Baan Haad Yao Villa's is located within the plush palms on Haad Yao Beach of Koh Phangan. Haad Yao is one of the most popular snorkeling sites with the beautiful coral reef in the turquoise water of this beautiful island. It is also a thriving tourist hot-spot with plenty things to do and easy to access the rest of the island.
There are twenty five villas built in a modern Thai style. Each villa is spacious with a living room and large open air bathroom plus all mod cons including air-com, fan, refrigerator, satellite TV and DVD player in some of the ranges. Each villa can accommodate from one to four guests with ease.

The villas are built to surround the large swimming pool, and there are four different kinds of villa available including Poolside, Pool View, Ocean View and slightly larger Family Villas. Just above the villas on the hill is the Baan Haad Yao Villa's Hotel which offers sea view rooms as part of this large complex.

The beach at Haad Yao is one of the most famous on the island and offers a long and deep sandy beach with plenty of activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and diving there are three diving schools on the beach. The beach is just a few seconds walk along the plat from. Our restaurant serves both Thai and international food from its extensive menu.

The gardens at Baan Haad Yao Villas offer a huge variety of Thai flora and fauna with banana palms, orchids, birds of paradise, Thai marigolds and much more. Great pride has been taken in putting the resort together to integrate the sustainable wooden construction materials with the natural surroundings.

The reception provides a free computer with internet for our guests to use at and we will pick up our guests for free from the pier at Thongsala. At Baan Haad Yao Villas, we have something for everyone and everyone should come and see for themselves.

Baan Haad Yao Villa's has 25 accommodations: 14 Deluxe Wooden Bungalows & 6 Family Villas decorating in Thai modern style and 5 comfortable guesthouses. All villas provide Air-condition, Mini Bar, Satellite TV, cozy Bath Tub and Hot Water inside room as well as Free WIFI. The combination between Thai style and modern design makes Baan Haad Yao Villa's is the best place for your choice.

There are also 5 guesthouses at Baan Haad Yao Villa's: 3 guesthouses with 1 double bed and 2 guesthouse with 1 double and 1 single bed for various choices. Every guesthouse has Air-condition, Satellite TV, Mini Bar and hot water. All guesthouses were set in pleasant atmosphere to fulfill your excellent holidays.

Haad Yao is situated on the west coast of Koh Phangan in between Koh Ma and the fishing village Sri Thanu. It is about 15 minutes drive from Thongsala, the main port, on a newly completed concrete road network. Taxis regularly go to Haad Yao from Thong Sala Pier and Haad Rin Pier.

21 Juin 2011 Trond Kaldheim	Worst place I have ever stayed at, this is a so called family business, and the family is just sitting at the lobby not doing anything. They wouldn t clean the room for 4 days, and we asked them twice. The bungalow was dirty when we arrived aswell. The toilet was the worst part. The pool is nothing like the pictures, it looked like it havent been cleaned for years. Location was good, just a 2 min walk from the beautifull haad yao beach. btw, do not eat in the resturant.	4.4/10
14 Fevrier 2011 Alexandra Byres	A nice family run guest house. Stayed in a 3 bed villa. Plenty of space in the room, a/c, mosquito nets over beds which were required. Outside bathroom meant showering under the stars which was fun! Each day cleaners cleaned our room whilst we had excellent breakfast of eggs, bacon & toast along with tea, juice and plate of fruit. We received a free pick up from the ferry. Large swimming pool was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. Baan Haad Yao Villas are quite private and it s only a short walk through to the beach (about 2mins). Beautiful resort which was peaceful but with enough places to eat and drink.	10/10
28 Decembre 2010 Helena Olofsson	Rummet var fint men badrummet var riktigt sunkigt. Dessutom fanns det inget varmvatten. Våra kompisar bodde billigare men mycket bättre på ett annat ställe i närheten.Frukosten var snålt tilltagen.	4.2/10
2 Aout 2010 Jan Harving	We stayed here for 8 days and must say I was a little disappointed. The water you showered in smelled bad, the rooms were not cleaned as often and that several of the employees were surly. Want to go back to Kho Phangan but in a different hotel / bungalow	5/10

28 Decembre 2009 Carina Niemi	Nice bungalow. Our was close to the restaurant, so we heard when they start for breakfast every morning. The walls are thin, so you hear almost everything from the outside, but we liked it. You hear the birds and so on. Breakfast wasn´t so good, no buffé. Very good pool, deep you can´t stand in it. Small pool for children. Two minutes walk to a very nice beach. Lots of hotels closer (on) the beach. Nice and calm place. I rekommend this beach, but next time I book a hotel on the beach.	7.2/10

31 Juillet 2009 Dirks	It was a very nice place to stay.We had a poolvilla,with 1 double and 1 triple bed so good for a family with 3 children.It is only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach where it is beautiful to snorkel.and some nice restaurants for dinner.Go to the one who looks over the beach on the hill. A/C room and 2 fans, nice bathroom. I would recommend this hotel,good price/quality .Nice people. Rent a scooter and go tour along the coast road,easy to do and great!	7.6/10
12 Mars 2009 Tessa van Dijk	Amazing place to stay with a nice flower garden and a pool. only 1 minute walk to the beach. Yok and her staff make you feel right at home! Haad yao is a beautiful beach with lots of good place to eat, hang out and sip your cocktail. It s a bit far from the Fullmoonparty though (one way is about 200 b per person) but i would definately recommend this place to everyone!!!
