and enjoy seaside.
5th May 2007 Sowawanee(elle) | It is a wonderful hotel and great services.Convenient to get to other places.
19th February 2007 D. Rose | The resort is very well appointed. The swimming pools offer stunning views to the sea below. The website is a little misleading, however, in that the resort has no beach and that you must take the shuttle to kamala beach if you want the beach experience. I was also surprised to find that on two occasions the shuttle didn’t come to pick us up as we had arranged. No big deal, but we had to pay for an overpriced taxi ride back to the hotel.
We found the restaurants to offer very good food. The breakfast was good, with a good variety. The service was pleasant in the restaurant, but not so at the front desk and car hire/bell hop desk. They seemed to make you feel as though you were disturbing their chatting or something.
I would not stay there again. There are too many other places to stay that offer better value. Too bad that Phuket in general seems to have lost its charm. It’s all about fleecing the tourist of their money. Samui offered us a far better experience.

27th January 2007 Peter Schoob | Hotel looks nice, rooms ok. Service should be improved- for the complete stay we found some dead mosquitos and flies at the walls. No one replaced them! The shuttle service to Kamala over
the day is ok, but last shuttle at 6pm
is a very poor service. Also the service to Patong is very poor. Only 10 people can go with the shuttle at 5.30 pm. No return service is offered. Some
of the employees are not very attentive
and more interested among each other.
We expected a bit more service and comfort for the price paid.
14th January 2007 Luigi Spiaggi | The Hotel it was fine ,but the service was not at the standard we expect for the money we paid for it.The people do not understand well our request, the food was not super, but the room very clean and the general items more then accetable.
31st December 2006 Thomas Canetti | Very nice hotel, nice staff. Room is very comfortable room and nicely decorated. Hotel is a bit out of the way but this is not a problem, as you have to take a taxi in Phuket anyway to go from beach to beach. White Orchid restaurant just below the hotel is excellent (tiger prawns and black pepper crab are a must). Kamala is a quiet village with nice restaurants, and close to beautiful Laem Singh Beach !
