Our goal at Constanza is to provide our guest with Spacious & Comfortable accommodation, at a Realistic & Affordable cost. For those wishing to get away from the crowds & the main stream hotels, Constanza is the ideal holiday destination for families, couples, singles or friends travelling together. Constanza is situated at the northern end of Chaweng beach, "Koh Samui's premier holiday destination".

The Resort
Terraced design & following the natural contour of the land, Constanza enjoys a gently sloping 'hill-side' aspect, only 250 meters from one of Koh Samui's most beautiful & popular beaches. A reef situated some 150 meters off the beach affords a safe bathing environment for both non-swimmers & children, ensuring a relaxing, worry-free time for all the family.

ACCOMMODATION

Constanza is comprised of a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Each apartment having its own balcony or terrace overlooking the poolside and/or gardens. All apartments are spacious & tastefully decorated -with wood fittings & fixtures incorporating local arts & crafts, which reflect the relaxing atmosphere 'Island-life,' has to offer. Apartments are fitted with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable or satellite TV, hair-dryer & mini-bar facility.

Each apartment has a breakfast bar, allowing our guest the opportunity to enjoy a light snack or beverage 24 hours a day (in the interests of safety, cookers are not fitted). Due to our intimate size & the close proximity of Chaweng's many excellent & varied restaurants, Constanza has no restaurant, however, we do offer a full menu on a "room service" basis.

:: Deluxe Double Room (36 m2 floor area) ::

The " Deluxe Double Room, 36 m2" has the bedroom area on a slightly raised floor with a TV & DVD player. The lower part has a sofa which can be used as an additional bed if required and there is a terrace immediately in front of the room.

:: Deluxe Double Room (45 m2 floor area) ::

The "Delux Double Room, 45 m2" has an open plan layout, the bedroom area has a king size bed , the living area has a sofa and a chaise lunge with a 32” LCD TV. and multiregional DVD player. There is a terrace (4m x 3m) with a garden view.

:: Deluxe Double Loft-Bedroom (63 m2 floor area) ::

The "Deluxe Double Loft Room, 63 m2" has the bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the mezzanine floor with access to a balcony overlooking the pool, the bedroom has a TV & DVD player. On the ground floor there is a second bathroom and a kitchenette/living area with a 28" widescreen TV & multiregional DVD player and a terrace.

:: Deluxe Double Twin Apartment (90 m2 floor area) ::

The "Deluxe Double Twin Apt, 90 m2" has two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, both bedrooms have a double & a single bed so is suitable for people sharing. There is a kitchenette/living area with a 32" widescreen TV & multiregional DVD player and a large terrace (9m x 3m) with direct access to the pool.

:: Deluxe Double Apartment (105 m2 floor area) ::

The "Deluxe Double Apt, 105 m2" has two bedrooms/three bathrooms. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom is on the mezzanine floor with access to a balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has both a double & a single bed so is suitable for two people sharing, both bedrooms have TV & DVD player. On the ground floor there is a third bathroom and a kitchenette/living area with a 28" widescreen TV & multiregional DVD player and a terrace.

:: Penthouse Apartment (150 m2 floor area) ::

The "Penthouse Apt, 150 m2" has two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has both a double & a single bed so is suitable for two people sharing. There is a large living area with a 42' plasma TV & multiregional DVD player and a huge terrace (15m x 3m) overlooking the pool.

6 Janvier 2012 Stefan Andre	An amazing nice and comfortable accomodation. Location is just nice and 10min walk away from main road with all the party,clubs,restaurants. So during night time, it s a quite place without all the noise from party places. I would definitely book this hotel again !!	9/10

