Annika Lindkvist | the hotel is clean but old and after 2 o´clock you can´t get food at restaurant because they close at 4.the personal is friendly but the bell-boy is another story. It´s near the trainstation it´s ok but I´ll find another hotel for next time | 3.2/10 |

Lim Tow Heng | the hotel is ok and staff helpful.
there are some rooms for improvements though:
1. Some information in the form of maps/posters should be available about the amenities around the hotel, example shopping malls, internet cafe, eateries, etc.
2. The room doors need to be serviced/repaired. Most do not shut properly and caused a loud noise, disturbing the neighbours. | 7.2/10 |

Terry Rickard | Excellent but quiet hotel reflecting downturn in world economy. Very friendly staff.Very good chef.
Busy city. Good beaches.
Take care not to visit very seedy bar across the road from hotel. You will be ripped off. However restaurant Madame Aun also across the road is very good. | |

Alison and Richard Avery | Good basic hotel. We had an interconnecting room for ourselves and our 9 year old son (double room too small for extra bed). No taxis in the town. We phoned the hotel from the station and they sent a tuk tuk (more like a mini songtheaw) for us. Staff helpful, owner (though not others) spoke English. | |
