Hardy Meldrum | would not choose this hotel again. Tried to give a different room than in the internet, after a discussion, got a room similar to what we originally booked. Why they always have to try that, i do not know.
Apart from that an enjoyable stay, not really much more to add here. Was nothing spectacular, but enjoyable. | 6/10 |

Einar Storvik | Me and my wife have been travelling around in Asia a lot. Specially in Thailand since my wife is Thai.
I always love my travelling in thailand since thai attitude for service is very good.
We choose to stay at Ratilanna this time since we had a very pleasent stay at this hotel December 2006, before grand opening. There is always very friendly and helpful staff to assist you all time. Quality of hotel is very good.
We will always use this hotel when we go to Chiang Mai.
Very easy to go to city center either by taxi or tuk-tuk.
Stay at this hotel is value for money. | 10/10 |

Christo Konahos | Ihave stayed at many hotels in Thailand and did quite a bit of research before booking here. I can honestly say one of the best hotels i have been to. I stayed in a deluxe suite, Exceptional value for money, the website does not do it justice, you would pay four times more for this level anywhere else. Great breakfast, fantastic service in all their departments....i cannot find complaint and i will stay here again!!! | 9.4/10 |

Moser Norbert | Wunderschönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und ganz tolle Zimmer ( eher große Wohnungen )
was wir sehr genossen haben. den die Gegend um Chiang Mai ist auch Phantastisch.
Die Fahrt mit dem Tuc Tuc zum Nachtmarkt kostet knapp 1€. den gibt es auch vom Hotel jeden Abend um 20.00 kostenlos. Für die Sparfüchse. | 10/10 |

Mr Richard Siddle | After now staying at a few locations within Thailand I can say the Ratilanna is by far the best. I stayed there for 4 nights and found the service and staff superb!
The food was great and the hotel and location were perfect!
By far the best of all were the staff who were always glad to help. Special thanks to Bon on concierge who organised trips to Thai boxing and Elephants. | 10/10 |

Donna Neha | Stunning hotel with its 7 foot by 7 foot bed and waterfall in the bathroom. Breafast was great beside the river, peaceful and serene great pool area. Little far from city centre so you have to catch tuktuk who double the normal prices and the mozzies carry you away. | 8.8/10 |

GARDAIS | Nous avons passé plusieurs jours au Ratilana en mars 2009, quel plaisir! L hôtel est situé au calme sur les bords d une rivière. Accueil, qualité du service, propreté, gentillesse et professionalisme du personnel, tout est irréprochable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, d une extrême propreté et joliment meublées. La salle de bain est tout simplement merveilleuse. L un des plus beaux hôtels que nous ayons fréquentés en Thailande. | |

Mike and Sara Kopp | We stayed here while the resort was still undergoing construction to get ready to open. We were not aware of this when we booked, and we felt that the resort should have done more to communicate this (like a notice on the website, etc.). We were disappointed with the current state of the resort, but when completed, the RatiLanna will be very beautiful. It is right by the river and the restaurant is outside where you can overlook the river. The pool area is also beautiful. | |

L'Icône ci-contre apparait dans le coin supérieur gauche de la carte et est utilisé pour deplacer la carte en haut, en bas, à gauche et à droite en cliquant sur les flêches. Si vous cliquez sur la main, au centre, la carte se repositionne sur sa position et à l'échelle de départ.
