Welcome to Samui Beach Resort
Samui Beach Resort is beautifully located on the beach with a private swimming pool and beachside restaurant. The resort is situated on the eastcoast of the island, at Lamai Beach, and is one of the most popular destinations on the island.

The rooms and bungalows have been renovated to make your stay with us even more enjoyable. The rooms that are equipped with cable TV. offer more than 30 channels. We also offer Wi-Fi, so that you can surf the internet whenever and wherever you wish. Around the swimming pool as well as on the beach you will find comfortable relaxing chairs. Our restaurant serves both traditional Thai and European cuisine and we have a classic pizza oven. In the bar you can order any cocktail you like or enjoy a nice and cold draft beer.

Samui Beach Resort can take care of your transfer from and to the airport. We are also happy to arrange any tour you are interested in and you can rent a moped at our resort. Taxi’s are available 24 hours a day to take you any place you like. In short, we have all the ingredients to offer you an exquisite stay on Koh Samui.

ACCOMMODATION

Samui Beach Resort offers its guests 53 rooms & bungalows, all located in a tropical garden just off the beach. All rooms are exceptionally clean and range from basic bungalows with fan to superior rooms with air conditioning, mini-bar and hot water, depending on your travel needs.

Standard Fan Room
Our 10 standard fan rooms are located just off the beach opposite the restaurant. All are equipped with a double bed and hot shower. Our 4 standard basic triple fan rooms are located at the garden side of the resort.

Standard A/C Room
Our spacious standard air conditioned rooms (24 sq.m.) with en-suite bathroom and mini bar are located in our hotel building with garden view. They are nicely decorated and equipped with cable TV. Of course, our complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the rooms.

Superior Bungalows
The free standing Superior bungalows ( 28 sq.m.) are all located between the beach and our tropical garden. They all feature a double bed (on request a twin bed can be provided), air condition, en-suite bathroom, a mini bar and satellite TV on a flat screen. Of course, our complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the rooms.

RESTAURANT & BAR

Our restaurant is located directly on the beach with a beautiful view towards Hin Ta Hin Yai and along Lamai Bay. Here, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning and relax over a nice cup of coffee or a fresh delicious fruit shake while sitting back and enjoying the sea view. For lunch and dinner, the menu offers a variety of Thai food such as the famous Pad Thai or Tom Yam Goong and a range of western dishes if you don't want to miss the tastes of home.

Happy Cocktail Hour
Every evening from 5pm to 7pm we delight our guests with a Happy Cocktail Hour. Savour a refreshing Gin Fizz or a creamy Pina Colada as an aperitif before dinner or just to get ready for the nightlife of Samui. Buy one, get one free!

16 Fevrier 2011 PATRICK WATTERS	Very friendly staff but room was like something I experienced in India in 1979! Very old decor and bathroom. Windows wouldn t open properly to allow sea breeze in.Fan adequate. Mosquitos. Pool very noisy with Polish group shouting and screaming at 2am. Nescafe for breakfast which was extra 120B. Fair price for this room would be 400-600Baht per night.	4.6/10

16 Aout 2010 Christina Albertsson	This is a very nice hotel near the beach and with very good rooms. It have a clean nice pool and good breakfastbuffé. We lived in a familyroom (two rooms with a connecting door) which was spacious and very fine. The only thing that you can complain about is that the hotel is a bit outside the center of Lamai. But it´s also good because it is very calm and quiet. I will recommend this hotel for visitors to Koh Samui	9.4/10
5 Mars 2010 Conrad Mark	THis is a very run down Hotel / Resort We checked out the next day Our room had the following faults 1 TV did not work 2 Tap on hand basin very loose 3 Shower had bare electric wires exposed Hotel facilitys Hot tub was used as a dustbin Had to wait 20 minutes for milk at breakfast as they had to send to shop will not visit this hotel again	2/10

29 Decembre 2008 Miran Mencej	If you can afford a little bit more money for your holiday, then stay away from this hotel. It s really crap. We wanted to stay over New Year and booked a superior bungalow and payed 2150 BHT/night. They accomodated us in a room that was completly mouldy (moist) - in dry season! You can really catch some respiratory disease. The room was also out of date, dark and gloomy. Any way after first night we decided to check out and after a lot of arguments at reception a saw at their desk my confirmation, where they changed our reservation by hand from superior bungalow to room. But the price was the same and they said that they don t have bungalows any more! We had to pay additional one night because we checked out earlier (2150 BHT)! Sorry but they were really pathetic creatures that don t like foreigners. We checked in in Varinda Garden Resort as we like quiet places (3100 BHT/night). for a difference of 950 BHT we were like in paradise. Absolutly one of the best hotels we stayed in Asia, lovely personel, really nice! They made us New Year perfect! From total despair and ruined holiday to paradise for only 950 BHT/night difference. Worth to think about being cheap!
21 Mars 2008 Eniko Vaczi	Very friendly staff, good sized room, a bit basic and old furniture but well worth the money. Close to the beach but quite far from lamai center (5 mins by taxi, about 30 mins walk). Has a small pool and a great restaurant (everything tastes very good and its very cheap). Would book it again.
25 Fevrier 2008 Semdner	Nie wieder dieses Hotel! Total vergammelt, viel Schimmel, schmuddelig und schmutzig. Die Zimmer werden kaum gereinigt. Das Bad wurde die ganze Woche nicht geputzt. Die Dusche ist direkt über der Kloschüssel, alles wird naß und schimmelt. Der Wasserabfluß ist in einem Loch im Boden neben der Kloschüssel. Der Warmwasserboiler fiel von der Wand und hing nur noch an den Kabeln. Unisolierte Stromleitungen, teilweise mit Klebeband umwickelt. Bevor man das Zimmer zu sehen bekommt, muß der komplette Aufenthalt bezahlt werden. Wer das Zimmer vor der Bezahlung sehen könnte, würde da bestimmt nicht bleiben. Reklamationen werden nicht akzeptiert, bei vorzeitigem Auszug gibt es kein Geld zurück. Nur der Strand ist schön.

30 Decembre 2007 Becky Brooks	We were a little worried having read some reviews that we found on the internet, however we were pleasantly suprised, the accomodation was large and clean, a little dated and basic but what do you expect for the price. The location was ideal, being out of the way enough for it to be quiet but close enough when you wanted to venture out. The guys who run the resort cafe/bar were really friendly and the food was good quality and very reasonable. If we were travelling on the same budget again, we would definately stay there.
