Ing-Marie Johansson | Mörka rum, AC:n förde oväsen, Frukosten väldigt snålt tilltagen.Blev serverad stektägg/omelett 2 toast, 2 baconskivor,marmelad,kaffe & juice.
Ville man ha 2 omeletter fick man ingen bacon.Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kort promenad till stranden mindre än 10 min. Lungt & Skönt. TukTuk 150 thb till supermarket & Markand. Lite dåligt städat. | 5.2/10 |

Andreas Schlamkow | The resort is very tired and the Spa has closed over 2 years ago. Luckily we got an upgrade to a pool villa but knowing the prices this is very overpriced for Thialand.
On the positive side the staff are very accomodating and have made the stay very pleasant. | 4/10 |

Christian Dreist | We stayed at Anchan Spa and Resort a week before Christmas 2011, in a pool villa.
We have been on Phuket twice before, but for the first time we have been disapointed about the standard of the hotel.
The pictures on www.reservation-hotel-thailande.com and Anchan Resort own homepage, must have been taken years ago, giving the impression of a much better and luxurious place.
Things are worn now – our 11 year old boy went through the wooden floor around the pool, and his weight is only 25 kg!
And by the way – the spa is closed.
Positive things about the hotel – not to forget:
Very friendly staff, doing their outmost to give the guest, a positive experience. And Bang Tao Beach is only a 10 min walk away – perfect beach! (no shuttle).
Nice little town/street nearby.
Nice cleaning – but a bit smell from the pipes. | 6.6/10 |

Tan Kim Ann | We stayed at Anchan Boutique for 5 days and we find the place cosy and quite.The staff are extremely friednly and helpful. Rooms are clean, only TV set is too small.. other than this all is perfect. | 7.4/10 |

Elaine Long | Positioned about 1 km. to Bang Toa beach, which is undoubtably the best beach in Phuket ( & we toured the whole island in our hired Jeep, so we know). There is an excellent shuttle service available for guests to & from the beach. The setting for Anchan is beautiful & very peaceful. The tropical gardens are well maintained, as is the pool area & the villa s are decorated tastefully & are spacious.
Whilst there is still a lot of development going on in the area (& in fact up most of the North West coast), we were not disturbed at all.
Breakfast was also very good with both Eastern & Western to choose from. Altogether a most enjoyable 9 days, which the friendly staff,(who tried their utmost to please) helped make it even more magical.We were truly sorry to leave. | 9.4/10 |

Åkerberg Erika | Mycket trevliga bungalower och trädgård. Personalen var också underbar. Tyvärr hade inte spadelen öppnats riktigt när vi var där, man kunde bara få vissa behandlingar och kvinnan som utförde dem var gravid i sjunde månaden så det blev inte riktigt som massagen brukar vara. Poolen var ur funktion och internet låg nere ett par dar. Men det är väl sån t som kan hända. Frukosten var enkel men maten var bra. Trots allt så trivdes vi bra. Gratis att få skjuts till Bangtao eller Surin beach. | 7.6/10 |

Arturo Sanchez Mula | Completely reformed, actually they still have been reforming all rooms and bungalows. Nice anf very tranquil location but very far from everything and there is no public transport. You are obligated to take taxi or hire a motorbike or car. They know it and prices are very high and hotel doesn t help, they only have free transport to the nearest beach which is 15 min walking. There has been imperfections on installations like wastepipe didn t work properly, bath tap leaked etc. Generally perfect place for someone who looks for hiding place. Very nice staff and as there is a few client you have all the staff for you. | 7.8/10 |

FABRIZIO LUPO | Je pense que cet hôtel pourait faire beaucoup mieux avec très peu de choses à améliorer principalement au niveau de la salle de bain par exemple changement du rideau de douche car noirci par l humidité, une meilleure aération car il n y a pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, le prix est plus que correct pour le service, la chambre est géante par rapport à d autres hôtels est très propre, c est un peu domâge car la piscine est parfaite, pendant notre présence nous avons quand même remarqué que des ouvriers travaillait à la rénovation de certaines chambres ce qui laisse penser qu ils sont sur la bonne voie. | 6/10 |

Arielle Clare Simons | beautiful place great service, found the bed a bit hard and the aircon quite noisy but i would still rate it one of the best places i stayed while in thaland very secluded and peaceful, spacious rooms and good breakfast, they are just about to do some upgrades to the rooms so im really looking forward to visiting again next time... thankyou Anchan for a beautiful end to our holiday | 7.2/10 |

Muhammad Nizam Bin Mohammad Noor | It was a pleasant stay in the resort. A high salutation and appreaciation goes to the resort driver (MR Nipa).The room was big, clean, well kept and equipped. However, the only negative point is the breakfast. Not much varieties and limited for a man like me! I would to suggest this resort for honeymooner. The resort provide a free shuttle to bangtao beach (15min walking distance) and surin beach (more futher i guess). taxi rate to patong can be charged up to 600 baht. Overall good hotel, very affordable!!! | 9/10 |

lone holdt madsen | we stayed one week at this small nice and friendly resort.staff are very friendly and helpfull. rooms are very good and clean. about 1 km from the beach, 10 min walk.Not as desolated as we read on the rewievs. we rented a motorbike to see the area .A beautiful and more quiet area of Phuket, with nice beaches and lovely thai food. Elizabeth Gavin | The Anchan is a fantastic hotel, the staff could not be more helpful. Our villa was situated right beside the hotel pool and because it s a small hotel it felt as if you had your own private pool. It was only a short walk to restaurants and bars but the food in the hotel was good and excellent value for money.
One evening whilst visiting another restaurant in the resort I fell down some stairs and injured my knee, the next day the staff at the Anchan had heard about my fall and were very attentive in ensuring that I was ok.
We would recommend this hotel to anybody who enjoys the ambience of a small hotel and enjoys peace and quite. | |

Casper Franciscus Harmen Holtkamp | We stayed at the Anchan Resort & Spa in July, so that is low season in Phuket. Because of that we could enjoy a very nice promotion from the resort with a free cooking class and massage. Also we paid much less for the room. We can only say that this was a fantastic experience, we enjoyed our stay very much! The Deluxe room was excellent, very spacious and with a beautiful bathroom. The swimming pool is also very nice and clean and during our stay we were almost the only users of the pool. The staff is absolutely amazing in making you feel welcome and at ease. Only a few very small points for impovement; The breakfast was a set Thai- or American breakfast. Maybe this was only because of the low season but after a few days you get pretty bored with eating the same. They also offer a free shuttle service to the nearby beaches but this is only untill 5 PM, after that you pay a high price which is a bit unconvinient if you would like to have dinner somewhere else than the Resort (it s pretty isolated). The area around the resort is very quiet, almost no traffic which is very pleasant on Phuket! A place we can absolutely recommend to other people who are looking for peace and quiet. | |

Cecilia and daughter Amanda from Sweden | The place is fantastic, good food, clean, excellent and kind people, lovely pool. I enchant east place to us. Not so closed of the beach, but they drive you there free just take only 5 minutes by car. The place is calm, really relaxed. Habitation is just as in the Internet photos. We recommended this Resort very much. Thanks for this unforgettable days in Anchan, I hope that we return to this place soon. Hasta pronto and see you soon :-).

Alex McBurney | Great place! Only a small resort so you re not crowded in with lots of other people, but only 10 mins walk to the main beach, shops, restaurants. Accommodation extraordinary value for money - packages with free massage and cooking class make it even better. Very friendly staff, a few who speak good english interact most with the guests. We booked for 5 days and stayed 10. | |
