Khaolak Oriental Resort lies on the beautiful pristine coastline of Khao Lak beach which is a popular as a departure point to Similan Islands. It is located 80 km north of Phuket International Airport. Khaolak Oriental Resort offers a charming cozy location with timeless architectural style, just the right romantic holiday for you and your partner, an idyllic holiday for a couple. Just 1 hour north of Phuket Island, in mainland Phang Nga province, Khaolak is a beautiful area with long, long stretches of sandy beach fringed by the mountains of the surrounding national parks. More low-key than Phuket, it's a place to take it easy, read a book and get back to nature with a few comforts! Recently "discovered" it offers nature lovers an unspoilt landscape of beaches, jungle covered mountains, forested valleys, mangroves and estuaries.

Buandari Spa Located in the centre of Khaolak Bhandari Resort and Spa, surrounded by canals and lotus ponds and lush tropical gardens, as you enter the raised open - sided pavilion, a feeling of calm welcome you. Private treatment rooms for couples or individuals are the ultimate in indulgence, with their own private Jacuzzi, while massage Sala and spacious seating areas provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. LOCATION

Khaolak Oriental Resort is located at Khao Lak, Phang Nga province and only an hour away from Phuket International Airport. The resort is on Nangthong beach and within a few kilometers from the Khao Lak National Park. Just off the resorts coast, you can find excellent snorkeling at Pakarang Reef and the Similan Islands are only a boat ride away.

25 Mai 2010 Per Niklas Stenstrom	Why this gem only have three stars on www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com is a small mystery to me. The hotel is splendid and so are the rooms. The location is right by the beach and in case you dont want to go the beach the pools are very nice and clean, and as a bonus the hotel doesn t allow children under 12 years, so no giant toys or primalscreams in the pool either. During my travels up the Andaman coast, Khao Lak Oriental resort stands out due to being exceptionally nice and clean with wellmannered staff - at a very low cost. I will no doubt stay here again when I come back for divingschool in the winter	9.6/10
