ACCOMMODATIONS
Every room has a private balcony, daybed, mini bar, and the rest of
the things that you can imagine to make a perfect afternoon resting
outdoor with your beloved ones. We have a body length daybed that
can turn to an extra bed for your little loved ones. The bathrooms
is equipped with the state of the art, shower rain, twin wash resin,
bathroom amenities supplied by Mae Fah Luang that is well known for
using traditional herbals ingredients to preserved and protect your
skin. In addition, we offer you beach rope, beach bag, thongs,
slippers, towel, all made from unbleached materials. Here at Yai Ya,
we do not overlook little details to enhance the experience here
with us, such as organic insect repellants, hair dryer, Palm leaf
fan. For the room that equips bathtub, we provide you with scrub
that made from Jude, organic herbal soap for your fresh and
rejuvenate experience.

Capacity : 2 pax/children aged below 12 years old stay free of charge with

room comes with an extra spacious terrace facing the sparkling Thai Gulf.

Sq.m. suite comes with a large living area and extra spacious terrace overlooking
the Thai Gulf. Offered are one double (Hollywood Twin) bed, one study desk,
a large dressing area, plus two daybeds : one on the balcony and the other
in room. The living area has a dining table for four.

This room has 2 levels, the lower bedroom level
overlook the small private garden, and relaxing pavilion is on the upper level with private pool only a step away. This

- Nice resort for small & luxury hotel
- Not many choices for breakfast
- Swimming pool is nice but medium size
- Facilities is not enough if rooms are fully booked
- Doesn t have Air condition in bathroom & walk-in closet area for Villa

This hotel is certainly, one of the best I ever have been to!! I have worked at one of the fineste hotels in the US and Norway, been at some equal quality hotels in Paris and Milano! If this hotel had been at Koh Chang, Thailand, I would credit this hotel, 10+!!!

the swimming pool is very pleasant but the resort is too far from the town despite of the bus shuttle.
the staff is nice. the problem is the restaurant : the prices are too much expensive to the quality. It s too long to wait menus(more than one hour).

We stayed ten nights at Yaiya in the three bedroom pool villa. The villa was fantastic. We enjoyed every moment. The Thaipas resturant served good food, both Thai and international. The service was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the very good espresso coffee that was served. The beach is OK, but we preferred the pool.

All the staff is of friendliness and service mind, they give you a smile even when you just passing by, , the SAWADEE Kaa /Krapp is still in my ears.Food is great, same breakfast/ lunch /dinner. I would like to have longer another vacation there.
Nice medium size hotel. Pool is a little smaller comparing to pictures you see on websites. Overall is good.
One little comment though, Ants are all around. Day bed, living room, balcony, even on king size bed. better pest management will contain this.

We stayed at Yaiya for 3 nights, from check in to check out we had the best service ever. We stayed in a Deluxe room over looking the resort, the room was a great size with plenty of space and great facilities, huge shower room and separate toilet was great and plenty of room to spread your bags out and they were out of the way. The outside balcony was great huge day bed outside also your fridge and kitchen area was outside too all in a beautiful big cabinet cupboard. The room also had access to internet which was free. The rooms where very modern and minimal of busy decorations we loved it and very laid back feel. We have a 1yr old and the staff were fantastic with her we chose to relax at the pool a lot of the time great pool and kids pool. Restuarant was great food tasted great and it was a real home made feeling, also great breakfast homemade jams etc fantastic. Beach was not too bad they have bean bags which are great to relax on near the beach. Overall it was fab and we would reccomend it our friends and we will definately go back. 10/10 for Yaiya and staff, Excellent
