Kunal Behl | If u want to stay in resort for relaxing then this is the best option. If u want to enjoy roaming in inland then better to look for other hotels as this hotel is quite far and cost of transport is high. SO in case not using your own car i prefer to look for other option | 6.8/10 |

Kobyakova Elena | Гранд Лагуна превзошла все мои ожидания. Я настраивала себя и свою семью на обшарпанный наладом дышащий отельчик с вялым персоналом и т.д. и т.п. Но было просто все супер. Номер выглядел как на картинке, конечно не все новое стиль обшарпе присутствует, но территория отеля и его отдаленность это огромные плюсы для отдыха с ребенком 8 лет и желанием никуда не рваться не дергаться а именно наслаждаться покоем. Соотечественников в высокий сезон много их пачками возят турагенты из Паттайи, много иностранцев с маленькими детьми. Рекомендую только для семейных и для тех кто устал от города и суеты. | 8.2/10 |

Panthip Busarakham | My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4 nights and it was great experience. The hotel has private beach and situated in a beautiful nature area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The resort can be a bit far so will recommend you rent a motobike to go around. Of all a good hotel for everyone. | 8.2/10 |

Bjorn Falk | there where no god food in the restaurant and it was not so fun over all. It was nothing to do expect go to the beach. Not so intrested staf in the hotel to have something to do for the guest. | 5.6/10 |

Mr. Supoj Voradetwittaya | This hotel is very nice and warmly welcome reception. We spent 3 day-2 nights for this trip. We re enjoy this vacation.We visit Koh Chang in second time and hope to visit again in future.

Ludovic Gaucherand | This resort is really nice with a lot of vegetation.
At our arrival we were offered a welcome drink and they upgraded our room to a bungalow by the canals.
The bungalows are very nice.
I guess they did this because the Thais (from Bangkok) enjoy more being on the boats; that are cheaper.
This resort is cut out from the rest of the island and you will need a scooter to join BangBao by the road (3kms).
The service is really nice. The room was made every day and the sheets changed once every two days.
The clients are mostly Thais and they often arrive in big groups for 2 or 3days, during the week end.
The restaurant can be excellent (when there is no group and the restaurant is not overcrowded) and is located on the private beach.
During the week we were almost alone in this huge resort and had the restaurant and the singers for ourselves: it seems that Europeans don t go there so much, and it is a pity because it is really worth it.
The beach is nice and most of the time desert. It is cleaned everyday.
The management and organistation was not always great , but people are so nice that you forget about it.
We initially planned to stay 3 days and eventually we spent there almost two weeks. | |
