This includes a Orchid Suite, Landmark Suite and Tower suites as well as Superior and Club JB guest rooms in both the Executive and Main wings. All guest rooms have private facilities, in House Movies as well as UBC Satellite Television channels broadcasting 24 hours a day, IDD telephones, individually controlled Air conditioning units, and room service available around the clock. Palm Court Restaurant & Terrace Designed with a cool high ceiling, the Palm Court with its gently rotating fans, creates an atmosphere of the elegance of days gone by. Here you may enjoy the finer taste of Thai and international cuisine. In the evening the Palm Court comes alive with singers with live band. The Palm Court has already become a popular evening meeting place.

Make your every function a success with our various seminar rooms and Ballroom where every function is graciously handled by our staff to ensure each occasion is a success. Ballroom For functions, weddings, seminars and meetings we offer a 2 sub-divisible ballroom for conventions, meeting, private receptions and banquets up 1,200 persons. Seminar Room Smaller seminar rooms are available for meetings and private functions. all facilities combined have a capacity for 3,000 persons.

27th January 2012 Goh Kim Beng	Hotel was ok, except location was quite a distance from main attraction. Breakfast was ordinary, slow to refill foods that were running out. No supervisor around to oversee the smooth flow of foods. I left with only a cup of coffee and l piece of bakery. These rest of the foods were out of stock.	5.4/10

30th August 2010 Lee Bian Kip	room is clean. Maybe a bit of renovation at public area and rooms needed. Overall still satisfying.	6.6/10
14th April 2010 Koh Poh Yen	everything is slightly worn out and the carpets were extremely dirty and sticky. however, the facilities.. like air con, light and others are fine.	5.8/10
29th November 2009 Chow Fah Yee	Its a nice and friendly hotel. Although a bit far but with free tuk tuk services to town city consider still ok. Breakfast are boring.	5.8/10
2nd May 2009 Evelyn Alfonsus	Free tuk tuk service is commendable since the town center is quite a distance away. Hotel service is satisfactory although not at par with its 4 star rating. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Bathroom shower emits sounds when turned on. However the hotel and rooms are cleaned and comfortable. Foods prepared for the breakfast buffet are nice and but since it is a 4 star hotel, I expect more than that. I would stay in a hotel that is nearer to town because waiting for tuk tuk or even paying one on your own incurs time and money!
5th February 2009 GEORGE MCKIE	Clean and simple accommodation, friendly staff and good value for money. Breakfast is good for Asians but the minority of Australians/Europeans/USA visitors who use this hotel would be disappointed. Good local restaurants available via the free tuk tuk ride to Odean Mall. Good live band at the nearby West Side Saloon. Personally, I will pay more and go to a higher standard hotel next time, but if your budget is tight then this will be good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
31st January 2009 Aasa Hammargaard	OK standard. Excellent airport pick up service. Free tuktuk service from hotel to downtown. Stayed one night before leaving Hat Yai for Pakbara.
1st October 2008 Gan Ai Wah Yvonne	Very cosy and comfortable. The free tuk-tuk service is a great help for those who are 1st time there and are keen in exploring the town.
13th October 2007 Malcolm Lee	service is fast.free tuk tuk ride to the city. thumbs up. =)
