More than 30 years ago, our father purchased the 10 Rai (4 Acres) of
ocean front land near Pattaya, Thailand, Where Rabbit Resort now sits.
This is the lovely home of Rabbit Resort Pattaya , a quaint and charming
boutique resort featuring Thai style bungalows. As owners, we had a
choice to build a high-rise structure or charming Thai-style beach holiday
homes where our guests could stay and relax in style and comfort. We
chose to build a quaint Thai Village Resort with only 45 resort suites;
after all, Bangkok is little more than an hour away! Extensive emphasis
was placed upon the lush flowering gardens incorporating two stunning,
free form Rabbit Pools. No expense was spared throughout the resort
in order to offer the best environmentally conscious development.
We are proud to offer you our unique and distinctive luxury accommodation
in the Pattaya area of Thailand, several paces off Dongtan Beach in
Jomtien. Whether you are looking for a honeymoon or hideaway resort,

Antique Room
Our antique rooms are large, specifically designed for families or friends
traveling together. The king and queen bed allows 3 - 4 persons to stay
together in one room. The ideal mix of affordability and comfort. We
also have "Antique rooms with extra bedrooms" for those that need larger
accommodations - king and 2 twin beds.

Our cottages are cozy and darling individual bungalows fronting on the
adult swimming pool. The interiors are unique, each one is different.
The garden shower is a delight in each cottage, highlighted by river
rock walls and lovely landscaping. Only one story, always private and
peaceful.

Family Villa 2-stories / Super Villa near Pool
Our villas are the perfect family holiday retreat. Also, an excellent
choice for 2 couples traveling together that need privacy, but still
want to be stay together. At 150 square meters the 2 bedroom, 2 bath
houses are large. There are 2 design choices for the villa - one with
living room and one with extra beds. Plus, we have a "Super Villa" located
next to the adult pool that has a washer/dryer.

- Two stunning celadon tile pools, one for adults and one for

- The pool tiles were hand made for Rabbit Resort in Lampang,
Thailand
- Freeform shapes coupled with the gracious gardens provide
a lovely ambiance
- Tropical flowers and lush landscaping serve as the backdrop
to the resort
- The Rabbit can almost be categorized as a butterfly garden,
they merrily dance everywhere
- Tropical bird with their sweet sounds are always present.
We even have a few owls, numerous hawks. Nothing is more lovely
than to wake up to the musical bird symphony.
- You will probably see a squirrel or two playing in the trees
jumping from branch to branch. They are grey squirrels with straight
tails.
- Excellent chance that you will also watch a lizard to two
while you are here. Gingjokes are playful and always present
- Rainy season at Rabbit Resort Pattaya is far from disappointing.
Frogs announce the rain's arrival calling to their friends. The
forest at Rabbit Resort Pattaya is a soothing, cool environment
when it rains. Wood is used extensively and the houses feel like
you are staying in a log cabin.
Dongtan Beach

Wish Is Our Command Rabbit Resort is all about individual,
personalized service. Our goal is to make you happy while you
are staying with us. Our restaurant is no exception. Rabbit
Resort Pattaya's Grill House Restaurant is one of a kind. It sits right
on the sand overlooking Dongtan Beach. During the day sunny skies,
shady umbrellas, cool ocean breezes, and swaying palms is the environment
for lunch at the Grill House.
In the early evening the sunsets
are spectacular. Sip on a soothing cocktail and melt your cares
away. A great way to start a wonderful romantic dinner.
The Grill House is the perfect place for a quiet and delightful
dinner on the beach. It is a lovely open air restaurant at night
with flickering lights and palms swaying under the stars. The soothing
waves can always be heard.
Due to the relatively small size of
Rabbit Resort Pattaya, our restaurant is open from 7.00 am to 11.00
pm during the high season. During the low season our hours are 7.00
am to 10.00 pm. We will be happy to adjust the hours for special requests.
Expansive Buffet
Breakfast Located right on the beach, our Grill house Restaurant
offers morning guests a wide variety of Western and Asian breakfast
dishes. Our Chef Srichart is very sensitive to travelers needs.
He specifically designs our buffet with changing dishes, everyday offering
a wide variety of choices. Nothing worse than having the same boring
breakfast food. While you are here if there is anything
special you would like to have, please tell us and we will try our best
to include it in the buffet. Guests will always find gourmet breakfasts
from 7:00am to 10:00am everyday.
During the low season all you
can eat set breakfast menu will be offered.

We don't have already set programs similar to other hotels. Rather,
it is tailor made to what you want.
We specialize in weddings
on beautiful Dongtan Beach - the luxury beach of Pattaya. We also
provide lovely Thai style ceremonies either on the beach or in our 100
year old traditional Thai House overlooking the ocean. Our Thai
houses were found in central Thailand, dismantled and then reassembled
at Rabbit Resort Pattaya. The all teak wood houses are the lovely backdrop
for a storybook wedding in Thailand.

We are located on Dongtan Beach , the hidden and quiet beach of
Pattaya . This map shows our beach front entry. During the day between
10am-5pm this beach road is closed to cars and motorcycles. This helps
protect the environment and provides an enjoyable visit for beach goers.
If you are arriving between those times, please obtain a map for our
back entry.

