1st March 2011 Bo Johansson | Very nice and freindly hotel in a cousy enviroment. A very good start in Thailand | 10/10 |
23rd February 2011 John Curtain | I can recomend this hotel .The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owner is very friendly and helpful . The only drawback is that the hotel is not near the city centre . It s in a very nice neighbourhood though . | 8.4/10 |
28th February 2010 Shirallee Love | Fantastic service, very efficient and helpful and friendly. Will reccomend to all, only advice is to get in touch with owner, as the airport taxis cannot find. | 8.6/10 |
23rd January 2010 Loren Bardwell | We stayed at the Summer Breeze Inn Hotel on our way to Phi Phi Island. The owner Manit arranged for one of his neighbours to meet us at the airport and bring us back to the hotel for 590 BHT which was probably a little expensive but well worth it after a 9 hour flight. Manit drove us to a local restaurant for dinner and picked us up again when we were finished. He also arranged our transfer to the ferry pier for free. Manit spoke perfect english and made us feel very welcome at his hotel.
As for the room, it was fairly small but clean and tidy. We were provided with 1 bottle of drinking water, clean towels and soap. Traditional Thai style bathroom with the shower over the toilet. My only complaint is that the water heater was temperamental. I had two cold showers whilst my partner had two scolding hot ones.
Overall, the Summer Breeze Inn Hotel is fantastic for an overnight stopover, but I would not choose this Hotel for a longer stay. | 6.8/10 |
18th December 2009 George Bergantz | Wonderful and helpful, gracious service. Arranged for ferry to Ko Phi Phi and transport to Phuket airport. Breakfast was good. Rooms were great. Be sure to have phone number with you so that the cab can call hotel for directions. | 8.4/10 |
24th July 2009 Gert Pedersen | Nice small family hotel in a thai village not far from Phuket center.Run by mr. Manit who is very helpfull if you need anything, he booked our ferry tickets to phi phi and arranged the transport from hotel to ferry.Rooms are a little small but clean. We can recommend this hotel. | 7.6/10 |
6th July 2009 fangfang Dai | The owner is very warm, the reception is satisfactory. Health room. Location is relatively difficult to find, In addition, introducing the owner of the PP Island very poor ticket agent. Higher prices than others, a loss, and the price deceive us. Finally, we spent a 2000B return PP Island, this is the biggest regret.
11th April 2009 Graham Borthwick | We stayed at the Summer Breeze Inn for one night on a stopover on the way to the Koh Phi Phi ferry and it was ideal.
K. Manit met us at the airport and arranged for one of his neighbours to take us to the ferry port in the morning. We were travelling with 2 kids so we booked the Albatross room to get the adjoining bedroom with bunk beds and it was perfect for our needs - clean, good value, flexible (breakfast was arranged to suit our ferry departure time) and K. Manit was very friendly and helpful.
5th March 2009 Wolfgang Hans Frommer | Small hotel with 5 rooms. Very friendly owner named Manit, who helped us with information and drove us to a nearby restaurant. Attention: Very steep stairway from groundfloor to 1st floor (rooms).
28th December 2008 Janet Elva Vasquez | This is a great place to stay if it s a stop over to Phi Phi Island. The hospitality was great. It s pretty hidden and really nothing around you but the family who owns it, makes it worth while to stay. Which I m happy to say we are coming back in January 2011. | 7.2/10 |
23rd November 2008 Habrock Paizs | wonderful experience, good and clean accomodation, very arm welcome, pick up from the airport and next day transit to the ferry, owner speaks fleunt English - we will definitely return.
16th November 2008 Billy Pounds | The stay was very pleasant. The inn is very small and located in a residential area of Phuket Town. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet get-a-way spot, this is your place. The room was clean and the service by the owner and family was unsurpassed. If I wanted anything, Manit (the owner) went out of his way to make it happen. Being in Phuket Town, it was a half hour ride to the shopping and entertainment centers however Manit always had a driver ready whenever I requested one. He even took phone calls from taxi drivers asking directions back to the hotel no matter the time. I would highly recommend the Summer Breeze Inn to anyone going to Phuket.
9th November 2008 Narasimhan Vaduvur Srinvasa | My family of 4 stayed here in this B&B hotel from Nov.6th.till Nov.9th.2008. Mr.Manit the owner of the hotel was very helpful and took us to major tourist spots, hotels, malls etc. Rooms were neat and clean. We became close to his family as this is in residential area. Would definetly stay again and recommend to new tourists. Small hotel peaceful neighborhood and great service.

25th September 2008 Bhavia Wagner | The owner picked us at the airport, spoke perfect English, was very friendly and extremely helpful. He helped me buy some throat lozenges on the way to our guest house. His wife met us at the door with welcome drinks. Our room was clean and pleasant and the neighborhood was quiet and residential - a nice break from commercial Puket. If you want the best hospitality possible from two genuinely nice people, stay here. I highly recommend it.
11th June 2008 Eva-Lott Nilsson | We had some wonderful days at Summer Breeze. The owners are very nice and they showed us around a little. He helped to go where we needed too. The breakfast was excellent! Clean rooms and nice neighbourhood. If you want to get close to thaipeople and live near thaipeople this is your chance. We will choose this guesthouse next time we go to Phuket for a visit
19th March 2008 Dianna and Sandra | We just had a quick stop over for two nights. Summer Breeze Inn Hotel is a bit off the beaten track which is exactly what we wanted. Very quiet. Mannit, the owner will help you with anything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He arranged for a 5 in 1 Afternoon tour (which we highly recommend) and arranged for a ride to the ferry to Kho Phi Phi.
The room was very clean and the breakfast was great.
2nd March 2008 Mr Clive Coward | A little bit out of the way if you want life. However this is not a problem as the owner will help you out as much as he can, which is all the time. Met me at the airport, took me on a tour of the south of the island [had tp pay for it], had me eating Thai food the Thai way in Patong Beach, got me booked into Simon Cabaret and trip to James Bond Island. Also took me to ferry. 10/10 for service. Also got some sleep as this is a Thai village which ilsand a lot quieter than the beaches.
10th January 2008 FAN SHIBIN | The room I stayed was very clean and comfortable. The owner of Hotel, Manit, and his family showed so much hospitality and kindness. I provided my flight number since the booking page asked for it, and Manit sent a car to the airport to pick us up. Though we didn t accept it, Manit didn t get unhappy at all. Also, Manit is cool.
