Peter Ash | This is the third time at this hotel and we really enjoy staying there. In spite of the problems I will outline. Its spoilt by one or two real issues. The first is they charge 200bht just for you to check e-mail. In a hotel of this price Internet access should be free. Charging for it is like being asked to pay to use the toilet. Many other less expensive hotels provide free wi fi. Seaview should do so.
The hotel room service menu is very limited, it needs updating and more diversity.
There is no Children s menu. This is unacceptable in a hotel at this price.
The location suits us and the pool access rooms are so good for our 7 year old daughter we dont have to leave the room to see she is safe.
But service in the restaurant, although usually good let us down a few times. The food quality is good but the service sometimes slow. Even though my wife speaks Thai so its nothing to do with communication.
Overall we had a good time but I dont like to have to pay for Internet or put up with very high prices not supported by the room or the hotel facilities. Even the deluxe rooms are quite cramped for two adults and one child.
If they removed the internet charge, reduced the room price (even slightly) and improved the availability of suitable food choices we would visit again. But at the moement having just arrived home, I dont think we will return to the Seaview again. Why? because we can find more appropraite hotels in Patong a lot cheaper with childrens menu s and free wifi access. | 6.6/10 |

Trevor David Gordon | Went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Only hotel that acknowledge we were honeymooners!
Fantastic place and would come back to stay at them and will consider other hotels in their chain.

Andrea Ruggieri | Great Hotel. Good location if you want to be near the centre but in a quiet spot. Takes about 5 mins walk to centre. Swimming pools are good. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety.
Staff are friendly but reception staff are unorganised and appear to be constantly stressed for no apparent reason, meaning everything takes twice as long.
Restaurant food is good but remember that 7% vat and service charge is not included in the price that you see.
Beach infront is good, quiet, away from the water sports and nearest beach beds are 1oobaht each with umbrella.
Superior rooms are spacious, nice bathroom and balcony but dark inside. | 7.6/10 |

Peter Ash | This is a good hotel and we have stayed there twice in the last 4 years. The staff are very effective but sometimes the room was not made up until late afternoon, thats poor. Internet charges are not acceptable in this hotel for a room when most other hotels (charging far less )give it free. Even to use an old computer in a stuffy room costs 200bht (£4) an hour.Charging extra for internet access is like charging more for water in a room. I wont pay it no one should.
As we take our 6 year old daughter it would also be better if they had a childrens menu however overall the food is very good and the breakfasts excellent. | 7.6/10 |

mabai | 酒店位置很好，在芭东海滩的南端，安静，走到热闹的中心地带也只几分钟。酒店维护得很好，看见有补漆的人员。泳池等各个区域打扫得很干净。服务员态度都热情友好，但是大堂前台人员的态度比较差，冷淡，老公都想要给酒店写投诉信。

Katharine Cannon | Seaview Patong is perfect, we had no problems here at all. Lovely Spa, fantastic buffet breakfast, helpful, happy staff who couldn t do enough for you. It is situated at the North end of Patong which is perfect as it is far away from Bangla Rd. If you want to go to the noisy parts of Patong you can, catch a tuk tuk - very cheap or just take a stroll. Would definately recommend this hotel and hope to return one day | 10/10 |

Boey Keng Wai | Wake up call service needs to improve greatly. We requested for wakeup call twice and they failed us both times.

Jan Wintgen | It s an excellent hotel in a good area. the hotel is situated on the most southern part of patong beach, though u can walk to the centre easily, but also stay away from the crowds. The very stylish rooms are fully-equipped and u won t miss a thing. U get an amazing view on patong bay, especially at sunset time. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast is good, and so is the BBQ buffet they serve at some nights. | 9/10 |

Tian Chengbin | This is local thai style hotel,room is clean.Swimming pool is good place to cool yourself.But internet service is expensive.300bar in room /24HOURS.

Breakfast is rich & taste good,you can enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine.
While the location is a little bit far from the downtown, you need walk about 20-30 mins to shopping mall(e.g.CF,JOYCELON).The seaview from the room is somewhat blocked by the trees & electrical wires outside.The sea water is not as expected as the one in front of the bus station. | 8.2/10 |

Iris Michaela Paludnik | After the great reviews and for the high price we expected a little bit more!
Although it did not seem that the hotel was fully occupied, we did not get the room we had requested.
A request is no guarantee, but we were given exactly the opposite from what we had mentioned!
The first room we were staying at was old, full of ants, badly located and definately not worth the money!
(Be aware that some Websites mention that all rooms are facing the sea. Actually, this is not the case! And even if they are facing the sea: Only a few rooms really have seaview.)
Our requested room (black interior, seaview, double bed) was really nice. These rooms are much newer, the bathroom is better too.
Staff was ok but made the impression of us being not equally important guests since we were only staying two nights.
Besides, they were lying to us !! Afer complaining about the first, really bad room we got another, better one. They told us that this room had not been ready to move in in the morning when we arrived, but housekeeping told us that this room was ready since early morning !!
Location is ok - not far from Patong s beach road and close to the beach.
Hotel facilities are average, breakfast is average. You pay for the location - everything else is highly-overpriced !! | 6/10 |
