Twenty six luxury private villas in a tropical coconut grove at fashionable Plai Laem on the desirable north coast of Koh Samui. Each newly built villa at Samui Boat Lagoon has its own private pool with waterfall feature. The villas are beautifully situated directly behind our own beachfront villas only 50 meters from and with direct private access to a tropical palm fringed white soft sandy beach. Enjoy the spectacular views across the Gulf of Siam to nearby uninhabited islands. 
In the evening watch the tropical sunset whilst sipping your favourite
rite rite rite rite rite rite rite sundowner. Ideally suited for couples
and families and a perfect setting for special occasions such as weddings
and honeymoons. The villas are perfectly situated close to the charming
atmospheric villages of Cheong Mon with its five star international
beach hotels and Bophut Fishermans Village's exotic Chinese style shop
houses, bars and restaurants lining the sea shore, yet only 15 minutes
drive to the pulsating nightlife of Chaweng and to the International
Airport.
ACCOMMODATION
The individually designed villas comprise 1,2, or 4 en-suite bedrooms
and have been designed and furnished in contemporary Thai style to provide
spacious accommodation, comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, outdoor
decking with seating and sun loungers. The private swimming pool has
the added luxury of a private pool with waterfall feature and is surrounded
by landscaped tropical plants to give absolute privacy.

 The
villa is perfect for couples and comprises two separate pavilions to
provide 160 sq.m. of indoor/outdoor living, the most spacious on Koh
Samui One pavilion has an open plan living/kitchen/dining area which
leads to an outside terrace for dining, relaxing and entertaining by
the pool under the stars. The other pavilion comprises an air conditioned double bedroom with extra large king size bed and an exceptionally large en-suite bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower room complete with romantic LED colour changing rain shower and candlelit recess.
The two pavilions are linked by a private 6m x 3m pool with waterfall
feature and private pool with waterfall feature. The villa is completely
private and surrounded by landscaped tropical plants and flowers, with
dramatic lighting at night. The villa is beautifully furnished in contemporary
Thai style with fans in all living areas. Air-conditioning in the bedroom.

pavilions providing 240 sq.m. of indoor/outdoor living, the most spacious
on Koh Samui One pavilion has an air conditioned double bedroom with
extra large king size bed. En-suite bathroom and spacious shower room
and romantic LED colour changing rain shower. The other pavilion comprises
an air conditioned double bedroom with either a large queen size bed
or two generous single beds, en-suite bathroom with inside/outside shower
room and romantic LED colour changing rain shower.
The two pavilions are linked by an open plan living/ kitchen/dining
area which also leads directly to an outside terrace for al fresco dining,
relaxing and entertaining around the private 6m x 4m pool with waterfall
feature and private pool with waterfall feature.
