HOPE LAND offers apartments decorated in cream and white providing a calming, spacious atmosphere. There is a selection of 4 types for Standard, Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom.

*Standard double Room* are only available for a short term. And they are provided: - Daily cleaning of room with towel set. - Television with cable network channels and UBC's programs. - Safety Box in your room. - Free of charge in room high speed internet connection. - Free of charge for using inside facilities, swimming pool, sauna & steam room and fitness center. - 24 hours receptions counter services. - 24 hours security guards and maintenance services. - Laundry Services and Iron / Ironing Board (Available upon your request). - Vender washing machines are available around sauna room.



*Standard Twin Room* are only available for a short term. *1 Bedroom* are suitable for a small family, utilities spaces for living and dining with kitchen corner, ranging in size from 50 sq.m. to 65 sq.m. with balcony. *2 Bedroom* are very unique and elegant units of ranging in size from 85 sq.m. to 112 sq.m. with balcony. Designed with a fully furnished and electric appliances with well-equipped kitchen to make you comfort and convenience for your home. All apartments are available for a short term and long term stay leasing up to 1 year or moreover. FACILITIES & SERVICES

Residents of Hope Land are fully invited to use any of our In-House facilities as often as you choose with no extra cost. In-House's facilities include Fitness Center, Sauna and Steam Room, Outside Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi and Business Center Services. The Fitness Center is a modern and well-equipped Gym on the 5th Floor. Various exercises include Running and Weight Lifting Machines. Our Sauna and Steam Rooms are also available on the 5th floor right next to the Fitness Center. The Outside Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi is available on the 7th floor with an amazing view. The Business Center is open 24 hours and two PC Computers are available for your convenience complete with access to the internet. We also provide Wireless Lan Internet Access if you choose to access the internet in the privacy of your own room. All facilities are completely free of charge to all residents and their guests whilst they stay in Hope Land. RISE Restaurant is situated on the ground floor is given direct access from Hope Land. The Menu includes an International Cuisine of European, Thai and Japanese. Room Service is also available via RISE Restaurant with numerous choices from the menu.

Hope Land is located on Sukhumvit 24 is only a walk away from the widely known shopping centre, Emporium on Sukhumvit Road, and shopping outlets Carrefour and Tesco Lotus on Rama 4 Road. Access to many other destinations is easy with the Skytrain. The nearest station is Phrom Phrong, located right next to Emporium itself. Or the option of the subway which is only a 10 minute walk to Asoke MRT. Even the Airport itself feels so near with the entrance to the Express Way being only 10 minutes away and a total of a 40 minute journey.

12 Aout 2011 Mrs Suzanne Macaulay	It is so nice to be treated with respect and a smile. The staff at Hope Land Executive Apartments filled the bill. My studio apartment A-D was very comfortable, immaculately clean and spacious compared to a normal hotel room elsewhere. Good wi-fi. Breakfast had a great choice. Large lobby with complimentary tea and coffee and comfortable sofa s. Australians take your own adaptor as they only have ones for Europe and Japan market. Position very close to Emporium and Sky train and hotel offers tuk- tuk to nearby places. Great value for price and can highly recommend. 23 Mars 2010 Stephen Eric Paulo	This is the second time I have stayed at Hope Land. The apartments are of a very good standard. Like before, the only complaint I have relates to the breakfast which I still believe is not up to the standard of the hotel. Example would be the rubber eggs that are kept warm in a server while other hotels cook your eggs in front of you on request.	10/10

21 Octobre 2009 Stephen Paulo	Had a one bedroom apartment. Could not faulter the accomodation, it was fantastic. I was disappointed with the breakfast because of such things as the bacon was not crispy but seemed like it had been steamed and the eggs were not cooked in front of you as many hotels do, they were left to keep warm in a food warmer which made them rubbery. If they improved their breakfast selection this would be a A1 place to stay. The staff were friendly and always very cooperative.	8.8/10
14 Fevrier 2009 Anja Wir	Stayed there for two nights, room was ok (i.e. clean and tidy) but would need some decoration, especially the bath room. I presume we stayed in the old part of the hotel complex. We saw bigger rooms (suites) which looked nicer and in better shape. Anyway, the price was reasonable, the location excellent for shopping. We would come again.

18 Novembre 2008 David	Hotel is well located, near Sky Train, has good appearance, but we had a room in another adjacent building. The room was quite nice but little. What was disappointing is that they tried to make us pay an early check in. Breakfast was ok and staff helpful.

It is very conveniently located, the staff were very helpful but not intrusive, the room & facilities were quite nice, and I liked the simple breakfasts with lots of veggies and fruit.
12 Juin 2008 Goh Hong Hai	Had a nice stay here. Receptionists were very friendly and courteous, service with a smile. Hotel room size is adequate, modern and clean. Breakfast quite nice. Good rate and good service. I will definitely stay there again.
