Located
in the serene setting of Karon Beach, Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort &
Spa is spread over tropical 75 acres land and offers a range of facilities

Away from the chaos, we offer a range
of ways to put your feet up and unwind. On hot days, there are 5 different
outdoor pools to dip in and a range of food and drinks to help keep
you refreshed throughout the day. To spoil your senses, our 5-star Spa
will do just the trick. At the 15 villa Spa, there are a selection of
massages and beauty treatments on offer as well as exceptional services
in the beauty salon, retail shop and Tao Garden.
For those who
are a little more active or have a daily fitness ritual, there is a
24 hour fitness and activity centre to serve your needs. Within a close
radius, there are tennis and squash courts to keep you occupied. Right
next the tennis court is Kidz Paradise Club where the little ones can
stay entertained.
Just because there is plenty to do inside doesn't
mean you shouldn't step out. With plenty of local sights and activities,
we are located within a close distance of Phuket top attractions. Famous
for its night life, Patong beach is only 15 minutes drive away. Also
in close proximity is the famous Phromthep Cape visited by many tourists
each day. To further experience the richness of Phuket and its history,
the Old Phuket Town and Chalong Temple is a must for all visitors. But
more importantly, most visitors come to Phuket for the sand and sun.

We have 3 pools in outdoor around the resort's landscape: Lost Horizon
Pool is the nearest beach. It has springboard and small pool. Garden
Pool and Seafarer Pool have the split level swimming areas and also
contain a whirlpool waterfall and slides.

spa also built amidst the lush landscaped gardens features 15 palatial

Distance from an Airport :The resort is located near Karon Beach; 30 minutes from the
city of Phuket and 45 minutes from Phuket International Airport.
Distance from airport by car : Take route 4027 to Heroines
Monument. Turn right on the bypass and go stright to Chao Fa Road Until
Penta Circle. Take route 4028 to Karon Beach and pass Thavorn Plam Beach.
The hotel is on the left.
Transportation : You can come to resort by local bus from
Phuket town or taxi from Airport. Our hotel has transportation for service
the guest.
Nearby places : Our hotel is located on Karon Beach
and only 5 minutes by walking to Karon shopping center, 15 minutes to
Patong Beach.

As usual, the facilities were amazing. Right across the street from Karon beach, great pools, super resaurant with awesome staff. The one thing I was quite upset about is our check in. There were two families including mine and we reserved two different classed rooms since we were families of 3 and 5. When I asked if we d be in the same building, the reception worker said she d try. Then she handed us room cards and told us our rooms. What she DIDN T tell until I asked is that in order for us to be in the same building, she had to downgrade my friend s family. She also said nothing of the price difference which was around $40/night. I was quite upset as it just seemed like it was all done in a very sneaky manner. Then I asked if one of us had to change buldings, why we weren t offered an upgrade instead of my friend being downgraded, since I m an Honors member and all. The reply was .... silence. Not pleased at all with that. Anyways, after that original hiccup, it was a great stay and we all wished we were staying longer.

Excellent hotel. It is very difficult to find anything wrong with this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. We were upgraded to Saitong wing, our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. One small disappointment was that although we were given a sea -view as requested, our view was very limited due to us being on a low floor.
This apart, we were most impressed with the facilities and cleanliness. All of the hotel staff were most helpful at all times.
An excellent hotel, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is the second time we prefer the same hotel same type of room sea view saitong wing
The view from the room is fabulous.
The rooms with thai style decoration are light,clean and comfortable. The beach and the swimming pools are quite.
The location of the hotel is both close to Karon beach center, and Patong beach
and is ideal for a silent sleep. The Spa is my favourite...
We would go for Phuket Arcadia again if we visit Phuket for an other time

1.Delay in checking-in. It us at least one hour.
2. We have reserved for three night , but stayed only one night. This is due to the hotel being far from resturants, shops etc.
3. The receptionst was not realy very helpful.
4.Najee was the Only helfull staff during our one night stay.
5. The hotel was not realy clean - lizerds, flys etc.
6. The beach was very far from the hotle itself.
7. We expected much better service, hotel comort, view. However, it did not meet our expectation as we have seen the pictures in the net.
I regret to say that a hotel chain like the Hiltons have such average class of service and room comforts.
My over all raqting would be below average, 4 out of 10 or 2 star rank.
This is my true and fair comments.
