Emerald Garden Resort: The quiet atmosphere of the exotic Siam...
Emerald Garden Resort is a new hotel, located in Ao Nang Beach, Krabi, ancient and historical land with a wide range of exotic landscapes. Fortunately Ao Nang Beach has been saved from the terrible disaster of Tsunami on 26 December 2004 that destroyed many paradises of Southern Asia and killed thousands people.

Emerald Garden Resort is a 3 stars hotel (completed in 2001) located on the hilly, panoramic and quite area of Ao Nang, centre of the biggest, newest and luxurious hotels; built in an enchanting tropical garden, we are 600 metres far from the sultry beachfront and from the noise of motorbikes and long tail boats.

Emerald Garden Resort has European Property and Management always present "in loco", guarantee of a good service, quality/price relation at the top of the market and continue support to the guests. We think that our Resort can be appreciated by customers of middle target, looking for concreteness, simplicity, relax in a natural paradise meeting the kind Thai smile and culture of our staff.

ACCOMMODATION

Emerald Garden Resort is composed of 20 masonry cottages, for a total of 66 rooms, ideal for people looking for a green and relaxing "oasi" to escape from the crowd, without giving up the best comforts. The guests can enjoy unique moments of relax in our rooms, all with veranda or balcony and equipped with the best comforts.

We have 26 Standard Rooms located downstairs with double or twin bed: very appreciated for the spacious veranda. Size: 40 sq.m.

We have 22 Standard Rooms located upstairs with double bed only and balcony. Size: 40 sq.m.

:: SUPERIOR ROOM ::

We have 8 Superior rooms, all downstairs and in single villa, with own portico and special preparation and furnitures. Size: 45 sq.m. privacy and relax!

19 Decembre 2011 Johan Wohlin	De kunde gott rensa lite i trädgården, var mer som en djungel istället för trädgård. Maten på hotellet var sådär, poolerna små. Vi var en barnfamilj och skulle inte boka samma ställe igen, närmare stranden/stan hade varit bättre samt lite mer barncänligt med färre nivåskillnader.	4.6/10
26 Juillet 2011 Christopher Raymond Danzey	A perfectly adequate resort considering the cost. Our room was very clean and the staff helpful even though we were the only tourists in the resort. This is the off season in Thailand as it is summer in Europe. A great time to go if you ask me and we plan to go agian next year. The resort is a bit run down. The concrete needs a good water blast, the natural roofs need replacing and the plant life was a bit overgrown. However we would reccommend it as it was clean and cheap. Two swimming pools, one was quite deep at one end. A taxi is needed to get to beach strip but not dear. A couple of dollars.	6.2/10
11 Mai 2009 JEFFREY HARLAND	Just OK for the price. Stayed for 2 night break but spent best part of the day in the room because of rain and no-one cleaned the room. So when we had to use extra water we were charged instead of credited for what should have been complimentary. Not good. A/C in the Junior Suite was adequate only and the stairs are really dangerous so no oldies! But the setting is very nice and very quiet so no complaints there. Without a thai companion the staff do struggle with english but overall, worth a try.
25 Avril 2009 Jodokus Maria Kasper	Kleines verträumtes Resort, einfach gut zum relaxen. Alle Menschen sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Alle Buchungen für Touren oder Motorräder hat das Resort übernommen und immer günstiger als im Prospekt. Tolles Frühstück. Rundum gut!! Danke.!
18 Janvier 2009 Ingrid Stakenburg	Fantastic resort in a beautiful garden, quiet place, about 10-15 min walk to Ao Nang center. Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. Had a great time, will book again.
28 Septembre 2008 marju lökström	in the end of low season slowly coming alive - a lot of repairing and rejuvenishing under work. cosy place, worth of visiting if that s what you are looking for... good kitchen, fresh and tasty thaifood, but more imagination is needed - isn t it time to change the menu? nice, helpful staff!
2 Juin 2008 YEE YOI KAM	this hotel is highly recommended as it is really clean and is only about 10min slow walk to Aonang town. The surrounding is full of greens and well landscaped. the staffs are always smiling and honest though they speak little English. There was an incidence where my in-law had 1 packet of thai baht placed on the chair during breakfast and had completely forgotten. The staff return to us when they found it while cleaning up.
9 Fevrier 2008 Zoe Cullum	We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Gardens Resort in Feb 2008. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very clean, equipped with stocked fridge, mosquito net and we had a very comfortable stay here. The pool area was fairly small and all sunbeds monopolised by people reserving them with towels early in the morning but we chose to spend our time down on the beach which is about a ten minute walk away. I would recommend Emerald Garden Resort, we had a very pleasant stay here.

15 Mars 2007 Per Tallstrand	The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was very good. The room (superiour room) that we stayed in was very nice, but maybe a little bit dark. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again.
