Aagaard, Jesper Gisselbaek | Stayed in a Oriental Villa for 12 nights. Nice ans spacious villas, nice big bathroom with shower and tub. Resort is huge, but doesn t feel crowded. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of selctions. Very charming breakfst chef (Dome)who has learned to say good morning in about 12 different languages that we heard. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds. The beach is just below from the pool area. Short walk to downtown with a wide selection of restaurants and some shops. All in all a good resort and great value for your money. | 9.2/10 |

Bloch, Peter | Very nice and well taken care of Hotel. Must definitely be recommend if you want to relax. Staff very friendly and helpful unfortunately to many, especially at the Reception who need to improve their English. | 7/10 |

very disappointed about this hotel: they sent us to another hotel because it was overbooked...problem was that this hôtel (bayfront hotel) was a category below!!!
After 3 days we could finally check in the Laguna but received a very noisy room! discussion with the front manager (Tatsanai Chaikheio) was almost impossible because her english was not understandable and she did not show any efforts to compensate all the troubles we experienced!
Finally a swiss german lady from Guest Relation (Claudia) offered us to send us to Le Meridien for the rest of our stay in Thailand, thank to her our 8 last days were saved but we still had our 5 first days ruined by those changes... | 5/10 |

Bjørg Elisabeth Hagh | Laguna Resort is very good located on the beach and close to center. Very big and comfortable rooms. The light in the bathrooms was very bad though. Many ponds with fishes in the garden, but the water was disgusting - so maybee the fishes are ded shortly. Not impressed by the service, maybee because of lack of english knowledge. Impressed by the locations for shower and refreshing before leaving (if you have to leave the room at 1200 and your plain leavs late). | 8.8/10 |

Kristine | Stayed with 2 small kids in a room on the 2nd floor. To many stairs at the hotel, had to carry the stroller a lot. Should have been a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers, at least so you could get to the restaurant an reseption.
Room was big, cleaning was good, and the reseption staff was absoluely fantastic! The kids loved them. THe staff at the pool area and restaurant at the beach, were also great, but at brekfast they were not so good. | 6.6/10 |

Wisniewski Andrzej | Excelent location and service, very nice swimming pools, garden and beach, We stayed in a comfortable oriental villa close to beach and restaurant. They provide good buffet breakfast. We emjoyed eating dinners outside as many restaurants open also in low season (August) in the neighborhoo. Usually we do not come back to the same holiday place but this hotel will be the exception | 9.6/10 |

Ed van Dijk | Absolute great destination. Beautiful resort with a gorgeous lay out. Stayed in a villa. Very good, clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast included. Swimming pool area very nice with free Internet access. Beautiful sandy beach with hardly another tourist to be seen.

Nerida Fitzpatrick | OMG this place was beautiful, right on a quiet beach with a magnificent swimming pool. The rooms were like a house we stayed in a bungalow near the beach and would definately go back again. The gardens surround the resort are beautiful and the breakfast was the best we had seen with a huge variety. And the friendliest chef we have ever met..Khao Lak is a great place for those people who find Phuket just tooo much... | 10/10 |

Gunvor Helena Johanna Hakkarainen | Coming from a small resort on Koh Lanta it was quite chocking to enter this big hotel complex. The arcitecture reminds me of the Forbidden City in Beijing. We had a standard room, which was big and well equipped but the glass wall between bathroom and bedroom is not very nice if you need some integraty. The distance to the pool and the beach is also quite long with a lot of stairs involved. Pool was big and nice. | 6.2/10 |

Kerstin Gustafsson | This hotel is amazing, we had a oriental villa wery near the beach 25 meters, the beach in this area is wery rocky but is nice. The room is big, a lot of place, the bathroom with bouth shower and bathtub, wery nice. The breakfast is good, everything you need and the stuff at this hotel is perfect, always helpful and always give you a smile. I recommend this hotel if you like nice and quit place. | 9.4/10 |
