The Amazing AKWA Penthouse (there are 2 Penthouses)
The room rate excludes breakfast (Thou AlaCarte Breakfast is available all day long till we Close). The 2 AKWA Penthouses are located on the top floors of the AKWA Guesthouse complexes and are all generous Pop Art Inspired Funky Studios, which includes all modern conveniences.

They 2 are slightly different yes they all boast a Large Terrace With Dining for 4 and a Teak Sun Bed or 2. Each has a modern Bathroom with a variety of luxurious Toiletries, 2 have a private bath tub overlooking the terrace.

Penthouse includes:

1 king bed with Egyptian cotton linens and a cozy feather duvet quilt and pillows.
Wi-Fi in the most of the Penthouse rooms Beach towels on request
Separate Lounge area
State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment including

The AKWA Garden Family Apartment is located on the ground floor of the AKWA 2 building. It is a generous Pop Art Inspired Funky Apartment, which can sleep up to 4 People, (it has 1 King size Private Bedroom, a Small Loft room with a single bed. and a sleeping sofa in the living area). The Garden Apartment includes all modern conveniences. Beach is only a 45 second, or 15 second run (if you are in a hurry) from the front doors the of AKWA Guest-house. All of AKWA is Unique.

The bathroom features a rain Shower and a door that can open out into the surrounding enclosed garden with a variety of luxurious Toiletries, It boasts a private bath tub (not spa due to requirements)

The Apartments features include:

1 king bed with Egyptian cotton linens
and a cosy feather duvet quilt and pillows.
Single bed loft area with duvet quilt and pillows
Free Wi-Fi, 3 TV's with Cable TV

Akwa restaurant offers imaginative and contemporary cuisine ranging from well known tasty every day fare to cutting-edge culinary innovation. Breakfast is served all day and Akwa restaurant is open from 8.00 am. through to midnight every day. We at Akwa realize the importance of fine wine, fresh cocktails and cold beer.

Services & Facilities

For relaxation of the mind and body a myriad of activities are available for guests of Aka Guesthouse & Restaurant. You can go for a leisurely swim in the warm waters of The Gulf of Thailand, or relax at the luxury freeform Pool and it's lazy and cozy sun beds. Perhaps go windsurfing with the tropical breezes. Go sightseeing at some of the inland tropical waterfalls. There are also a myriad of Day Spas right near your front door. Or you may prefer to stay indoors and enjoy a delicious meal, a cocktail, glass of wine of a cold beer from Akwa's extensive drink list in the restaurant and bar.

10 Janvier 2012 charlie mapes	This was a true nightmare, worst location, the pool was un usable to say the least and the room..... There was dripping water above a window, mould on the ceiling, the room smells of damp, it was dirty and grimy, and when we complained to the receptionist they were very un helpfull and said there was nothing they could do. The minimum stay is 7 nights, this is how they trap you because no-one would ever stay this long otherwise, we lost our money and found another hotel in a better location.	2/10

30 Octobre 2011 Wong Tzu Chiin	We stay 5 nights from 25 Oct to 30 Oct 2011 at Akwa Std Room, which is about 200m away from the main reception or the cafe. The room is clean, comfortable but quite run down. Water pressure is low. No ventilation at toilet, Aircon is noisy. My room is 304, avoid rm 101, its stink inside.	4.4/10
14 Octobre 2011 Irina Lukina	Чисто,в номере есть питьевая вода (помимо мини-бара),кофе,чай,чайник - отлично,ненавязчивый персонал.Единственное но - излишне сексуальная направленность во всей отделке номера и нет собственного пляжа - надо проходить через чужой ресорт.Чтобы избежать любопытных глаз из отеля напротив(или с улицы)необходимо задергивать шторы даже днем.А в целом очень подходит на(пару дней)для тех,кто не смог сразу подобрать отель,либо для приехаших за приключениями.	8.2/10
9 Octobre 2011 Evgeny Mukhin	We stayed in standard room and we wouldn t stay there again. Very small room no place for our staff. Very wet. Fridge turns off when you leave the room. Ants. Pets allowed was claimed, but we had to pay some extra for a cat. pros: near great beach, good personnel, everyday room service, reasonable price for room.	7/10