15 Aout 2009 melanie	I came to Koh Samui with my husband and 3 children so it was important for me to find suitable accommodation for a suitable price. Constanza is a great place to stay for families as it is only a 10 minute walk from the center and 2 minutes by taxi which are always available. First of all the villas are in very nice shape and are regularly cleaned. The swimming pool was a great retreat for the kids when we came back from the beach or shopping. Stuart is a great person and very friendly and helpfull. When we arrived in the evening we had no thai money to go and eat so he drove into town himself and exchanged us some money which was really nice of him. Very nice place, pleasant people will definately choose this place again!!!	10/10
1er Janvier 2009 mrs jenkins	Excellent accommodation, 10 min walk to beach at the top end of Chewang Beach. Had a very pleasant stay Stuart and his family provided excellent tips on places to visit and restaurants to try. Would stay again.
4 Aout 2008 Eileen Kearns	Excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy and rooms cleaned every day. Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even babysitting was arranged easily. Approx 15 minutes walk into main Chaweng but easy to get a Baht Bus on the main road which was only a 5 minute walk. Also only 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Would highly recommend this resort.
27 Decembre 2007 julian colclough	had a great time, will definitely stay there again and can recommend it highly, the pool and tropical gardens are very good and make you feel like you really are on holiday , the owner stuart is a super nice guy , and has great advice on restaurants and things to see around the island.
24 Novembre 2007 Andrew Kong	Apartment was exellent value for money, perfect location as its 15 min walk or 5 min taxi to the start of Chewang beach road. Stuart was co were of good help of local area i.e food,tours, scooter hire - much thanks. The apartment and complex looks much more bigger in real life than in pictures showed on website. Twin apartment was very clean and plently of room, with A/C being quite and good size fridge and lots of chairs and space to sit around,the whole complex is nicly decorated with plants and lighting. Also good size balcony and pool for use. A few local shops are close by the complex for urgent supplies or food. Will Defiently stay here again in future!
20 Novembre 2007 Andrew Kong	Apartment booked was the delux twin apartment(2 double beds and 2 single day beds, 2 bathrooms) ground floor, 1 bar area with lounge area. Excellent value for money and Stuart and Co were a great help with the local area (tours,scooter hire, dinning) The apartment is actually alot bigger in real life than in the pictures on the website. Plenty of room for 5 people - A/C is strong and quite, all floors tiled, good size fridge, shared microwave(at public bar), large LCD TV with DVD player, keypad safe, and a big balcony for chairs and table to use. The balcony overseas the public bar and pool which is superb..The whole complex is decorated with lots plants and lighting. highly reconmmended for a quite getaway as its located 15 min walk or 5 min drive to the start of chewang beach road (Balcony bar) night life. So its quite and you can still get the best of both worlds. 2 Tour/Scooter hire companies located down the road (1 min walk) and highly recommend Olivios for Italian dinning (10min walk from Constanza) - 4 out of 5 rating - Will Defintley stay Again next year
21 Juillet 2007 Gian Andri Bivetti	Very nice quite and small hotel (without restaurant), clean and nice rooms, nice pool area, pool is not very big. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately come back. The only thing you should be aware of, is that it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and about 15 minutes if you wanna walk home from downtown chaweng.

24 Avril 2007 Robert VITEK	We have booked this resort for 5 days after we had wedding in Kandaburi. This resort is in quite location and we had great time there. I would suggest that the manager/owner of this resort really know how to deal with customer and know how to satisfy customer. We are really happy that we could stay at this resort which has high standard service. Room was clean and also cleaned daily. Definitely will come back again.
23 Avril 2007 Peter Woortman	Very nice appartment and great staff. The only bad thing is if you are looking for an total quit place, please don t go to Constanza because several times a day passing a truck and some cars the appartment.

We received a warm welcome from the new owner Stuart who made our stay most enjoyable, infact all the staff are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The Constanza is a truly unique experience, very peaceful with relaxed surroundings and the accomodation is 1st class!
4 Avril 2007 Morgan J James	Having found Constanza purely by chance and being a long term traveller to Thailand I would not hesitate recommending or returning to Constanza. It was complete breath of fesh air with its tranquil setting, beautiful pool and helpful staff, a welcome break from the normal hussle and bustle of Chaweng & Lamai. Highly recommend it, great value for money.

Your information and guidance re: Koh Samui, about where to eat/go, see things... really made our trip much more enjoyable. We had seafood at Big John s while enjoying the sunset and we even shot some fireworks heh... bought from the fireworks shop. Also enjoyed the south of Samui, where current Samui was like 10 years ago. Very nice and untouched. Once again, would like to thank you on behalf of my friends and I. Cheers! Lincoln
7 Mars 2007 Nola Rolland	Very ordinary location, up a lane way with slum stlye huts on one side. Water in shower non-existent at times. Owner/Manager helpful, rooms clean and food reasonable but would not stay here again.
