David Illingworth | My room on floor 15 had been newly renovated as had the public spaces on that floor. I was satisfied with my room. The layout of the approach to the lobby from the street or parking garage is a maze. After 3 days I was still getting lost. The breakfast was fine. The staff friendly. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and will consider the hotel again on my next visit. | 7.2/10 |

IAN SPENCER | We enjoyed our stay at the Charoen Thani and we will be staying here again when we are next in Khon Kaen. The staff are very friendly and the food excellent. The room is fine with plenty of furniture which is starting to look a little dated but serves its purpose and is kept very clean. For the price this hotel offers very good value for money and the pictures submitted onto booking sites for this hotel do not really reflect how good this hotel is. I didn t try the swimming pool out as it was Songkran and I had other methods of getting wet but the gym facilities are quite good;- even having free weights for people like me.A very good stay Ian & Pairorh | 9/10 |

William Runham | For the price, a good hotel. I booked a corner room (which was a little more)which was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel however is looking tired particularly when you compare with what used to be the Soffitel next door. However its about half the price or less. | |

NIGEL BEARD | I just love this hotel in KK ,I have stayed here many times now great memories,,,,,,the staff on the desk allways read my request for specific room numbers I like,airport transfer allways good,,,,food good breakfast,,only ruined by the fact it is cold the same as anywhere in thailand,,,but then thats how the Thais like to eat their food,,,,when I stay in KK again I will allways stay here | |

Satuk Bob | An Excellent Hotel. The front desk clerk was most helpful to my wife who had never checked into a hotel on her own. The children loved the pool and everyone said the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was easy to find for a family who had never been to this city. | |
