ACOOMMODATIONS

Sita Beach Resort & Spa comprises of 41 rooms traditional modern local mix classical style building all room are with excellent facilities included a tropical garden bathroom. There are 7 type of Villa. Each villa is built on a poolside in a Thai tropical style. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, hair dryer, fridge etc. It is equipped with either queen size beds or twin beds.

Pool View Deluxe

Each villa is built in a traditional Thai style on it side is a fresh water swimming pool. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, hair dryer, fridge etc. It is equipped with either queen size beds or twin beds with 50 square meter The bathroom comes with a walk-in toilet, shower and a separate outdoor bathtub.

Sea View Superior

Sea View Superior is located on hill top and limited sea view with the 2nd swimming pool side, decorated in modern style which separate shower and bathroom. This room type is good for a couple.

Sea View Deluxe

Sea View Deluxe is located on the hillside overlooking the sea, decorated in a traditional Thai style villa. An elegant bedroom equipped with air conditioner, TV, mini-bar, hair dryer, fridge etc., with 50 square meter. The bathroom comes with two walk-in toilet and shower and a bathtub surrounded by tropical garden.

Beachfront Deluxe Villa

Beachfront Deluxe Villas One Bedrooms are set facing the sea, close enough for easy access to the beach, pool and restaurant, decorated in a Thai traditional decor. The villa consists of a bedroom equipped with a double queen size bed, a walk-in toilet , shower and a separate outdoor bathtub. The room offers a private balcony to enjoy memorable views of the sea with 60 square meter.

Honeymoon Suite

Honeymoon Suite is located on the hilltop overlooking the sea, decorated in a Thai traditional decor style. There are elegant bedroom with a living space with 60 square meters. The bathroom comes with a walk-in toilet and shower and separate a bathtub. Guest enjoys sea view in private Jacuzzi whirlpool-air pool with chromo therapy bathtub.

2 Bedrooms Family Suite

Villa consists of 2 large bedrooms, one twin bedroom equipped with a walk-in toilet and bathtub and one double bedroom equipped with a toilet and an outdoor shower, decorated in Thai traditional decor style with 100 square meter. There is also a separate sitting area with a sectional equipped with TV, air conditioner, mini-bar , hair dryer, electric kettle with complementary coffee and tea.

2 Bedrooms Pool Villa
Villa two elegant bedrooms, one twin and one double bedroom, equipped with 120 square meters including a private swimming pool.

Restaurant
Located right on the beach, with breathtaking views on every side, our fine-dining hall features continental cuisine with a distinctive Thai influence. A highlight is the delectable, fresh seafood from Andaman Sea everyday.

Our restaurant serves both Thai and a wide variety of international cuisine. The menu is surprisingly affordable given the unique combination of cuisine and location. With an extensive menu and wines by the glass, there is something here for everyone.

Beach Bar
The bar is open during the day and services both the pool and beach area until late night. Built in the traditional Thai style, this quaint bar overlooks to the beach and is itself a shady oasis from the heat of the sun. Seating is provided in the form of bar stools or lounge-styled chairs. The bar serves local and import drinks, fine wine and champagne. Sip your favorite cocktail and enjoy views of picturesque sunsets from the bar.

Swimming Pool
At Sita Beach Resort & Spa, you can soak in the shallow tide beach of Phattaya Beach. Our swimming pool is equipped with child pool. The infinity-edged pool is located right on the beach with ocean views.

Spa & Massage
Inspired by an Asian blend of healing and therapeutic remedies, Coral Reef Spa & Beauty programs and treatments offer an original and global approach to age-old rituals and native Asian holistic healing practices for modern use. Transportations
The Satun Province does not have the airport then when the tourist take the reservation they should fly to the Hat Yai airport and the airport van's transportation 1.30 hrs from the airport to Pakbara pier and 1.30 hrs by speedboat to the Sita beach Resort & Spa at Lipe Island.

13 Avril 2010 Anders Spångberg	Our stay was 5 nights, the resort was the best on the island, perfect rooms, good restaurant and very friendly staff (we later learnead from friends that Sita on Lipe is the place ) A bit to walk to the walking street but a nice one (did it every day) , if they just could put one rubbish/glass picking team on work every morning this island whould be pardise. 11 Mars 2010 Helge Rud	Koh Lipe is still well worth visiting. Very lovely island with the most beautiful beaches. And still you can find a beach nearly for your self. Sita Beach Resort is just a regular resort for tour operators. Stay away if you want to avoid such places. Our se lux sea view room is heavily overprised. Toa did not work properly even after they dig up the sue piping.	5.2/10

23 Decembre 2009 Mattias Lövius	A very nice hotel with good service. New bungalows of high standard. Internet in the room and comfortable beds. Strategically well placed in any part of the beach that are not as busy. To reach the other side in a few minutes walk and find individuals and serene beaches. Main disadvantage is that it s very dirty around the island. Much crap in the water and broken glass. Can we get this right, it can be a very nice island in the future. If you gonna go here chose speedboat.	7.6/10

30 Octobre 2009 David Ekengren	We got a great low-season-deal on this stay, and the hotel was fabulous! It has a great luxury feeling about almost everything. However in high season when prices go up it might need to step up its game to retain value. Two negatives: Wifi coverage is bad (basically covers pool area and rooms around it), install some more routers please! Breakfast menu was boring with little alternatives, and toast was barely toasted and soggy.	8.6/10
