Brennan | It took just over 2 hours from Phuket airport and took 15 minutes by cab to get into the main area where the restaurants were.
The hotel restaurant was very poor, everytime we ordered, they couldn t provide at least one of the orders and the buffet breakfast was cold every day.
No free wifi also which is very disappointing.
We could only get 2 chanels on the TV that were english and as the TV was old it couldn t read our media player which limited us with things to watch at night. | 3.6/10 |

Gerald Reeves | This hotel was the highlight of our trip, excellent staff and great hotel and of course the pool was to die for. Will definately stay there again on our next trip. A big shout out to the wonderful staff. | 10/10 |

Henk John | Palm Galleria is a rather isolated, nice hotel at a rocky beach, but with a beautiful swimming pool. We stayed at low season.
At checking out we had an unpleasant experience. We had to pay 240 B for Evian-water we hadn t used. We brought two 1,5 litre water bottles at check in, used them, and at check out a room girl produced two half used 0,5 litre bottles, we certainly didn t use. Reception asked us to pay the 240 B without a bill, we eventually got. Tip money?? | 5.4/10 |

Mr R Clarke | A good quiet location a lovely walk along the back to Coconut Beach leading to White Sands...lovely restaurent between the 2 called Fishermans Wharf and beds free...other direction along beach across river to shack called Memories in fact all brilliant. Sutima Oberg | Sorry that we did not write this earier, but better late than never.
Big thanks to Palm Galleria Resort for warm welcom us. The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet and wonderfull staff. The breakfeast-buffet was perfect. This hotel has not possible to book a spa treatment, but the Front Manage has help us so our wishes were fulfilled, many thanks.
We had booked a deluxe room (nice and comfortable) which it s too big for us (two persons). It should be very nice if there is a group of sofa in the room. The beach is great and we enjoyed much of take a walk and swim. A good place to stay and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and we really recommend this hotel. | 8.4/10 |

Kasper Andresen | Much better than expected!!! We only stayed one night this place, but was very impressed. The price was low, the hotel nice and clean, the staff very helpfull and professionel and the room was big and comfortable.
The pool was huge, you could rent dvd-movies for free, large breakfeast-buffet with made-by-order omelets and so on....-i can deffinetly recomend this place. | 8.2/10 |

Mr Richard V Clarke | End of March/April Rooms and facilities are good. Excellent pool. Staff very helpful and speak good English. Located close to beach recommend shack memories facilities free and excellent food. Nice and quiet about 20 people up to Thai new year then increased. | 8.4/10 |

Erik Olsson | A nice Hotel with good rooms and a very nice breakfast-buffé! The location is the only thing thats bad, it,s 15 kilometers to Khao Lak centre end a taxi is 300 bath one way. You can rent a scooter at the hotel at a price of 300 bath/day. its a good option.

Clifford Sunn | Palm Galleria is a great resort with an amazing,friendly staff.It is in a quiet location.However,we had a scooter for the whole duration of our stay which made our holiday so much better.
The pool is great,the squirrels are cute and the fireflies flicker in the Pakarang meadows..!!..Highly recommended place to stay...!! | 8.8/10 |

Conrad Johannes Schenke | Again in Palm Galleria Resort.This time we stayed here for 14 days.
It was a perfect time, just like 6 months ago.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and all has a balcony with seaview.Nice bathroom and good room service.
The staff is friendly but at the restaurant take your time with ordering, can be sometimes a miss communication.Breakfast is good.
There is a very big swimming pool wich we had at the time all for ourselves.
Because it was low season it was very quiet, most of the time we were here alone.And that was great for us.
We rented a motorbike wich you can do at the hotel.
With a motorbike you can go everywhere more easy, like al the way to baan nam kem or bangsak or even Bang niang.Or just to the 7 11.the 7 11 is a 3,5 km back to the main raod, so a bit far for walking, but with a bike or motorbike this is just a few minutes.
The Beaches are very beautiful, sandy beaches one day, and after a heavy storm the next day, full with shells.You can walk on the beaches for miles without seeing anyone.At the end of pakarang road there are some small bars, good for a drink.The Itallian has left, so no more pizzas.A 2 km in the direction to the main road are some very good thai restaurants.I would say this is a great hotel.And I will come back again.

Conrad J. Schenke | Great Hotel/ resort.
Really nice rooms and a beautiful pool.
At the time we were there, we were almost alone.
In high season, this must be different.
But that was great for us.
And love it.
There is not a direct way to the beach.
But behind the pool there is a small shortcut alongside a small river.
If you take this route, you ll be at the beach in just 1 minute.
But I think they are working on a better route.
The beach is beautiful, and can walk for miles without seeing anyone.
Close to the resort is white sand beach, near the sarojin resort.
A good place to go to for a day.
Just outside the resort is a good Italian restaurant and there is a shop from an american where you can rent some canoes or surfboards.Wich is great.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.
I had a great time, and I will be back again. | |

Jens and Emmah | Very nice and beautiful hotel, looks like in the pictures. Located very close to Pakarang Beach, which it´s not a very nice beach to stay an entire day. Hotel is a bit secluded, but easy access to center of Khao Lak and nice beaches by taxi or hiring motor bike.
Breakfast is wonderful! Fresh fruit, pancakes, sausages, fried rice, bread, juices... A cook makes omelett and fries eggs on your order. Very sweet!
Everything is cheaper outside the hotell, such as eating (half price at restaurants down the road, the hotel adds taxes and tip to the bill), hiring motor bike, booking adventure trips etc. We saved 1000 baht/person by booking snorkeling trip in Khao Lak center instead of hotel.
You get nowhere in Thailand to escape mosquitos, this hotel is not an exception. Buy repellant in store and light up during the night and you´ll have less mosquitos! Cleaning is fairly good, but we were occasionally missing towels. Hotel had problem with hot water from time to time, which was annoying. Staff not good at English, so be patient when having a conversation.
Overall experience of hotel was very good. Nice, beautiful hotel, service minded staff and everything within reach from hotel. | |

Mr. Richard | Nice room, helpful staff, good laundry service, beautiful pool and tasty buffet breakfast. The Christmas buffet was pricey but excellent. My three complaints were that we could not view the ocean from our DELUXE room (be sure to get a 2nd floor room). The location is nice but a bit secluded, and the taxi prices to get anywhere were expensive (500 baht roundtrip to the closest town). The restaurant food was good, but a 7% tax plus 10% service charge were added. Most people ate at the Thai restaurant just down the road where neither of these were added. | |
