Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa is ideally located in the central
region of the White Sand Beach. It is a beachfront resort with a great
sea view and is a perfect place for those who love living by the sea
with fine white sand and clear sea-water, The beach at Koh Chang Kacha
Resort and Spa is ideal for sunbathing, swimming, playing or just lazing
around. Each evening the beachfront attracts more people with some volleyball
and football teams sweating out on the wide beachfront, courtesy of
the low tide! And the bonus is that while all these are going on, the

The Standard Room is located near the lobby and the parking area.

The Deluxe Beachfront Villa is the new villa next to the beach and swimming pool.

The new pool villa is located next to the swimming pool and sea view.

1 sofa bed that can make to be the king size bed in the living room.

LOCATION MAP
The resort is located on Koh Chang island on the east coast of the
Gulf of Thailand. The distance from Bangkok is 330 km and takes about
4 hours by car or bus to Trat, the provincial capital. Driving time
from Pattaya City is approximately 3 hours.
Bangkok Airways
flies from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Trat twice daily with a flight time
of 55 minutes.
From there are three piers (Ao Thammachat, Centrepoint
and Laem Ngob) with ferries leaving to Koh Chang on a frequent basis
every day. The ferry ride takes 40 minutes to the pier at Koh Chang
and from there the resort is just 15 minutes away on White Sand Beach
(Had Sai Khao).

Never going back. We stayed at in junior-suite, which was nice and spacious and with a big terrace. But even though we were in the new end of the hotel it seemed that things were decaying quickly, and broken things was not fixed. The room cleaning was very poor and basic things like soap was not refiled during our stay. During our stay at the hotel a lot of guest inclusive all parties in our family got sick with stomach problems and/or ear infections. Our daughter got an ear infection after just being in pool one time, and we had to go the hospital two times to get checked by a doctor and get antibiotic. Needless to say non of us used the pools at the resort the rest of the vacation. We talked with another family of 12 where 11 of them had also been sick with similar stomach problems, so there must be is a general problem in the hotel or the nearby restaurants. Must of the staff was very helpful and kind but all in all we have gotten much better service all the other times we have been in Thailand.

The location and the pool was perfect. Room quality was verry bad, dark room and old in need of renovation. Had alot of incects and different bugs in room. I would never return here.

we stayed in superior bungalows, two facing the sea, one - in the garden. I was expecting them to be smaller and darker were ok, though there was not enough light for reading
swimming pool area is very nice, breakfast are good, the territory is very green...the sea is quite shallow and clean near the hotel. The location is perfect - in the evening there are many places where you can eat, in the street or in the cafe
the hotel is always full, full of Russian tourists and Scandinavians

Lovely resort hotel with two great pools.We stayed in one of the big family rooms at the side of the hillside pool, which was spacious and clean. The two bathrooms were a big plus with wife and teenage daughter in our party. Breakfast was good, not outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We d certainly stay here again.

I stayed at the cheapest room in a hillside wing and was happy I didnt pay more. The cleaning is really average, they often don t mop the floors. The towels are really old and overused.However, you need to pay for the beach ones if you kept it longer than one day or took an extra. You also have to pay for low speed WIFI and give a deposit for a second key. The wing side doesn t even have a second key idea which caused a lot of problems. The brekkie was disgusting and it took a couple of days for 3 ladies and me to make them put the food labels. The waiters are really slow and you have to go and take the cutlery all by yourself. They even managed to cook thai food badly with a bitter taste(old oil I guess). The only pro is a hillside swimming pool and the people who work there. So, overall the hotel itself is well constructed but the management and the service made me wish call to www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com and ask about the refund policy and get out of this hotel.

Ican only give reference to the hillside suites. I found them to spacious,with balcony views overlooking the pool. tastefully decorated,comfortable beds combined with friendly and courtious staff made for a very pleasant stay.

Die Beach-Bungalows sind in einem schlechtem Zustand. Das Bett ist extrem hart und bin jeden Morgen von den Schmerzen aufgewacht. Die Dusche ist ohne Druck und nur ein Rinnsal. Laut Aussage von anderen Hotelgästen, ist gegen ein Aufpreis von 600 Bath ein Upgrade im Haupthaus möglich, welches besser sein soll. Nach unserer Ansicht sind die Beach-Bungalows das Geld nicht wert. Wir empfehlen lieber ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.

We had a lovely 8 day stay at the Kacha resort. lovely swimming pool & kids pool, great location. We upgraded our room however as the room we were allocated was in a poor location and without a balcony as requested. The staff where helpful on arrival and quite cheerful, however as the week went on the staff seemed less helpful and not happy. This was a shame as the resort, location and cleanliness was excellent. We would stay again and we would recommend it, however it would be nice to see the staff happy.

Месторасположение Отличное!Номера Бунгало уютные!Уборка каждый день.Не повезло с соседями которые жили над нами так-как слышимость по ночам очень хорошая а стенки потолка тонкие.Почти каждую ночь до 4-5 утра над нами шла борьба и все скрипело! Для детей завтраки в отеле брать не надо они того не стоят! За все время раковина в номере была забита и вода не уходила В следующий раз завтраки заказывать не будем Вернемся сюда на Новый год!!:)

Seasiderummen är slitna. Fogarna i duschen lossnar. Folk tingar solstolar 06.00 på morgonen! Morgonbuffén är stimmig,mycket folk. En kille gör en omelett i taget,kö..!! Stranden o läget gör hela hotellet. Otroligt fint vatten o sandstrand.

This resort is in an excellent location. We stayed in a Hillside Deluxe room across the road from the beach side of the resort. These rooms are much newer and are clean and comfortable. Our room was starting to show its age with very scuffed floors. The hot water surged in the shower making it go hot then cold constantly during any time of the day. The staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. The pool areas (there are 2) are nice but the beachside pool is incredibly crowded and all the Europeans get up early in the morning to reserve their sunbeds which is annoying. The breakfast buffet had a large selection to choose from but was pretty average in taste. We would stay here again as it is good value for money and I would recommend the Hillside rooms over the older villas on the beach side - these look incredibly shabby and dingy! Also a final FYI for anyone wanting to stay here is that this hotel is incredibly popular with Russians (we were almost the only non-Russians in the whole resort).
