Cloud 19 beach retreat hotel, former beach residence
of The Chumbala family, is situated on a 1.9 k.m. secluded beach on
the east side of Chalong bay, allowing you to take the full breathtaking
sunset views.
Its location is in close proximity to Phuket town
(10mins), making it an ideal alternative to the town stay. Cloud 19
offers 19 rooms, each of which enjoys the picturesque sea view. To put
it simply, you will be treated as our honored guest to this contemporary
classic beach manor where comfort, convenience, and quality are of our
utmost priorities. The hotel accommodates guests for both short & long
term.
ACCOMMODATION
Deluxe Room : - Type 1 (303, 304) : Twin bedding on the
3rd floor of the new wing, with balconies.
Premium Room : - Type 1 (302, 305) : each with a queen-size
bed and a large bathroom with an outdoor bath. The rooms have balconies
and are located on the 3rd floor of the new wing. - Type
2 (203-206) : Located by the upper pool of the new wing with
either a king-size bed or twin beds, available as connecting rooms.
Garden Suite :
Large rooms on the garden with private garden decks and connecting rooms
option.
Junior Suite :
The closest room to the beach (10meters) with the main swimming pool
on the left and garden on the right. Perfect for relaxing with the soft
sound of the waves.
Suite :
Our best room, located on the 2nd. floor of the main building with the
absolute view of the beach & the Sea. It has a living room and a bedroom
with a large bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi. It also has a private
balcony.

"Lainapa" A cozy and elegant
little gem, Lainapa is a beach front restaurant operated by Cloud19
Beach Retreat. The restaurant is perfectly situated overlooking the
spectacular view of ChalongBay and offers an exceptional dining experience
in both Thai and Western dishes in addition to our marvelous wine list
that will dazzle your taste buds. The acclaimed food together with the
magnificent ambience and attentive service all combine to make Lai Napa
a favourite stop to both locals and visitors alike.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
At Cloud19, your relaxation and well being are our specialties.
All of our rooms come equipped with air conditioning, hot water, quality
posturepedic mattresses, cable T.V. net work, a fan, and mosquitoes
screens. In addition, we provide the following facilities for your comfort
and pleasure.
- Spa (Thai or Oil massage with a by-the-beach Jacuzzi)
- " Lainapa" Restaurant specializing in Thai cuisine as well
as international dishes

We also provide a variety of sports both on land and water. Our
ideal surrounding features clean flat sea water, and access to quiet
hilly road allowing guests to enjoy ocean swimming, kayaking, snorkeling
as well as mountain biking and hill running. In the future, we'll be
able to provide jet-ski rental as well as water ski.

From the Central Phuket Festival's intersection, stay
on "402 road" (Chaloem Phrakiat Rd.), drive South. At the 2nd. traffic
lights turn left on to "4022 road", and go straight, at the 2nd. traffic
lights turn right onto "4023 road" or Sakdidet Rd. Drive straight for
3 kilometers, pass one traffic lights, before the left bend, look for
the Cloud19 sign on your right, turn right into the small road, follow
the signage until you get to the hotel (4 km). The hotel is located
500 meters pass the Novotel on the right hand side.

Ett drömparadis med bra personal, god mat,servicen är perfekt, bra städning, rummen stora och sköna. ska verkligen åka tillbaka dit. men man får räkna med att det ligger lite öde men som sagt ett paradis.

This little piece of paradise was the best part of a 3 week holiday in Thailand. Outstanding value for money and the best staff and service experienced. Will definately go back next year and would encourage anyone thinking of visiting Phuket to take time out to experience the hospitality of this amazing botique hotel. Quite exquisite.

My wife and I had a really relaxing and comfortable week at Cloud 19 and can without hesitation recommend the resort to anyone looking for peace and tranquillity, combined with high standard and good service.
We had room 2.floor at the new building above main resort, nice pool right at our rooms doostep, and had it for ourselves almost the whole week. Staff very friendly and smiling, but a few points could be more convenient, without any cost or efforts:
!. Coffee was served at breakefast in nice, but small cups, nobody looked after if one wanted more, you had to ask and then wait for another cup, over and over again! Why not check that guests had their cups filled ? After all there were never more than one or two tables occupied.
2. You got 2 or 3 toasts served, but only one single, mini pack of jam! Had to ask every morning for more, and then got another single one. Why on earth not serve some assorted packets of jam at a tray, to avoid irritation over this trifle ?
3. Why is it that so many resorts choose to present all prices in restaurants without including tax and service ?
All consumers are only interested in what is the price , not to bring own calculators to find out what will be the price to pay. We experienced during our 6 weeks stay in Thailand this time that 4 out of 7 resorts had observed this point and used correct prices, thank heaven.
As for location, please observe that there are nothing around except the resort alone.

We had a great time staying at Cloud 19. The beach isn t the best beach in Phuket but looks lovely on the high tide. This hotel would be best suited for someone who wants to get away from the hustle of the big beaches. We stayed in the cheapest room and it was the best room I have stayed in a hotel. very nice lay-out with fan and AC. Heaps of lighting.

very nice and peaceful place. you see the see from every rooms. wake up and see the sea as a postcard :)
we were one of the 3 guests in the hotel so it was very quite. the pool was clean. and the best food in thailand in the hotel. try it.
only the bed were small and hard.
if you want to stay there you should have car or bike.
