Angelica Johansson | Might look ok on th pictures, but it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at... Dirty rooms, mould in the bathroom, strange smell in the room. Breakfast buffet, but not the regular content - just toast, egg and thai food. VERY epensive taxiservice to the airport... | 3.6/10 |

Allan C | Booked for 3 Superior rooms but was offered a family suite and 1 superior room at the end. Size of rooms was average but very old and run-down. Bathrooms were cramped, poorly equipped and hazardous to shower. Airconditioning controls for all 3 rooms were out of order, always stayed at 20 degree C, freezing! No tea/coffee making facility, no safe. Quality of breakfasts pathetic. Reception staff not friendly at all, then again, generally many unfriendly Thais we encountered on the streets in Hatyai during the 3-days stay there. Frankly, very poor value for money and apprehensive to visit this place again though I last visited this town 18 years ago with great experience of the genuinely friendly Thai people then. The Thai I met recently had totally changed my perception with this so called Land of Smiles . | 3.2/10 |

Poon Yong Heng | The hotel was centrally located but the facilities were poor. The rooms were clean but rather old. There was no hairdryer, safe deposit and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast served was pathetic as there was no cereals (cornflakes) and bread served. The locals were seated at the staircase entrance of the hotel and nothing was done about it. | 5.2/10 |

Richard Abdul Karim | Altogether a very nice stay in the family room. My family enjoyed it and it was very affordable. Bath was a bit too cramp but it was ok. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good location with shopping facilities nearby. Try it. | 7.2/10 |

The service was great rendered by the Hotel Staff, receptionist, room maid and as well as bell boy...