+> We booked Antique room with extra bedroom,
There are 2 bed rooms and spacious living room,
Big enough for 2 adults and 2 younger kids.
-> upon check in, we found that the toilette was out of order and had to move out to another room of down category.
Though it was quickly compensated by restaurant coupon,
It was pity that we had to move on and around in the middle of might.
-> Actually we booked the whole villa, but the upper floor is only one bedroom without living room,
For all it seems like over priced.
++> Staffs are all very polite and helpful. This is remarquable.
+> Nice quiete beach, much better than in the heart of Jomtien,
Recommended for family.
-> But far from everywhere and taxi is too expensive.
If you stay only inside or within walking distance, it s ok but not for the active tourist.
-> no wifi in the room, only near the reception.

Service was very good and you can tell hotel staff and owners were very committed to making our stay enjoyable. We were upgraded from 2 separate rooms to villa and were quite happy with that since we were travelling as family. Swimming pools are nothing to shout about but hotel was close to beach which was decent. Breakfast was ok and acceptable. Would recommend for stay in this hotel.

we stayed for 2 days in rabbit hotel and it was plasent stay i would advise ppl those who want to got to pattaya for relaxing purpose rabbit is tha place for them. very nice beach as compared to main town beach . its much more clean and wind blows 24/7 there which you will not find at any other place. very nice rooms ,mr and mrs rabbit give personal attention for there guest. rabbit is more suitable for ppl who are in pattaya in family or couple should stay here but ppl who are more interested in night life and looking forward for more happening place should go some where else....

The service and utilities provided by the Resort are really good. Guest can use their sun beaches free and a very near to the beach. There are lots of local food near the area. While it is a little bit far away for downtown and remember to ask for the price per person before taking the local taxi.

Usually, we are travellers – but for once in a while we just want to take our time. Then walking, swimming, sunbathing, reading and enjoying a good meal is enough. If you feel like that, visit Jomtien Beach and stay at the unbelievable Rabbit Resort. Amidst a beautiful and well-kept tropical garden you’ll find spacious, stylish bungalows, two swimming pools, the best restaurant in a wide neighbourhood – and, above all, real hospitality, professional and kind management and a wonderful staff. We stayed at the resort for three weeks, and enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks to Deborah, Pansai and Wendy for making their guests feel that Paradise really exists. No doubt: these are five stars, shining bright!

Stayed at Rabbit Resort first week of October 2010. Wonderful resort next to Dongtan beach with private beach section. Fantastic place with lush vegetation and beautifully appointed rooms. Everything in perfect working condition, very competent and friendly staff. Can only recomment it, was worth every minute i stayed there and am looking already forward to visiting again.

Отель Rabbit Resort - очень релаксовое место, расположен в районе Джомтьен, на пляже Донгтан. Из того что есть в грязной Паттайе это, пожалуй, самое приличное место именно для пляжного отдыха (хотя как вы знаете, чистых пляжей в Паттайе практически нет). Отель находится среди великолепнейших старых пальм, по его территории летают разные экзотические птички. Хозяйка отеля Миссис Раббит гордится своим садом, по которому бегают кролики и ёжики – красота! Номера красивые, удобные и выполнены в современном стиле. Матрас конечно жестковатый, но с таким количеством подушек можно спать абсолютно комфортно. Комнаты украшены в традиционном тайком стиле. Кондиционер работал хорошо, ванная комната просторная и удобная, - есть всё необходимое. Завтрак наподобие других отелей – голодным не останешься. Но что меня удивило - фрукты были не совсем дозрелыми, хотя Таиланд - это страна, где произрастает большое количество фруктов, и почему бы не завезти в отель что-нибудь поспелей… Ну да ладно. В бассейнах вода чуть холоднее, чем температура на улице - поэтому охладиться там не получится. Пляж расположен через небольшую дорожку от территории отеля, с 10 утра до 5 часов вечера она закрыта для транспорта, поэтому нет никаких проблем с хождением туда-сюда. В номерах есть вай-фай, но работает очень нестабильно, и это иногда напрягает. Приходится забыть об интернете и идти отдыхать на пляж! :)
Отель мы бронировали с помощью сайта Asiahotels.ru. Мои наилучшие рекомендации! Больше отелей Таиланда, чем здесь, вы точно не найдете нигде. Да и сколько уже можно отдавать лишние деньги турфирмам? Лучше отдайте эту разницу в фонд помощи детям-сиротам – хотя бы польза будет.

Quiet green place just in 5 minutes walk from beginning of Jomtien. Now resort have it s own part of beach with chairs, umbrellas and bar service.
Villas are spacious, well decorated and have all amenities.
Staff is friendly and eager to help.

very lovely resort, nice garden, friendly and helpful staff, family character. very good breakfast buffet. We had one of the cottages which was not too spacious but ok. Many Russians. Unfortunately the beach was the most anoying thing. Pattaya is awful. Jomtien is not much better. very crowdy. Haven t left the pool area.If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it. but that is not the failure of the resort, that again is very lovely.
