Yeo T. K | Nice and comfortable room with a large balcony with good view of the city skyline. The hotel is in a one way narrow lane but taxis ply through it though many do not know it. Victory Monument BTS station is within a convienient 10 mins walk. My room was not provided with a safe deposit box but upon my request, it was instantly sent to my room. 2 free internet workstations and complimentary coffee and tea (with biscuits) are available for guests use. This is great as not many hotels offer this service. There is one welcome drink coupon which entitles one to a free cocktail drink at the lobby bar (available from 8.00 pm to 4.00 am.)
The only one disappointment is perhaps the breakfast which is pathetic. | 6/10 |

Katelin Turner | On my second visit here I maintain that this is a super and delightful hotel. Rooms are lovely, super clean and modern facilities, impressive tv. Just an all round well put together and presented room.
Last time I had a bathroom scale in my room which was useful to weigh my luggage as I was flying Air Asia - this time there wasn t but the front desk let me borrow one. They were very efficient and friendly. I also saw them deal very professionally with an incredibly rude and obnoxious and downright nasty guest.
Breakfast was great (no jet lag problems this visit so I was there well before 10am and didn t miss out).
The hotel itself is more developed (more staff and facilities) and was busier. There was a travel desk and two free internet compters this time. The internet was very popular of course and one of the computers had some serious kinks in the way it had been set up. I didn t realise but there was a new fitness room apparently on the 9th floor which I couldn t have used anyway due to injured knee and I was flat out shopping while I was in Bangkok. Nice to know it was there though.
Only one word of warning DO NOT use the hotel s airport transfer service (which appears to be a separate business from the hotel anyway). It was more expensive than a taxi that takes the tollways and the driver did not take any of the tollways (he will suss out first from you how much time you have until your flight takes off), the driver wasn t the best driver and also refused to drop me at the departures drop off. He straight out lied to me that only taxis are allowed there (did he think I couldn t use my eyes to see that was rubbish?) and dumped me, despite my protestations of having a badly injured knee, in the airport carpark requiring me to walk about a kilometre with my luggage pushing it at times up an uphill ramp. | 8/10 |

KENG KIAT BENG | I checked on 27th August 2009 and stay for 3 nights at Royal View Resort Bangkok. The hotel was not very big but clean, cosy and quite brightly lighted up giving good sense of staying and so not noisy. The concierge was very helpful and ever ready to give assistance when needed. The price was quite reasonable for budget traveller. Opposite the hotel got nice park for morning jog. There are some shortcoming for this hotel:- hot water not warm, no shower curtain at 4th Floor room, no soap tray in the toilet. The breakfast was not much but good enough to satisfy the stomach in the morning. Overall quite happy with the stay and will recommend for budget traveller to stay. | 7.6/10 |

YOSHIKAWA Tadashi | I had a great pleasant stay at Royal View Resort Rangnam. This Serviced apartment is new(2008 built?), run by a family(not a big cap. corp.) and well accomodated for budget travellers. Location,10 min walk to skytrain st., Victory Monument is very handy. Sseveral Issan dishes, bar, and the convinience stores(7-11) on soi Rangnam. BTS station connect cinema complex, Century holds various chain restaurant(MK, KFC, Donuts shop etc) on each floor and food-court on B1. don t need to worry about finding place to eat.
Only setback is the subsoi(soi Ratvitee3) hotel located is one way. To get the hotel, taxi is ONLY accessible from RATVITEE Rd and NOT from soi Rangnam.(the subsoi is quite busy. you might need to get used to this...)
The staff is friendly and helpful. Hifi access(need to pay) is fast & good if you bring own laptop pc. In room, there was no shower curtain but hotel already started adaptation. Safe box is available w/o fee, however each customer be asked deposit 1000bahts for safebox use or not. Heard it started cause past customer broke in room electric teapot & safebox. (I never use it, though). Besides it s better keep last cash for taxi fare, back to the airport.
Breakfast is okay not much change everyday but can t blame for that accordin to the price. I knew the service is upto 10am as from past review though as for minumum service staff provided also understandable.
As a general tip for Thailand visitor, do not get mad or angry even not expected service provided. (Are we that perfect?) Room cleaning sc. sometimes miss refill water bottles, soap or bathtowel, but maipenrai (it s okay). Just report to the reception and don t rush. | |

Erlan Herlambang | Overall, it is a nice Hotel on a budget. I booked 4 rooms, all were clean and spacious. The food was ok. It is located near everywhere in Bangkok, although the location is in a narrow soi, so drivers might find difficulties parking teir cars. There are a few things to improve though, the hot water in the bathroom did not run steady, maybe because the room was equipped with only local hot water system. And the rooms had furniture odor when we first came in. Last, I couldn t book the type of bed (single or double) on the internet, I had to doit on check in.
Over all, this is a nice hotel that is worth recommending. | |

Katelin Jane Turner | Room was delightful, very clean, great tv and even included a bathroom scale! Concierge very informative about Bangkok and suggested interesting places to go.
Bit disappointed that was told that (and saw signs that) breakfast was up to 10 am and turned up at quarter to and was told that it was too late to have eggs/bacon.
Very impressed that hotel let me do a late check out of 8.30 pm (for midnight flight) for half room rate. | |

jenara vandet | This hotel is very basic,hence the low cost.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 5 min ride from MBK, and a walking distance to many shopping centers. It is right next to the Victory Monument.
If you are looking for cheap accomadations in the center, then this place will due. | |

L'Icône ci-contre apparait dans le coin supérieur gauche de la carte et est utilisé pour deplacer la carte en haut, en bas, à gauche et à droite en cliquant sur les flêches. Si vous cliquez sur la main, au centre, la carte se repositionne sur sa position et à l'échelle de départ.
