DAVID JAMES WALLACE | Staff very friendly and helpful. Difficult to find as the taxi drivers wouldn t stop directly at the hotel. Print off a small map as there are many www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com inns in this area and you and the locals get confused finding it.
Water in room wa greatly appreciated.
Room cleaning good.
No toilet paper must be put in the toilet so that is something to get used to. Many places in Thailand do not allow flushing anything apart from the obvious down the toilet.
Bathrooms are dirty and toilet gets wet when you shower.
A little noisy because of the location and many partygoers/backpackers stay here.
Many taxi drivers outside the hotel harassing and hounding you everyday. Just explain you already have plans or reservations otherwise they will try to convince you that their plans or companies are better.

Mr. Tongfu Fan | The location is fantastic, the airport express bus station is just in front of the hotel.

Gadgil Prabhakar | We stayed there for 2 nights and our stay was pleasant. Though the rooms were small, they were perfect for 2 people. You can not beat the location though. In heart of Khao San area and very near to all amenities and tourist places. Good budget hotel for short stay. | 7.2/10 |

Enasha de Zoysa | The hotel is very efficiently run given the number of people the have to deal with.
Room was fine and quite big enough, we were on the 4th floor but someone carried our bag up and down. A bit noisy, but then that is why you pick the area - to be in the thick of things! Also airconditioner leaked a bit.
Very convenient to be able to go shopping, come back - have a shower change and go out again within 10 minutes!
Breakfast included was fine, but we usually bought extra orange juice from 7/11 round the corner.
We loved being near Khoa san road and the parallel street where we had dinner both nights we were in bangkok.
Shopping is good, taxis can find it okay. however don t use taxis outside unless you are sure of the price, as they don t use the meter and will charge you abotu 3 or 4 times the actual rate.
airport bus right outside was very convenient.

Jacobus Djokosetio | My family and I had a great stay at Sawasdee Khaosan Inn. Staffs were very helpful and we like the location. Easy to get the airport express bus, find the dining places and transportation to get around Bangkok. We shall come back to Bangkok and stay at Sawasdee Khaosan Inn. | |

Mr. Schwarz | the hotel is allright for a city hotel, but not really beautiful. internet is quite cheap 40 baht/hour
the room was clean and you have everything you need, so in my opinion its perfect to stay near khaosan road.
check out at 4pm is just 200 baht more, whats very helpful when your plain leaves later | |

Linda | It was an average stay. There was no hot water yet it was a more expensive hotel than others around that area. When we tried to check in after the struggle to find the place, the reception were doing too many things at once and not servicing customers very well. The beds were comfy though and the rooms were pretty clean. TV was a bonus with air con! | |
