4 Mai 2012 Ko Siu Yi | This is my 3rd time stay here. I feel very good of this hotel and will choose to stay here in the future. | 8.6/10 |
3 Avril 2012 Candice Nelms | We stayed at the Grande Centre Point for 4 nights and were really happy with our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic - a 2 minute walk to the Skyrail station (Ratchadamri) and a 5 minute walk to the Siam shopping area with Centreworld being the closest and in my opinion one of the best malls. It is also 1 station away from Silom Rd (Sala Daeng station).
The room itself was large, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view over the race track and the city skyline. The room is really tastefully furnished and decorated, and the bed is super comfortable.
The included breakfast is quite good value for money. | 9.2/10 |
26 Mars 2012 Leon Devine | The whole stay was delightful | 10/10 |
16 Mars 2012 Tin lee choo | really very nice to stay in n my 4 year old daughter enjoy very much at de pool side n de play room.. | 9/10 |
5 Fevrier 2012 JONEA CHRISTINA SALIM | Big room and very clean, plus point easy access to shopping mall *Central World - ERAWAN - BIG C* a lil bit further to go to PLATINUM and PANTIP MALL on foot. Not more than 5minutes walk to the Chidlom BTS sky train.....
this is my second stay, this time the washing machine worked a lil bit weird - need to change the washing machine.
Negative point, they took my camera bag during my check-in on their desk and forgot to return it back...till finally my friend realized there were something missing - then they return it back.... | 9.6/10 |
5 Fevrier 2012 DJOHAN SALIM | We staied at Grand suite room...very big room!!! got separate bed room...felt like I had my own privacy..I will stay here again for my next trip. | 10/10 |

24 Janvier 2012 Rashid Malik | great | 10/10 |
18 Janvier 2012 Coraline Delebarre | A very good place to stay in Bangkok! nice and spacious room, we were on 31th floor and the view was fabulous, the swimming pool is wonderful with jacuzzi at the 8th floor, people were very nice and smiling, the hotle is near the two skytrains! just amazing! | 10/10 |
3 Decembre 2011 Mr. Kelvin Leong | I had a very enjoyable stay with Grande Centre Point Ratchadameri. I will surely return to stay when I go to Bangkok again. | 9.6/10 |
28 Octobre 2011 ONG BOON HONG | Great hotel!!! Good location, splendid service, and rooms well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone intending to stay in bangkok. | 10/10 |
25 Octobre 2011 Wolfram Tech | I booked the Excecutive Suite: Perfect room, big, well equipped, comfortable. Kitchen with washing machine, dining area, flat screen TV. Good for traveling with children: Crib provided, Kids playground is good. Pool you will enjoy. Everything in walking distance: Siam Square, New World and other malls (TukTuk to MBK 40 Bath!!). Only one bad moment: the breakfast - go to the next mall or Starbucks. You will get your breakfast in an uninspired room, like a kantine. Selection: mostly asian food - the prepare every egg you like on an egg-station (good!). Coffee quality: Very poor. Fruit selection ok. | 7.4/10 |
2 Septembre 2011 Brian Finch | I have stayed at this great hotel many times over the past few years. My only complaint is the standard of the breakfast and the poor breakfast room. No windows, very down market for such a great hotel.
There is also a limited menu and lacks a choice of fresh fruit. | 10/10 |
30 Aout 2011 Brian John Finch | I have stayed at this hotel about 15 times and always found it to be great value for the location, standard of suites and service. The only thing they could improve is the breakfast. Very limited choice and lacks a good range of fresh fruit. The breakfast room is not very inviting and is more like a staff facility.
Otherwise the Grand Centre Point is a great place to stay. | 10/10 |
29 Aout 2011 dai dejun | good location, just near shopping central ,service is good ,but if they dont forget give me morning call since i catch earlyest fly .
thats ok ,i think all the things is good here ! | 8.6/10 |
23 Aout 2011 Koh May Ling Judy | Convenient location, 5 min from Ratchadamri train station. Conducive enviroment, not on main road which can be very noisy.
We booked studio apartment. Adequately furnished. However plates and cutlery are lacking in the kitchen. We used the plates, and chamber maids removed plates from room instead of replacing them in cupboard after washing.
Chamber maids have to be more careful as they left small broken pieces of glass on vanity table and on floor without noticing it.
Water temperature on the bathroom taps can be rather difficult to control.
Bed is very large but bed and pillows are of inferior quality. Did not sleep well as they are not firm enough. After sleeping on the pillows, they become very flat causing neck pain. Bed shakes too much whenever you move abit.
There is a DVD player that we used to play our CD on. There are many TV channels to choose from.
Hotel is not flexible enough. I had a medical procedure done in BKK and requested for a later check out time so that I could rest abit more before going to the airport at 3.30pm. Check out time is 12pm, but they allowed me to stay in room till 1pm only.
Breakfast spread is usually the same. I stayed there from 15 to 16 August and from 20 to 23 August, Spread was the same with very slight changes, such as fried bee hoon to fried rice noodles.
Hotel staff needs to be better trained. I witnessed front desk staff speaking and raising voice very rudely to hotel guest over the phone. She hung up the phone and continued to complain about the guest in front of her colleagues in full view of all the other waiting guests at the reception counter.
There was one night when I had a fall when I walked back to the hotel. The manager and one of the security men saw me limping back with my husband holding onto me, but none of them enquired how I was or if I needed help.
Concierge does not look helpful or happy when approached. She snapped angrily at a porter when the latter helped us ask her a question on direction.
This particular porter is good, he attempted to speak to us in Mandarin and helped us with our directions.
Another staff I am impressed with is a waiter in Mesamis Cafe, the only restaurant in the hotel. Didnt get his name but he was very attentive to our needs and served very well.
All in all, I would say, most of the hardware is there, but hotel is still lacking in the software, that is the soft skills of the hotel employees. | 6.6/10 |
20 Aout 2011 Claudio Pettinari | very good | 10/10 |
13 Aout 2011 Gillian Jackson | A great hotel in a really good location. Very close to the skytrain for exploring the city or only a 10 minute walk to Central World, Paragon and Siam Square. The rooms are fantastic - very spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean. The pool is lovely and the breakfast buffet is very good - you would have to be really fussy not to be impressed! We (2 adults and 3 teenagers) stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it and found it a great base. | 10/10 |
21 Mai 2011 Vladimir Kalinski | My wife and doughter used to live just next soi some time ago so this was our prefered location - and it is the best one - you can reach on foot many important locations (malls, park, etc). First time in Centre point and yes everything functioned properly (as it should for that level of price). We have no complains of quality or service nature. Personnel was kind and prompt. | 10/10 |
