ACCOMMODATION

At Lanta Castaway, we offer our customers several types of accommodations. Our Beachcomber Bungalow is our one of a kind premier bungalow. The Sea Breeze Bungalows are also part of our premium bungalows. The Tropical Daze Bungalows offer comfortable mid-sized rooms, while the Garden Bungalows offer a more traditional stay. :: Garden Bungalow ::

Our Garden Bungalows are very cozy 20 square meter gems. Built with wood siding and an abundance of windows they offer simplistic comfort. Each contains a double size bed, ceiling fan, an indoor bathroom with hot water shower, safety box, and a terrace.

:: Tropical Daze Bungalows / Tropical Daze Family ::

The Tropical Daze Bungalows are surrounded by our beautifully maintained garden areas. They are built and adorned to the same standard as our premium bungalows. The rooms are 28 square meter mid-size rooms which are arranged with either one king size or two twin size beds. Most of these bungalows are of a duplex design with secure doors connecting the two rooms. This design allows guests to let just one room (Tropical Daze Room option) or both rooms (Tropical Daze Family Bungalow option) which is ideal for friends and families. Their amenities include Air-Conditioning, cable TV, an indoor toilet, hot water for showers, and a terrace.

:: Sea Breeze Bungalows ::

The Sea Breeze Bungalows are also part of our premium bungalows. They are a very spacious 36 square meters each and are comfortably adorned, as well. They are furnished with air-conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar, indoor toilet, hot water showers, terrace, and a private patio. Each bungalow contains two queen sized beds and each has at least a partial view of the Andaman Sea from the front terrace.

:: Beachcomber Bungalow ::

Lanta Castaway's Beachcomber Bungalow is our premium bungalow located just 20 meters from the beach with huge sea-facing windows which offer a fantastic view. This bungalow is a spacious 39 square meters and is very comfortably adorned. It is furnished with air-conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar, indoor toilet, hot water shower, terrace, and a private patio. It contains a king sized bed, as well as, a sofa bed.

23 Mars 2012 Susanne Hellqvist	Har bott på Lanta Castaway 2 ggr tidigare, -09 och -11.Det är ett toppenhärligt område, men i år hade sanden dragits ut i havet så stranden var inte alls lika fin som tidigare, stenig o trist. Annars har vi bara positivt att säga om Lanta Castaway.	8/10
13 Mars 2012 Jan Schaffusz	We went to stay at Castaway Resort with very high expectations and we didn t get dissapointed!Everything was perfect with nice rooms,friendly staff (only less nice was the woman at the scuba shop)and GREAT owners!We enjoyed every second of our vacation there!!!Can just say that we really,really recommends it and we hope we can go back next year...	10/10
4 Janvier 2012 Ylva Westerholm	We had a wonderful stay at the Lanta Castaway Resort. Our garden bunglow was just great. one nice room for me and my husband and one room for our teeenangers. The location with the beach just a few meters from our bungalow was just lovely. The restaurant served wonderful food, we ate there almost every day. Both Thai food and western food. We can highly recommend this hotel.	10/10
19 Decembre 2011 Sini	- Very kind and helpful staff, smiling and friendly - Very well maintained and well kept resort, garden, and rooms - Beach massages are offered at fair prices, and great pleasure - Rooms are clean and comfortable, we had a Tropical Daze Bungalow with view on the garden - Breakfast is very nice, with large choice among the menu - Meals at the resort restaurant are quite expensive (compared to average in Thailand), but just head to the main road where you will find a great variety of small local restaurants which are good and not expensive	7.4/10

The rooms are high standard and they are clean and fresh. The people working here care. The beach is okey but you might want to bring bathing shoes because there are a few stones and corals in the sea. Apart from that this is fine spot to relax and enjoy your vacation.	9.4/10

The beach is good and clean. The owners are gentle and helpful. Koh Lanta is a big island, so a motorbike is necessary.Thai people is very friendly. 12 Aout 2010 Mr Ben Guest	We had the Beachcomber bungalow, of which there is only one...and at a slightly higher price - but it was really worth it. Huge room with extra seating area meant we could sit indoors with friends during rain/evening in full comfort. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the overall atmosphere very pleasant...more on the efficient and polite side than overly friendly/personal but really very nice people. No pool would never normally bother us, though in the low season, with very choppy seas, actually a pool would have been good. Food at the restaurant: Thai food absolutely top notch. We only had the tortilla chips and salsa from the tex mex section and didn;t venture further! They arranged onward transport for us at a fair price. Lovely place for couples or families...maybe not too exciting for younger, independent travellers after a bit more fun.	8.2/10

If you need peaceful place for freelance work, sitting with your laptop looking at sea-it s just the perfect place. Very friendly people and beach with beautiful seashells. 24 Avril 2010 Gordon Pattison	This is an excellent choice. Couldnt believe all the positive reviews were so real.The staff are amazing, the rooms adequately sized and spotlessly clean. Situated right on the beach its still a good idea to hire a motorbike to fully see the island. Dont bother to eat out. The food here is simply the best on offer in the area and the bar staff are great especially if you try to speak thai. Darren is a great hostand rightly proud.
