17 Fevrier 2012 Jamaluddin bin Alias | Awsome hotel to stay. The management and staff very helpful and very polite. Centrally located and good foods. Close to Bar Nana - place for happening. Bravo to Top | 9/10 |
23 Janvier 2012 Philippe (french) | A bit old hotel, but really charming.
All inside was perfectly working, with a great view from the 8th flor !
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It s important to say that the hotel is not too far from old-town s gate and it s a short walk to go there. | 8.2/10 |
8 Mai 2011 Peter H | good location, minor technical problems in the room, helpful staff | 6.6/10 |
19 Fevrier 2011 Charles C Hoffman III | Hotel is nice and the bellboy on the evening shift speaks reasonable English which was very helpful. Hotel seems to be a major meeting location in town. Management should consider added staffing for the interior restaurant when large conferences and tour buses are at the hotel for better service. Exterior entertainment near hotel is questionable and overpriced. Express trains #71 and #72 are nearly an hour late on the schedule to/from Bangkok and the air conditioning does not work so only pay fan prices. The Mall is newish and entertaining; otherwise, tourist attractions are limited and the National Museum is not worth the admission price | 6.8/10 |
12 Fevrier 2010 John Garkinis | Not a stay that would bring me back again.
When looking at value for money you can get a better room at an alternative hotel for the same or lower cost.
Room are in need of a facelift overall as they are looking dated and rundown.
In the room I had we notified housekeeping on three occasions that the min-bar was not working. Two visits and still not working. Could have easily got one from one of the many spare rooms.
The aircon was noisy and made sleeping difficult. Asked for it to be looked at but no response.
Pool looked old and rundown. | 5.4/10 |
31 Janvier 2010 BOURDEAU Francois | Correct hotel at this location. | 6.6/10 |
16 Novembre 2009 David Armstrong / Thanawan Nokkrathok | I thought this hotel was good value for the money staff were friendly although they could not speak alot of english, breakfast was good no problems would stay there again close to The Mall!!! | 6.6/10 |
7 Novembre 2009 Stephen Davies | We had an issue with the room we were given, which was sorted very quickly by the receptionist. The staff and management are very friendly. Certainly one of the better hotels in Korat. | 8.8/10 |
13 Juin 2009 Ulf Ragnar Hermansson | I likie it very much, near to shops Big C
Nice staff the minus was could be more
europish food. | |
21 Mars 2009 Ekaterina Ignatova | The hotel was pretty nice, rooms big and clean; I had a deluxe room. Bathroom appliances - acceptable condition. Staff very friendly. I did have a problem with wireless internet - was extremely slow! Another thing - the pool is relatively small and hardly gets any sun. Overall, if you have to stay in Khorat, I would recommend this hotel.
15 Septembre 2008 Michael Joseph Ruspantini | Stayed here one night and the hotel seemed okay, nothing special. Pretty close to the bus terminals, but you still have to take a taxi to get there.
17 Juillet 2008 P.Flemming B.Olsen | Nice place near town, good service, all things ready with check-in, clean room, good restaurant, good food, all things perfect, thank you,Rachaphurk!
27 Juin 2008 T Wimmers | Good Hotel.Well located near the Big C and onthe same road as Tesco Lotus and The Mall. In short very cenraly located.
The Hotel itself has a nicely maintained swimmingpool and fairely sized. The Rooms (standard) were in good state and equipped with all our needs.
If we stay in Khorat we will surely come back!
